Everything about this place is wow. Authentic iranian taste. Staff are very friendly, they listen to your order and work out every detail with you to make sure they get it right. I tried their Qorma Sabzi which was amazing and their Ice cream "Bastani" is out of this world. Will definately come back.

We have eaten here several times and it has become our favorite restaurant in Alkmaar. We are always welcomed very friendly by Amir and his wife. The food is prepared with a lot of love and you can taste it. The portions are more than generous. The most delicious Kebab I have eaten here. Safran ice cream with pistachio is also recommended!

Delicious authentic Persian food. Spiced kebab, juicy chicken and perfectly steamed rice. Shirazi salad with it consisting of sliced ​​cucumbers, tomatoes, onion and fresh herbs. A nice detail is that the extra small cutting of the parts of this salad is a sign that the chef makes an extra effort for his guests. And that is also the case here, and very friendly and hospitable staff. Have you never tried Persian before? Then this gem in Alkmaar is a must!

We spontaneously walked into this restaurant today because it looked good from the outside and we were curious. We saw that it had only just opened. Inside, we were welcomed very friendly by a young woman who immediately put us at ease. We ordered the chicken koobideh and wow… really delicious. The meat was super tender and full of flavor, and the rice with it was also great. You can just taste that attention has been paid to the food. The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff friendly, and the food really surprised us in a positive way. Oh, and everything is also halal for those who think that is important. All in all, delicious Persian food! 🇮🇷

First time in the restaurant and highly recommend , the food is amazing and pleasant to your palate.

Persian cuisine has long been in my personal top 5 of most refined cuisines in the world. Unfortunately, Iran is difficult to reach for tourists, but I have tasted the refinement at a very high level twice in Dubai. In the Netherlands it is virtually unreachable, only Amsterdam and The Hague have a good restaurant. Until 4 months ago, a tiny Iranian restaurant suddenly opened in a very inconspicuous place in Alkmaar. Tasted it today. Absolutely the tastiest falafel in the area. The delicious fresh shirazi salad makes a spontaneous lunch a party. Absolute reason to come back soon for the evening menu with beautiful Persian dishes with lamb, chicken and beef, beautiful vegetarian dishes and of course the famous Jewel Rice that we now also have on our vegan BBQ Budfet at BBQ52. Don't be put off by the location on the busy canals and the small character of the facade. Behind this lies something beautiful that you should definitely try!

This is a proper Persian restaurant, which means excellent food, truly courteous hospitality, and attention to detail. My favourite dish was the fesenjoon stew with rice (which travels well for takeaway) but even little things like a cup of tea were well presented

Last Sunday we had dinner at Irane Bastan with a group of 16 people. A modern, new, small restaurant with very friendly owners. We had reported that a number of people wanted to eat vegan and vegetarian, that was no problem and they were well taken into account. When we arrived, the table was already full of tasty small dishes. Once we were seated, more were brought. O.a. delicious spinach soup, the tastiest baba ganoush, hummus and different types of bread. The main courses looked nice, large plates with grilled vegetables, different types of rice and salad. The meat eaters had chicken and minced meat skewers that were nicely seasoned. For dessert, really delicious baklava, walnuts and pistachio, very special ice cream with rose water and lemon, followed by a creamy ice cream dessert and Persian tea. It was a very successful evening. We will definitely come back. Thank you!

I heard that an Iranian restaurant had recently opened in Alkmaar. Of course I wanted to try that. Today we had the main course for 12 people with rice, kufta and chicken. Ohhhh it was so delicious!! Portions are also nice and big. Salads are also delicious. Service is simply great!! Can recommend it to everyone. In any case, they have us as regular customers. We will definitely order again. The atmosphere was warm and cozy, the food delicious and the service really great. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they did everything they could to ensure we had a pleasant evening. What really surprised us was that they arranged a beautiful birthday decoration without us even asking. Really great service! We felt really welcome and cared for.
