Expensive coffee in cardboard cup with a cardboard stir stick. Muffin is pressed into your hand with a napkin. Maybe because it is opposite the central station? They can also ask if you want to take it with you or drink there. The coffee had a good taste with a nicely poured layer of milk.

Good place for coffee and food. Extremely slow wifi connection for working. If they could fix that I would probably come here more often for working.

Potentially great place but A) They should add a person to serve on a Saturday. We are waiting way too long and the poor woman is handling too much. Don’t go cheap and take care of baristas (vs abusing them at busy times). B) no gluten free options at this time in human history is ridiculous.

Friendly staff. We ordered desserts and chai for breakfast to take away. Chai was tasty. But the sandwiches were both partly burnt and had few ingredients other than cheese. So that was a shame. There are far fewer options than other branches unfortunately. I would order the chai again, but not the sandwich.

Great place to have a high-quality cup of coffee in one of the many varieties available here. There is certainly no better coffee shop than this one on the Wilhelminapier!

Nice place to have a sit down and a coffee. Communication was smooth. Toilets were clean. There was music but it was at a reasonable volume.

Visitor from the UK. Understand this is a chain but it by far beats any of the other coffee shop chains out there. It was really nice to see the addition of water infused with mint, honey and other things. The croissants were really good and the coffee was good quality and tasted great. Our service was also good to non-dutch speaking customers and the lady that served us (sorry didn't get your name, appeared Asian?) was patient and did well to suit my Dad's needs who doesn't really understand ordering in a modern coffee shop and in different countries. Coffee isn't the best tibe tasted but for a chain it's very good and would happily visit again. Feel a bit mean not giving 5* but that's reserved for the best places haha!

Ordered a croissant and an iced latte. Both tasted amazing. Sweet staff too:D!

Move over Starbucks! This is much much better. Great coffee and snacks without pretentious attitude. Super friendly staff.... The location is perfect: opposite the cruise terminal and next to the Museum of Photography. Highly recommended

A very nice place for coffee and pastry, the toasts are delicious, the staff is very nice. One problem is that there is an annoying humming noise in the background that the staff is aware of and doesn't know what to do. Too bad.

Not a fan of this chain. I usually order a matcha latte and theirs is not very good.

I find it very annoying to complain here because everyone who works there seems really nice. But every time I order a sandwich here it goes wrong. I was told several times that my sandwich was burnt. But yesterday was really the last straw. After waiting quite a while I got a cold sandwich, which I brought back. They said I would get a new one, but it took so long to discover that they had simply burned my sandwich again. In the meantime, I had been there for 45 minutes and had to go back to work. I asked if I could get my money back (pretty bad that you have to pay in advance?) but that was not possible. There was nothing else I could eat for lunch, because I don't eat meat. So then I said that I was still waiting for a new sandwich but that I would take it with me on the road. Well then I finally got my new sandwich…. it was cold again!! I then threw it away along the way…. Can you please do something about this because this goes wrong so often. And also give the option to pay afterwards, since I only want to pay when I like the food.

A very cozy place to have a little coffee with a little sweet treat. A nice variety of options including teas, infusions and original iced coffees. We also appreciate the offer of plant-based milks to make “your favorite coffee”.

Great place to stop for a coffee break. Had original healthy drinks combinations. Also stuff to eat. Great if you are in the area and want to take a break. Also a great bathroom next door.

Was al lang op zoek naar een fijne studieplek op Zuid en heb deze helemaal hier gevonden. Ook nog lekkere (ijs)koffie en aardige mensen die er werken! :)

Guter Cappuccino, sehr freundliche Bedienung und ein minimalistisches aber ansprechendes Design. Das Essen/der Kaffee könnte schöner präsentiert werden. Da der Tisch nicht sauber gewesen ist hat die Bedienung auf Bitte alle Tische gründlich gereinigt.

Reasonable priced coffee and friendly staff. The interior has a factory-like design to it. The music is a bit too loud and the snacks were not an eyecatcher.
