Had a great meal here last night. Steaks and chicken schnitzel. Owner was really friendly and made sure we had a lovely evening in a nice setting. Homemade bbq sauce and chilli sauce were also delicious.

We were just out and about looking for a nice bar, but we were really surprised by this place. Seriously great! The waiters were fantastic, the service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was super cozy. It's not just for seniors, but also excellent for younger groups. We had the rump steak and burgers and weren't disappointed. Highly recommended! 🤞🏼🙏🏼

We went here for dinner. The waiter was friendly and attentive. It was not busy, which was surprising. The food was decent, nothing special, but we were all satisfied with our meals. We had the schnitzel and burger. The prices were better than some other places.

Federico was a great waiter so we came back for dinner, the chef did fantastic job on the spare ribs. Try their burger next. French fries were awesome To hungry to post a photo!!

Fantastic place! Amazing atmosphere, amazing vibe, outstanding hospitality from the staff and owners – you just feel right at home. The food is incredibly delicious and fairly priced. No complaints whatsoever. Plus, they have a freestanding kitchen that's spotlessly clean! Which is quite a rarity in Amsterdam.

Today was my second time here and it was even better than I remembered it. The food quality is absolutely amazing and I don’t even know what words to use to describe it the food was heavenly and the burgers and steaks had amazing portions.The waiters are very friendly and the atmosphere was great we were able to talk freely and it wasn’t loud I think it’s great for a family and would hugely recommend it. Every time I go to Amsterdam this is a must go and I wouldn’t skip it. I would definitely give this 100stars if I could.

Small bar and restaurant situated just off the Main Street. Not too busy when we went and plenty of space and tables available. Food menu is good and we went simple but weren’t disappointed. The house sauce was a little spicy but had a lovely kick at the end, not too hot to not enjoy. Food was quick and well presented. Host was amazing, happy to have a chat and was very pleasant. Would recommend.

What a wonderful experience at this restaurant on Nieuwe Nieuwstraat. We recently had a delicious meal here, and the atmosphere was great right from the start. The spareribs were prepared really fantastically and arrived at the table in style with a small Dutch flag stuck in them. Everything was served in handy black baskets, which looked very nice and fit the informal setting well. We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and the refreshing beer that went with it. It is a lovely place to sit and relax, and we will definitely be back.

We made a reservation for 12:30 and were charged for the reservation. Their website said they open at 12:00. They apparently didn’t open until 13:00, however, the chef said he wasn’t coming until 14:00 so we couldn’t eat. I asked for a refund of the reservation and was denied. I would not recommend this place.

We had a great dinner at Cuddle Pub. The owner was very friendly and personally served us, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere in a cozy British-style pub. The burger was excellent—best I’ve had on this trip—and everything was very reasonably priced at €49 for two meals and drinks. Fries were fine but could’ve been crispier. Great casual spot for food, drinks, and people-watching. And they make their own bbq sauce.

Nice, out of the way pub with good food and a nice ambiance. It's a small place but that adds to the charm. Service was great, beer was cold, and the burgers tasted like they came off the BBQ. Definitely recommend this place over some of the larger restaurants that are on the beaten path.

Great little pub! Menu has nice items, we were there twice and had the Dutch style cheese sticks (cheese in spring roll wrapping then fried), wings (great crunchy wings), Argentinian chorizo sausages (tasty!) and we also liked their draft beer selection. Great service, we really enjoyed their Cuddle Pub!

Stopped in on a lark for lunch and had a beautiful time. Such friendly, prompt service, crisp beer, and delicious food. The restaurant has a pretty impressive light and sound setup on the ceiling, looks like they could throw a hell of a party. I guess they rent it out as an event venue with DJ space behind the bar. We only tried the ribs but folks next to use got steaks and the looked fantastic.

We arrived here around 1 PM, but the pub had probably only just opened. We think it is very cozy when there are more people sitting there. We didn't find the food very tasty. The meat on our burgers was a bit dry, and the accompanying salad, in particular, was very sad with wilted lettuce and dry carrots. A shame, because the person who served us did try their best.

Friendly service. I ordered a 200g Black Angus burger for just under €10. The burger was fantastic. Cooked perfectly, super juicy inside. The bun was perfect. The burger sauce was great too. The burger was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it. Incredibly good burger. Anyone who loves burgers has to order one at Cuddle Pub.

Last week I went to dinner at this pub with my friends: there were 27 of us! The manager, "Nano," welcomed us without hesitation. We went out for pizza and ended up at the Cuddle Pub without much expectation, but we had a great time! Very friendly staff, fast service, and excellent food! We'll definitely be back!

The perfect place for a relaxed evening with friends. The landlord and his entire team are incredibly friendly and great fun. Our reservation went from 4 to 6 people and they accommodated us with no issues whatsoever. Had a fab evening!

I am travelling europe and netherlands for the last 10 days. have gone to many restaurants in paris and england. this doesn’t compare to any of them. the service is THE BEST IN THE WORLD, and the food… just ask for the pork ribs and find out by yourself!

Couple's dinner: We chose this place for the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor and the menu selection (appetizers, burgers, meat), and we weren't disappointed. The food was excellent, and we had lamb and entrecote. The main course included side dishes not listed on the menu but certainly very welcome: fries for the entrecote and salad for the lamb. We also ordered two additional side dishes (fries and salad), 1 beer, 2 glasses of wine, and 2 digestives. The staff and owner were super helpful and friendly, making you feel right at home. The staff's helpfulness is evident from the quantity of digestives served, to the maximum extent of the glass in which they are served. The place is 5 minutes from Amsterdam Central Station, and the spotless and hygienic bathroom is a nice touch. Price is reasonable, but highly recommended!

The Cuddle Pub won me over immediately. The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly, and not as artificial as in many other bars in Amsterdam. The staff is attentive without being intrusive, drinks arrive quickly, and the prices are absolutely fair for the area. A particularly positive aspect is that you feel instantly welcome, whether you're there alone or with friends. A cozy, uncomplicated pub – perfect for a relaxed evening. I'll definitely be back.

We had the pleasure of stumbling across Cuddle Bar. We saw a review mentioning their mojitos so we ordered one and we were so happy we did. Seriously the best mojito - so fresh and refreshing. And such friendly service. If we were in town longer we’d go back again. Do yourself a favor - make your way here and order a mojito.

We had a lovely dinner at The Cuddle Pub in Amsterdam. We started with a couple of Dutch beers and an appetizer of classic bitterballen — they were fantastic, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. For our mains, we ordered tacos and steak, and both were excellent. The food was fresh and really well prepared. The service from the owner was warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. It just felt like a genuinely friendly place to be. This ended up being the perfect final meal for our unexpected extra night in Amsterdam after KLM cancelled our flight. Sometimes the best experiences happen by chance — and The Cuddle Pub was definitely one of them. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I both used to live in the US, and the mashed potatoes and ribs were even better than in the US!! You really have to try the mashed potatoes and the homemade spicy BBQ sauce...!

We were recommended to try this place. However, we would not know if the food & service is good or not. An hour after making a reservation, they cancelled the reservation with no reason, nor are they answering why. We had to last minute change our plans for the night. Trust them at your own risk! Update: for accuracy, I made the reservation for 30.08.25 at 9:45pm. I did NOT cancel this reservation. I received notice that it was cancelled and I messaged to ask for the reason with no reply. The next day, a new reservation was made for 31.08.25 at 9:01pm. I did NOT make this reservation. I DID cancel this new reservation because we had moved on to other plans. Don't blame others for actions your organization did by both cancelling the original email and making a new reservation.
