Da’s mooi in Centrum

I have, truly, never experienced anything like this... Due to circumstances (a death in the family), I didn't feel like cooking. After some disagreement about where to order, we decided on Manhattan. Ordered online and after an hour decided to inquire where the order was? Oh right, I think it's being made now (only now?!?) but I'll just check... She comes back, and what happens then is a second voice interrupting. It turns out to be seriously just another customer. Uh, can you both call me back? I call back, and he keeps switching to "this number is temporarily unavailable." Tried again, but it took so long that I was just fed up with it for a moment. Calling the customer back isn't an option either, imagine that... Called again; apparently, it's terribly busy... I used to be a manager of a pizzeria myself (a long time ago), and when it was busy, we would let the customer know or give them a small extra tip for the long wait. Waited an hour and a half. This was the last time, what a farce!

It was very nice and the food was delicious, top-notch staff too... we would love to come back.
