This spot has reopened and is called Dorus now. Had coffee and a toasted bread with cheese and kimchi there. Lovely! And great atmosphere

Unfortunately, they closed this coffee place. But it was very cozy!

Very lovely place, the staff are very friendly, the apple pie is scrumptious, and the coffee is amazing. Highly recommended to pop in for a quiet chilled coffee break.

Whenever we have been to Skate shop Toms, we get a cup of coffee here, nice place and lovely people.

First time here and loved this cafe! Peaceful atmosphere, nice coffee, delicious cheesecake and very friendly staff.

Cool terrace and very good homemade pastries and coffee. Also the waitress really nice, though she is alone and can be a bit busy to order.

Good place if you want to get some work done. It's spacious and you can sit or stand quite comfortably. Edit: unfortunately the wifi here has been quite unreliable recently, so I'm removing one star but I hope they will be able to fix the issues. Edit: I'm removing another star cause the general quality of the place seems to be going down. The coffee is not as good anymore.

Terrible coffee. We went there because a friend recommended but probably she got another barista the first time because she was also very disappointed this time. Quite incredible there can be such a quality difference between two different times you visit the place. It wasn’t just me, the whole group of 4 people had the same impression. Burnt beans, no complexity in the roasting, or at least it could not be appreciated. Seemed like the machine was not well calibrated or the barista did not know what he was doing, but for 4.5 eur it’s not acceptable. A shame.

May 2023 Also a nice place for coffee. Nice, quick and attending staff. I like the Coffee Roastery and like there café's. They have a lot of homemade pies I need to try soon. She didn't spill more than a tiny drop and already replaced the cappuccino. Perfect service on this rainy day.

Leuke tentje! Ik was hier paar dagen terug heeerlijk koffie met een lekker toasty gegeten! En vervolgens een heeeeerlijk Red-velvet truffel gegeten van Sophie nou hier kom ik zeker voor terug! 💓 vriendelijk personeel! 5 sterren!

De witte chocolade red velvet truffels zijn de lekkerste die er zijn. Ook is de koffie heerlijk!

Altijd even naar binnen als ik in de buurt ben, zoals altijd vriendelijke bediening en heerlijke koffie gedronken en gelijk een zak koffiebonen die ze daar zelf branden mee genomen, absolute aanrader.

Simple unfussy spot for a coffee, cake, smoothie or sandwich. Lots of space and sunlight in the afternoon. Apple pie was delicious - better than some of the renowned places I’ve been to.

We visited each morning during our stay in Amsterdam. It's a quiet and comfortable space, with a nice view. The coffee was excellent! We also liked how friendly the staff were.

This place immediately became our breakfast place when we visited Amsterdam a few days ago. We came here four days in a row, but the staff kept the door wide open in order to, quote: "attract customers". Well, this is a corner cafe and I believe most people woud be capable of noticing if the cafe was open or closed. We were eating in woollen coats and scarves, which made the meal not so very nice in spite of the good food ... We really wanted to come here one day after the other. But my rating with regards to Service is low because I think they could have closed the door upon our polite request, it wasn't as if we spent hours ...

Goede koffie, lekker croissants en aardige bediening. Mooie ruime en gezellige zaak. Top! Een klein minpunt bij tweede bezoek was de harde muziek. Dat praat minder goed.

La comida y las bebidas son realmente buenas, ¡y el servicio también! Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar para tomar un café en Amsterdam.

Personal amable que sirve diferentes platos y diversas especialidades de café. Fuimos a desayunar y no podemos quejarnos de nada. Puede sentarse dentro de la acogedora tostadora de café o al aire libre, a orillas del canal.
