Very small restaurant, everything crammed together. Chocolate rolls are just warmed up and are from the supermarket. The food was lukewarm. I had scrambled eggs with toast, and there was a hair in the scrambled eggs.

We had a pleasant breakfast here. We sat outside, enjoying the sun. The food was great. But what stood out the most was the service, everyone was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

We stopped at Espressobar Puccini for a quick brunch and had two iced coffees, a plain croissant, and a salad with turkey. The food was okay overall, but nothing particularly special or memorable. The atmosphere is nice, especially if you can get a table outside and enjoy the lively surroundings. Service was efficient, friendly, and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stop for a quick coffee or light bite while exploring this lively part of Amsterdam.

Fantastic coffee, food and service. We had coffee yesterday and today we came for lunch. We had perfect salmon and another vegetarian goat cheese salads and for dessert we had chocolate cake. All were super tasty and fresh. The espresso was a delight.

Cozy cafe with great coffee at the heart of Amsterdam; very friendly staff with quick service; the coffee was very enjoyable but portion sizes were a little small for me (suitable for a small breakfast, though). Recommendation: Arrive on a weekend morning just when they open up and you get to enjoy a nice, cute breakfast an watch out the window as Amsterdam slowly wakes up.

We had seen people sitting outside eating something that looked amazing but didn't note the name of the place. Searched for it the next and went in to cafe and what turned to be the most amazing apple pie! Staff were very busy but very friendly. Highly recommend!

I can never forget how delicious their vegetarian panini is. And it’s even better this time. The pesto sauce is just fantastic and the bread and vegetable combination holds it together. Their Parma panini was also delicious. The café is small but bright and airy. The service is efficient and warm with a touch of Dutch humor thar I find endearing. Definitely a place to try especially since it’s got the Puccini chocolate shop right beside it.

Annoying older employee with long graying hair became annoying upon entering when I looked at the drinks list at the bar. "We still have three people waiting," said this whiner. So what? I'll just take a quick look at the menu. Of course I didn't order anything, you jerk.

The perfect bar to enjoy a foamy cappuccino, an Italian espresso or a fresh ginger/fresh mint tea. We came twice for breakfast here and the quality of the ingredients is amazing, fresh homemade cakes, omelettes, toasts, whatever is needed for a perfect breakfast. The service Is polite and kind. The place is clean and cosy. Also, what I loved about this bar Is that there Is no music inside. Definitely recommend 🥧❤️

Hello everyone! If you're in the area in the morning, I recommend this place for breakfast: the coffee is decent and hot, and there's a selection of pastries and sandwiches. You can also get tea. The view from the window is lovely.

The coffee was only mediocre, under-tapped. It didn't arrive with the pastry, only much later – not ideal. Long wait times and high prices. The seating was very cramped, and the facility service was unusable due to the narrow, opposing door. A shame, because Illy coffee is generally good (Top Ten).

We truly enjoyed our breakfast. The scrambled eggs with cheese was amazing. Will visit again next time 🥰

This might be lovely, who knows. We took a seat with the intention of ordering lunch. We ordered coffee and asked for some tap water. We were informed that a glass of tap water was chargeable at 75c each! (at least they did tell us I suppose). We cancelled the order and left.

A very comforting experience. The kitchen is right at the entrance, in full view and in the same space. They have a very extensive menu, with fresh juices, coffees, various homemade cakes, and other natural juices. It's small, with a very romantic decor and wonderful service. They spoke Spanish.

Fantastic experience! Three guys served us and were very friendly. The food was delicious (all homemade) and the coffee was great too! We ordered a latte and a cappuccino, along with two cinnamon rolls; €18 was a great price for the place. I would definitely go back!

another hidden gem tucked away on a quiet little street in Amsterdam. this small café feels intimate and relaxed, perfect if you’re looking for a peaceful break from the busy city. their chai latte is very good. I usually get their yuzu pastries to take away and it never disappoints!

One of Amsterdam’s best kept secrets, what a Delightful place to eat and drink

This was my first time here and I will definitely be coming back!!! The sandwich was spectacular and the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. They were able to accommodate me very easily and make some adjustments to the food. Everything arrived very quickly and was absolutely amazing!

A very nice café, food is freshly prepared right before your eyes, perhaps even the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had, the pastel de nata is incredibly delicious, the panna al tonno is simply brutally tasty, the service is super friendly, but a bit expensive, though definitely worth it, and the espresso machine coffee is yummy!

The coffee is good and the waitresses are friendly. Unfortunately, we waited 30 minutes for 2 coffees and a hot chocolate! We wonder if the Dutch and those who were having lunch were served first! Too bad!

Lovely place! Service was nice and the pumpkin soup delicious, we liked the crispy bread aside. The cafe provides a cozy atmosphere. We liked it a lot.

Got the Pollo sandwich to go. FYI it’s chicken slices and not chicken breast…. For 14 euro a sandwich, it’s really not worth it. As a local, I wanted to try this out but totally regret it. I was told the sandwich was big but it was average at most. Taste was mid. Waiter was very nice though.

The coffee tasted good but the portions were too small. We also had to wait too long for one cofee and tea. Also they don't allow you to share the bill which is common in amsterdam but still annoying. They had sandwiches but it looked very bland and expensive for no reason.

After hopping the red eye from Atlanta, I made my way here and enjoyed the morning on the patio in the sun. I loved their espresso, had a croissant with some orange juice and felt right at home. The rest of their menu looked great and I saw several people eating, so I'll be back when I'm less jetlagged for the full experience for sure! I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to watch the world spin by.

This morning, we sat at this cute cafe we ​​saw on our way for breakfast. It's small inside and has seating outside. It's such a cute cafe, there are live flowers on the tables, I love it. I preferred scrambled eggs and toast. The consistency of the egg was great. The cappuccino was also normal. They forgot our orders. But later, when they realized that they had forgotten, they did not take the money for our coffees and offered us them. This is a kindness and a plus point in my eyes. Wholeheartedly recommended.

For years the place for delicious, generously topped foccacias, ditto coffee and fresh juices. Go for the homemade tuna salad or the pastrami. I was there again this week and it still tastes exactly the same as it did 10 years ago. Top. Never change a winning concept. Prices commensurate with what you get. In the warmer seasons there is also limited outdoor seating.
