NOP no no no, don't go there, specially if you are not Dutch. We went there and the server looked us in the eyes and just ignored us. The pub looks nice, but ins not cozy at all. Worst place in Gouda.

We met Monique, the owner’s daughter this morning. What a lovely and friendly woman! The cafe is great with wonderful (authentic) Elvis memorabilia. They even have functioning old fashioned juke boxes. Well worth a visit!

Great pub with many regular guests, we are looking forward to visiting again now that corona is almost over

A truly old Dutch pub, where many tourists are amazed, especially at Christmas with their window display! it is always pleasant there, we come there regularly.....

Good friendly traditional Dutch. Ouwe Bruin Café (niveau luxe) Good laugh good beer and a good day /evening out.î A good percentage of EU languages spoken by the clientele here so you are highly likely to be understood.

Foi um dos Pubs mais legais que ja fui. Decoração impar, carregada mais muita divertida. Bom atendimento e boas cervejas

Mis amigos y yo estábamos visitando un amigo en Gouda en un reciente viaje y nos encontramos con este pequeño pub. La gente allí era muy amable. Las decoraciones eran geniales. Un montón de nostalgia e historia. Las bebidas estaban a un gran precio. Los baños estaban bien y ordenado. No ordenar bocadillos aquí pero las bebidas eran de calidad.

We got drawn to the place for its exterior beauty. Owner's daughter Monique was so good that we spent whole evening there. Wonderful exteriors and interiors but above all amazing people.

If you ate down to earth , sod the tourist trap have a drink in here , fantistic , cheers locals , great place , expect nothing but be locally surprised
