This coffee chain looks like a speciality coffee shop, but unfortunately the product quality isn’t so good. One of our coffees was burnt with poorly made milk, the other one was fine.. Simply - we had higher expectations.

They list filter coffees on their menu, yet every time I try to order one, there's an excuse like too busy, about to close, or it "takes too much time." If you can't serve it, don't put it on the menu! Coffee is a competitive business, and places like this won't last long if they keep disappointing customers. There are plenty of other places in Den Haag that actually deliver on what they advertise. Sorry Coffee Company for the hard truth.

Delicious coffee. But I don't think the 'open office' with the very large table, full of open notebooks, belongs there. Saves you a lot of turnover. And very unpleasant. Nice and free heating with 1 cup of coffee. Disruptive in the middle of the city.

Solid cup of coffee. I enjoyed grabbing one here and sitting on the street every morning. I did however bring my own pastry most days as the food options were not as great.

A quiet place to do kagong! I went to the Arms branch because it was nice, and the atmosphere here is also nice. Chai latte is sweet

Coffee and cake were great, service was a delight. The music wasn't only far too loud but also provided the atmosphere of a market in Addis-Ababa. Not high on the cozy scale.

The coffee is delicious. The ambience didn't invite us to stay there longer. There is a long table where many young people work on laptops. Basically a great concept and the whole thing has a great vibe. But only if you have the same intention.

great coffee and good wifi. i really wanna go here more cause the coffee is nice but the staff is so crappy that I go to a nearby place with worse coffee but nicer staff. one guy was extremely rude to me because I took a glass for water by myself as they had none at the water counter and were too busy. his point is fair but I wonder how much their manager charges them to say what they have to say politely instead of with rudeness. in general they seem to have some weird sort of self importance or a variation of watchman syndrome. my money is better spent elsewhere. looking at the staff i am happier abandoning my leftist ideals and support classism lol

The cappuccino was tasty! Many cafes can never get the foam right but here it was good. The caramel tart was also very tasty.

wonderfully calm music. nice to watch people passing by, coffee and chai excellent. the tables are usually taken up by people working on laptops. I think that's a bit less, because as a walk-in you often don't have a seat

Great coffee shop with delicious pastries, very friendly service.

The staff are a total ignorant in costumer services. I went there in the morning it wasn’t busy, I kept standing and waiting by the counter for a while a nobody said hi or what do you want to order, or at least we will be taking you order. They just ignored and kept talking a laughing with each other.

I was happy to run across this location of coffeecompany on a day trip to Den Haag, because it looks almost exactly like the one I went to daily on a stay in Utrecht seven years ago. This was very good! I got a cortado and it was really good- great depth of flavour with the espresso and the temperature was perfect.

A hot water extract of crushed coffee (?) beans is what they serve one at a time at (for example) #Starbucks. I also go to this branch of the Coffee Company for good coffee and a nice place to work or relax.

Nice spot, great chai latte, but the banana bread was dreadful! It was cold and dry, like pieces of sawdust stuck together with margarine. Terrible!

I went to Den Haag to visit the Christmas village and came here for a coffee. Very good and kind service and the coffee was large and hot.

Good coffee, working spots available with decent table and power plugs. But there is a lot of noise, acoustics are terrible. Working spots are in front of counter, where everybody walks by and with constant noise of coffee making. No glass of water is provided with the coffee, and expect to wait for the toilet to be vacant

Great coffee, but I have been coming there on weekends for 4 years now and the service is always excellent. I know that you normally have to pay for your coffee in advance. Since I am a regular customer, this is usually not necessary. Last Tuesday I was there for the first time outside the weekend and there was a boy I didn't know who suggested that I had to pay for my coffee in advance, no problem. But since I always take 2 coffees, I asked if he could pay for 2 coffees right away so that I didn't have to pay by debit card twice. Well, I was just told that that wasn't the intention, that confused him and it was still early. Next to me was a German lady who apparently wanted to order coffee from the wrong place and she was also shouted at that this was only possible if she STANDED AT THE CHECKOUT, well, gee, I don't think you're really suitable for the catering industry.

Coffee too expensive (over 3 euro for a regular small cup), toilet free so there's a line constantly and maybe they should close their side door during cold weather. Not a place to sit down and relax.

We had the latte, really nice coffee, a little expensive compared to what we are used too. No background music and it seemed like everyone was scared to make a noise.

This is my place to go when I have to work in The Hague. Really good WiFi (not for online meetings, but that's understandable) and excellent service. The coffee and the snacks are also tasty.

Cafe for early morning people, open at 7.30AM, perfect time to grab a coffee after morning run. I tried espresso single shot when I visited this place, and it was perfect!

Matige tosti, vet ook....en geen currysaus of ketchup in huis? Dan maar tomatenpuree?....soort van. Niet echt smakelijk. Koffie is prima.

Please DO consider much longer opening hours. 💙 This place is ideal for co-working and studying and people actually do this in here. However they are closing very early. If it would be open until 9 p.m, it would be definitely used out more. Coffee is great, mood is excellent.
