Pizza Manhattan in Meerzicht

I have, truly, never experienced anything like this... Due to circumstances (a death in the family), I didn't feel like cooking. After some disagreement about where to order, we decided on Manhattan. Ordered online and after an hour decided to inquire where the order was? Oh right, I think it's being made now (only now?!?) but I'll just check... She comes back, and what happens then is a second voice interrupting. It turns out to be seriously just another customer. Uh, can you both call me back? I call back, and he keeps switching to "this number is temporarily unavailable." Tried again, but it took so long that I was just fed up with it for a moment. Calling the customer back isn't an option either, imagine that... Called again; apparently, it's terribly busy... I used to be a manager of a pizzeria myself (a long time ago), and when it was busy, we would let the customer know or give them a small extra tip for the long wait. Waited an hour and a half. This was the last time, what a farce!

The windows have had stains on them for over two years, and they're still there. It's truly sickening, to be honest. You can probably guess what the kitchen will look like then.

Delicious food, certainly not inferior to Domino's. It's a shame that they only sell 32 cm pizzas. Then it quickly becomes too expensive for me 🫰 So back to Domino's then 😊🤷‍♀️

The order arrived 45 minutes later after a text from the restaurant saying the delivery driver had left. The restaurant is 10 minutes from our house. The food was ice cold! Not even lukewarm, just completely cold. We didn't get any drinks even though we paid for them! The bread rolls were burnt on the inside, and the fries were inedible because they were so cold. I tried calling you countless times without success. I'm a regular customer but will never order again. Deeply disappointed with your poor service and unreachable service.

Terrible!!! While ordering, the woman was typing on her phone and seemed grumpy. We sat at a table and received the pizzas on a dirty tray without any plates. It looked unappetizing. The pizza itself was nothing special.

The delivery took a very long time, having to wait 1.5 hours longer in total. Then the order was also wrong. The restaurant itself did not indicate how much longer it would take for the food to be delivered. Furthermore, the food was tasty.

Well filled pizza. Staff friendly. The downside is that you don't get napkins with your food.

The food is always delicious and the restaurant gets two stars for that. Unfortunately the service is very poor. I have received the wrong order several times. They are also almost always late when indicating time slots. Whether you pick it up or deliver it no respect for your time. I understand for a few minutes. But not even fifteen minutes or more. Hopefully this will be read more as feedback and not an attack on the matter, because as I stated above... tasty food.

Turkish pizza was really different from elsewhere. Thicker dough, more filling and tasted really good.

Tasty pizza. I had a pizza doner with extra mushrooms. And the week before at Bella Donna's in Zoetermeer. I think they're both great to do!

Strange place. People are shy and rude. Never been treated so poorly as a customer.

Operator is easy to communicate with and very at hand. She ignores you and you have to repeat things 10 times. I canceled my order because of her. Furthermore, good food, a pity for the owner of the business

Pizza Manhattan's food was delicious

Terrible place with very disinterested staff. We went there for dinner with 3 children. The place was empty (I mean no one!!) But the girl behind the counter thought it was too much effort to walk towards us. After I walked to the cash register myself to grab the menus, I could then go back there to order. It was not inviting to sit there and I will never go there again. After saying "have a nice evening" three times without an answer (still in an empty restaurant), we left very disappointed.

Good service tasty and creative plates were neatly on a shelf and fries in a deep fryer pizza was delicious even had some left over

TOP! but then everything. hamburger, pizza or chicken. It's absolutely right! fresh, fast and delicious!

So far the best fast food restaurant in Zoetermeer. Much better than Macdonalds and KFC and all the crap.

We just ate there, worthless food, they say it's halal, but I think the animals were hit by a car, or at least that's how they taste. You've come to the right place for roadkill!

1 star is already too much. Uninspired garbage, bad service and unfriendly staff. However, for cola and/or stomach complaints you have come to the right place.

Hamburgers were made from lkkr whole meat, I think they were home-made hamburgers, nice taste, only the fries could be of better quality. It is better to sell expensively and use better products than to offer cheaply and lower quality. ✌😉👍😎you're doing good Manhattan

Ordered pizzas from you for the first time today. Unfortunately I can't think of anything other than that these were rubbish and tasteless. After I called you tried to find a solution and gave us the burgers and chicken pieces to try. The chicken pieces were dripping with fat. The hamburger was burnt instead of well-cooked (which means that the inside is no longer red) and, besides the spicy taste, it was also tasteless. The Limburger was the best of all. I said I would call back and did so. I think the answer that you stand behind your products and if you give part of the money back you would acknowledge that your product is bad is weak. Just like you blame the timing. You indicate that you only experience this 1 in 20 times. Honestly that's quite a lot. I find this anything but neat and therefore cannot write a positive review. You have already lost 2 customers with this. But above all, stand behind your product.👍
