Delicious authentic Italian food and a pleasant atmosphere. This is one of my favorite restaurants!

We had the chef's four-course surprise menu. It was delicious. Meat, fish, pasta. Wonderful flavors. The service was quick and the wine was delicious. We didn't skimp on anything and spent €80 per person. It was definitely worth it. We didn't want for anything. But I'm convinced that if you choose your own menu, you'll also have everything you need and save money. Highly recommended!

Such delicious dishes, and the pizza is also delicious. We've been to Italy, but nowhere have we had such a good meal as at Da Aldo. The staff is also very friendly, so highly recommended.

Delicious restaurant where everything is freshly made. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is preparede freshy. So it takes a bit of time however this enhances the taste of.the dishesl

The staff were really very friendly and accommodating, we were repeatedly asked if everything was okay. The food was very tasty and served in a reasonable time. If you're looking for a good, authentic Italian, you've come to the right place. We also liked the atmosphere; we immediately felt at home. We would love to come back and can highly recommend the restaurant.

Had a delicious pizza (4 stagioni). Drinks were quite pricey, but we ended up eating and drinking for 40 euros.

We had a delicious meal, including a starter, main course with fries, sides, and dessert. There was a special off the menu: veal fillet slices with tuna mayonnaise, which was delicious and surprisingly refreshing. Even though I went on a weekday, it was quite full. Reservations are recommended, especially if you're traveling with a larger group. The background music is Italian pop music from the past three decades at a pleasant volume. After 6:00 PM, you can park for free in the parking lot on Van Dijke Square. The service is quick and helpful.

Tasty but expensive wine. Good starter, main course bad and way too expensive. I didn't eat my vegetarian penne dish. Service asked if we enjoyed it. To be honest, it was disappointing. Waitress came back a little later to report that there was nothing wrong with it, this seemed quite strange; something like I don't like this and will report it after consultation, but this is nice. We were not offered an apology or a cup of coffee. Despite that, my husband wanted to tip. However, the owner did not allow the waitress to process the debit card payment, so there was no tip after all. In short, not what we expected!

Very good restaurant, friendly and helpful staff... the only flaw is that they are a little slow in serving and taking orders!

We had made a reservation with 11 people. After ordering it became clear that we could only order 3 different dishes. We've never experienced anything like this before. We ended up leaving with just a drink. Not recommended!

Ate a delicious pizza in a quiet atmosphere. We had not made a reservation and were still able to get a table. Delicious and surprisingly spicy. We will come back as soon as we are back in Ede, because the menu has beautiful dishes.

Excellent food, attentive service, pleasant relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant regularly has something special on the menu, recently for example spicy sausages from the oven, lasagna with eggplant, and stuffed pasta.

Waiting too long to eat. An hour and a half for a pizza is really too long. Service leaves much to be desired, not pleasant. But pizza is tasty, really Italian.

Probably the best restaurant of Ede, with certainly the best assortment of grappas.

Big disappointment! After previous good experiences, this time it was really not good. Did the chef have an off day or is it structural? Very flat flavors. Funghi trofolati: mushrooms barely fried, I didn't taste any garlic. Grantortelli: where was the truffle in the filling? Not tasted. The sauce with sage? There were 4 small leaves of sage in the sauce which was otherwise bland and tasteless. Gamberi al limone: overcooked shrimp, no lemon flavor! Tablemates had similar experiences. Service: unsure, slow to understand, not listening well. In short, what was once the best Italian in Ede for me no longer has it. I won't be coming back here again.

Unfortunately, a pasta dish is only served as an intermediate course, while pasta is on the menu as a main course and everyone has different main courses (meat / fish / pizza). Indicated to the waitress that the pasta dish as a main course was too small. No response to this. Then after we went to the kitchen ourselves, the response from the kitchen was substandard. No action has been taken, no apology offered and the customer is even being embarrassed. . Downright ridiculous that you pay over 200 euros for a round of starter and main course for 4 people and McDonald's afterwards to fill the gaps.

I eat similar pasta at home so it was disappointing that the food at Da Aldo was not better. Furthermore, the ventilation is not very good, and we often had to wait (too) long for service. In short, there is room for improvement.

From the outside this is an unassuming restaurant. However the food was delicious, really nicely flavoured and the service was excellent. Lovely experience.

Leuk en gezellig restaurant waar je hartelijk ontvangen wordt. Alles wordt vers gemaakt en dat proef je. De tiramisu is een aanrader!

Wat een TOPPERS. Heerlijk echtpaar die weten wat service en lekker eten is. Ik raad het aan om je te laten verrassen door hun qua gerechten en vooral de toetjes. Wij KOMEN zeer zeker terug. Ook al komen we vanuit Den Haag

Proper Italian food, excellent taste. Do ask for the off-menu specials: we were lucky to get a perfect melanzane alla parmigiana freshly made that day, a very rare delicacy not easily done so well. Not surprising on a Friday the place was completely full at 19h so best reserve ahead.

Dit is het beste restaurant in heel Nederland, service en eten dat ervaart men niet vaak, woon niet meer in nl maar kom altijd heel graag hier terug omdat ik het mis, de combinatie van beide.I love it, wordt altijd met liefde gemaakt en geserveerd en de wijn erbij is ook altijd tiptop… this is de place to be…

Geweldig gegeten, het is lang geleden dat ik zo heerlijk gegeten heb, perfecte porties en perfecte smaak. En een geweldige ambiance, Eten alsof je in Italië bij een Italiaanse familie aanschuift.

Autentique Italian restaurant in Ede. Run by Aldo and her wife Hana, Da Aldo has a long history in Ede. The restaurant is cozy, with a nice atmosphere and good service. I ordered the spaghetti a la bolognesa and it was very delicious! You taste the freshness of the pasta and the sauce was very delicious. Then we have the profiteroles, super delicious! Definitely coming back!

Gezellige plek lekker eten. Alleen serveerster was overduidelijk nieuw in het vak en moet wat meer bijgeleerd worden. Binnekomst halfuur moeten wachten op de kaart. Voorgerecht borden uithalen duurde ook bijna een uur. Geen drinken gevraagd voor bij het hoofdgerecht en ook niet meer iemand gezien om het nog te kunnen vragen. Dit brengt de ervaring van het goede eten zo ontzettend naar beneden. Iedereen moet het een keer leren maar de basis dingen als een kaart gelijk brengen bij aankomst en niet na elke keer aan tafel komen hoii zeggen is basis etiquette. Eten was lekker maar wel wat aan de weinige kant. Ravaoli maar 6stukjes intotaal gehad.

Beter Italiaans eten als dit is er niet dit is Italie zoals het hoort te zijn super lekker

Even geleden thuis laten bezorgen, en dat is zo goed bevallen dat we er vandaag zijn gaan eten. Kort samengevat, eten is super goed, alles lekker vers, vriendelijk personeel en ruime keus qua gerechten. We komen hier zeker vaker terug. Aanrader!
