My wife and I are from the US and we visited the Netherlands back in September 2024, and this place took really good care of us. We had a long day of airport delays and stress which caused us to miss lunch, so we were very hungry when we got to Amsterdam just in time for dinner. We ordered the Dutch bitterballen and the German pork schnitzel with fries (which were basically British-style chips) and a nice side salad. The food was fantastic and the variety of sauces was impressive. We had Sauvignon Blanc and some sparkling water to drink, which were both refreshing. We were full and happy when we left this lovely pub, so we'll definitely come back if we find ourselves in Amsterdam again!

5 stars for everything: excellent beer, comfortable pub, it's not called Cuddle for nothing, hamburgers with excellent meat, very kind manager.

Super consigliato! Ci sono stata con i miei amici, un gruppo di 10 persone. Personale super cortese e gentile, abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo, tra cotolette di pollo, maiale e petto di pollo alla griglia. Abbiamo speso 22€ a testa, ci hanno messo a nostro agio fin dall’inizio, e abbiamo concluso con un karaoke con canzoni italiane su richiesta. Siamo stati tutta la serata e ci siamo divertiti molto. Se siete nei paraggi e volete un posto dove sentirvi a proprio agio, mangiare bene, spendere poco è il posto che fa per voi.

Good service, very good mojito, you could taste the mint and lime. Normal sandwich. I recommend it for a quick bite to eat while visiting the center of Amsterdam. At the environmental level it is not this beauty.

Good place, very cozy as its name says, located in an alley not far from the hustle and bustle but far enough so that the prices they offer for food are very decent. Definitely a good place to stop for a good drink and a good taco in the European version.

Food arrived quickly and the burger was delicious. Service was quick with the drinks. I can't say anything about the toilets or anything like that.

This restaurant was okay for an evening meal. The main waiter (I think he is the manager) was fabulous despite being exceptionally busy. We had the meatballs as a sharing stater which were really delicious and then the chicken burger and chicken schnitzel for main. The burger was really yummy and a good sized whereas the schnitzel was a bit small and underwhelming. Overall an average meal for average prices :)

Nous avons passé notre dernière soirée à Amsterdam au Cuddle Pub, et quelle belle expérience ! Nous avions réservé pour huit, et dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par Nano, un serveur vraiment sympathique. La nourriture était super et à un prix raisonnable, comparable aux autres endroits d’Amsterdam, mais avec une qualité supérieure. Nous avons partagé des tacos végétariens avec une amie, et ils ont eu la gentillesse d'ajouter une tortilla supplémentaire pour que mon amie et moi n'ayons pas à partager une demie. Les mozzarellas sticks étaient super aussi. L'ambiance était géniale, avec une musique nostalgique mais fun, et l'endroit était propre et bien tenu. À la fin, nous avons même pris une photo avec l'équipe parce qu’ils étaient vraiment accueillants et ont fait de cette dernière soirée un moment spécial. Bref un endroit chaleureux et convivial!

We ordered spareribs and chicken schnitzel. The schnitzel was okay, but spareribs were awful, the meat was or old and not fresh or prepared wrong. It was chewy and wasn’t melted from the bone.

Really tasty burgers and appetizers. The menu isn't big, but it doesn't have to be, the dishes were really delicious. Great ambience, great team, great service. Highly recommended. Not very big, get there early or make a reservation. Definitely again next time I visit Amsterdam.

The burger was a little bland, but luckily that was easily remedied with the homemade hot sauce. The atmosphere is quite nice, the service is very friendly, but the prices are a bit excessive for what is on offer.

Excellent service from the ladies at the bar even when they got a sudden 30+ person tourist group came in. The fries and the crispy chicken sandwich were really well prepared.

I ate a beef, it was soft, juicy and very delicious, it was cooked exactly the way I wanted, and the chicken schnitzel was also superb🚀The friend who took care of me was super warm and attentive. The prices are very reasonable accordingly🖐 I would like to thank you very much on behalf of my wife and me.

The food here was very good, everyone in our group really enjoyed the food. We had grilled chicken breast with chips and salad, it was delicious. The hand made Angus beef burger was amazing. The chicken spring rolls were very tasty. The lady serving was very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed the food and drinks.

The best service I have ever received in a restaurant. Nano was a one man show, doing just about everything himself. He was quick with drinks, food, other. Everything was spot on. Must get the bitterballen. Great vibe. Go to Cuddle Pub👏

Went for lunch w family on a Thursday afternoon. Had grilled chicken breast, tacos, and chicken schnitzel. All were excellent! Great service also!

The beers in glasses are insufficient because half the glass is foam and they charge €10 per glass!!

Unfortunately we didn't like the citizen. The meat was well cooked, the fries weren't salted & the Cola Zero tasted very watery. There were 3 of us and the food came staggered so we couldn't eat together. Not recommended, especially not at this price-performance ratio.

It’s not fancy but great schnitzel and burger with a wide variety of drink. Jo was our waitress but everyone was fun and friendly. You can sit inside the pub but I sat in walk way and enjoyed at outside

Visited during a week in Holland from Scotland. Really excellent food and service from the lady, who was friendly to our little dog too and brought him water. Great little place in the heart of Amsterdam!

Sat inside and ordered some beer and appetizers ( ps: Bitterballen and fire cheese was perfect), all were amazing. An hour later realized I left my wallet, as the credit card machine needed more paper and I got distracted. We rapidly returned and to my delight the items were collected and untouched by the staff. Thank you for being a such kind humans and setting my belongings aside. Amazing experience before and after losing the wallet.

We booked out the entire Cuddle Pub for our private work event. Needless to say it was amazing! Thomas and his staff were really great in making sure everything ran smoothly. They were so friendly, accommodating, patient and most importantly, professional. 10/10 would highly recommend you consider the Cuddle Pub for your next private event.

He is very friendly and speaks some German. A good selection of beers and the food tastes very good. The waiting times are very entertaining. A 1A recommendation from me.

I LOVE CUDDLE PUB! If you are visiting Amsterdam you HAVE to eat here. I love schnitzel and the chef told me how to make it and gave great advice. They are fantastic people, very nice, and have a great taste in music! The atmosphere is also very comfortable and relaxing :))

Stopped here because it was well reviewed and had time before my train back to Brussels. They were very friendly and accommodating of us. Went to the extent of asking what music we would like to hear. The food was excellent as well as the service. Unfortunately a bag of souvenirs was left at the table during the rush to catch the train. I called and they quickly answered, they helped provide a solution for me to get the beloved rubber ducks back to us! I would highly recommend them as they go above and beyond.

We were five friends and we were welcomed very friendly. We ate burgers, spare ribs, tacos and steak. Everyone of us was very satisfied. The price list is also quite good for the high quality. We will definitely repeat this day again. I really recommend coming here sometime and experiencing this!
