Had a fantastic high tea. Pleasant, peaceful atmosphere, great acoustics. Delicious scones, cakes, and sandwiches; we thoroughly enjoyed it.

I went here for the first time yesterday. Upon arrival, I was greeted kindly, but another employee (wearing dark clothing and glasses) completely ignored me: she asked the tables around me if they wanted anything and didn't even greet me upon leaving. I also asked another employee if I could charge my laptop. She politely explained that laptops aren't actually allowed on weekends, but that this wasn't clearly indicated on my table. She was very helpful and even offered to charge my laptop, but given the situation, I felt it wasn't appropriate. I really appreciated her kindness. The cake and chai were delicious, but because of the unfriendly attitude of that one employee, I won't be returning—even though I'm in the area regularly because my daughter dances there.

They have amazing scones with fresh cream and homemade strawberry jam! Really good! Their ginger tea with orange was also good as well as their cookies.

Had a delicious breakfast. I found the service a bit rushed, but friendly. Be sure to arrive early, as they fill up quickly.

I was there on a Saturday morning around lunchtime, sat next to a little garden, and had a lovely breakfast...the tea was delicious (cute crockery) and the scones were yummy. I did ask for extra butter and got it. The service was friendly and cozy ❤️🌞

We had the Bakers Lunch which included a quiche (leek, goat cheese & almond), small soup and side salad. It also comes with a scone, clotted cream, strawberry jam and lemon curd. The scone had a crispy shell and soft inside, decent portion for 2 to share. I would have liked it to be more buttery though. They also have other types of scones and quiche. The cafe vibe is casual. Worth visiting if you are in the vicinity of DePijp

During our Amsterdam stay, we've walked to De Bakkerswinkel for some delicious and healthy breakfast. They have a cute interior Cafe and Bakery. The Lorraine Quiche was creamy and delicious! Service was fast and friendly. We enjoyed the Cafe / Bakery setting and would love to stop by again during our next visit.

Went here for brunch with friends and really liked it. The food is simple; but nicely prepared and it tastes pretty decent. Drinks and coffee are also good. But the highlight were the scones. Absolutely delicious, served with a side of clotted cream, strawberry jam and lemon curd. We tried their cheesecake and lemon cakes, both very nice and not overly sweet. Service was diligent and just amicable enough. The place also has a very nice back terrace away from the main tables. Overall a good experience.

We chose this place for breakfast. We ordered cheese omelette and croissant. Both were great. We ordered croissant with jam. They brought strawberry and mango jam, we loved it. The environment was small and intimate. The employees were friendly and interested. We loved it so much

The afternoon tea is incredibly delicious and spacious! We organized a baby shower there and it was great!

One of my favorite places. Nice atmosphere, attentive service. Kids friendly place. I can recommend pretty much everything on the menu! The favorite are the quiches, the scones and the pineapple-basil jam.

A small, cute cafe that’s perfect for a cozy stop. I always come here for the scones (to die for) — they’re absolutely delicious, especially with some fresh jam. The staff is super friendly, which makes the place feel even more welcoming. The menu is small but has enough great options to keep everyone happy.

An excellent, soulful place in the depths of the streets. We took yummy breakfast and breakfast with red fish and avocado. Everything is very tasty. I was especially pleased with the scones they served - with strawberry jam and lemon curd. It's just a feast of tastes. I highly recommend taking a look here. It's very cozy inside and the service is fast and friendly. For two we left 35€ Yummy breakfast 15€ and breakfast with fish 20€

Delicious breakfast with scores and homemade jam. The plate could be decorated more beautifully, here the detail and love were missing. But it didn't affect the taste. Abort. The price is a bit more expensive.

Lovely little breakfast spot! Scone with clotted cream and jam was amazing (especially the lemon curd). Also had the eggs and bacon served on sourdough bread which was tasty. Service was quick.

Stopped in for a light breakfast and a cup of tea and was pleasantly surprised by this place. We had the scone breakfast and the yummy breakfast and everything was delicious. The prices are very reasonable as well and the staff were helpful and sweet. They sell jars of their homemade jams in all the usual flavours with some more interesting ones too, highly recommend their lemon curd! I would definitely go back here again.

On a rainy afternoon in Amsterdam, we were soaked and looked for a cafe where we could have something warm. Walking by chance we found this beautiful cafe, with a delicious perfume of freshly baked cake that invited us to enter. We leave the umbrellas at the entrance and immediately there is the display with millions of delicious, salty and sweet things, you don't know which one you are going to end up with. The waitresses took us to a table, they brought us the menu, and from there we chose a ginger and lemon tea (the best of my life, it was so delicious that when I finished it I ate the thin slices of ginger) and a cappuccino. To accompany it we ordered a carrot cake and a cake style the ones grandmothers make in the oven, with whole raspberries. Delicious!! They are served on very decorative plates, in the style of the place. They also have breakfast menus and different healthy lunch options. The price is in line with those here in the city. They have 1 bathroom and it is clean. It is accessible by bike, on foot, at the metro exit, by tram, etc. etc. The waitresses are very friendly, they speak in English and the menu is also offered in English. We will be back!

I have previously bought scones and other sweets here to take away and today I had coffee and a scone. The scone is served warm with clotted cream and jam and is delicious. There are many more tasty things on the menu so I will definitely come back again. The employees are very nice and there is a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely recommended for a quiet breakfast!

You wont get disappointed with this place. I liked the caramel pie although it is a bit hard pie but still tasted good. I also liked their scones

A lovely neighbourhood cafe with beautiful homemade style baked goods. I really enjoyed the dark rye bread with raisins, very nicely made and has so many fruits infused in it. They also offer a good variety of teas.

Echt een hele leuke plek om een keer te lunchen.

Leuke zaak waar je uitstekend kunt lunchen. De serveerster had bij ons één van de bestellingen niet goed doorgegeven, maar dit werd snel hersteld. De Roelof Hartlunch met verse soep, een stukje quiche en een kaastosti is zeker een aanrader.

Great place for lunch/brunch. You can find a nice menu with soup and salad and quiche. The desserts are delicious too, especially the canelé. The canelé are the best I tried in Amsterdam and I tried quite a few...
