Everything was absolutely great. The atmosphere was warm and cozy and the staff were super friendlym The paninies were tasty and as a cafe manager I can confidently say the coffee was top notch!

Visited this place for a take away croissant. Pastries are average, more on a dry note I would say, but the service is really bad. The guy grabbed the croissant with his hands to place it in the bag, not great.

Standard sandwich shop, a bit pricey

Excellent coffee shop with a huge selection of desserts and pastries. Good tasty coffee. I took myself a coffee + croissant, a croissant with ham, because there was no usual one, they politely asked me to choose another, it turned out to be very tasty, despite the fact that I do not really like this combination of flavors, but this one was tasty. I also want to note the good staff, pleasant communication and good mood. I would be happy to come again.

Ants in the chocolate ball. Yesterday, I got some chocolate balls for my boyfriend's birthday. When we got home, we wanted to eat one, and it was covered in ants. I called the store 12 times yesterday to warn the employees and to prevent them from selling more pastries with ants on/in them. Unfortunately, no one answered.

I love sourdough bread, but this one is way too salty and the crust is way too hard. If they've just opened and they're having some kind of work meeting, I still can't say good morning after three visits. I've actually never returned because of this mentality.

I do not recommend . The place was empty , so lacked any atmosphere . I should have taken note . I bought several different loaves . Both too dry & lacking any flavour / taste . Service was poor . All the staff chatting & gossiping at the back , ensuring it looked empty & uninviting .

Top! Deliciously moist oliebollen and delicious apple beignets for a very reasonable price. The baker at Amsterdam Oostpoort told me this morning that he was busy from nine o'clock in the evening of December 30 until the evening of December 31. Hats off! Our clients and we enjoyed it.

I am not local but i stay in a hotel near by often because of work, i always order Bread with butter and ham, but last time the lady said she couldn’t make it because she was alone, so I asked just for a little butter to put on my bread and she told me to buy at the store. I always buy cakes but I was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t get out fast enough

Normally I like to walk into one of the branches for bread, an oliebol or something else tasty and I highly recommend them to friends and business associates, but unfortunately I don't know if I can continue that. This has to do with the treatment of a tall young lady working at the branch on Mosplein yesterday afternoon. I walked in there around 4:50 PM (wasn't greeted by anyone, everyone seemed to focus on quickly packing, cleaning up and completing the work) with my six-year-old daughter and asked the employee behind the counter if it was possible you can order another hot chocolate to go. This employee indicated that this was no longer possible because the espresso bar had already been cleaned (I don't understand how the espresso bar relates to hot chocolate, but anyway). I tried to explain to my six-year-old daughter that even though the store was open, she could not order hot chocolate because the machine intended for that purpose had already been cleaned. Now another tall employee walks in and yells at us that it can't be done because "we're about to close." She said this with an irritated tone and an attitude asking if we could leave quickly. I haven't felt so unwelcome somewhere in a long time. Really worthless. I saw that my daughter did not understand this attitude either and I walked away quite affected. I noticed that I was quite angry about this and I walked back and indicated to your employee that I did not like her treatment and tone. I believe that in a service-oriented profession you should have a guest-friendly and open attitude, even if it is 5 minutes before closing time, after all, the customer ultimately also pays the employee's salary. She apologized, but mainly said that to get it over with quickly and closed the door of the business while she apologized. Again, a very strange way of doing things. When I asked why it is not possible to order what is on the menu during official opening hours, she stated that she does not determine the rules. So my question to management is: what is the policy regarding ordering food and drinks in the last fifteen minutes before closing time? Why can't you get something to drink until closing and doesn't cleaning start after closing? Isn't it true that people clock in and out just like in the civil service? Having previously worked in the catering industry, our cleaning started after closing, after all opening hours are meant to be open to customers. And if the policy is that the "bar closes" at a certain time before closing, why isn't that posted in the store so customers are aware? I also think it would be more useful for employees to refer to. I now have a tendency not to visit anymore because of this experience and unfortunately this experience now also colors the association with your brand. Although the products are good, I am disappointed by the staff's manner and obviousness that friendliness no longer has to play a role.

Bread is ok. Service is worthless, you don't see it. I have been a customer for years, but I no longer come to the store.

Friendly staff is not lacking, but the croissant is very dry and tough...it lacks a nice creaminess. Cottage cheese bun was fine.

Absolutely delicious oliebollen and Christmas stollen, apple turnover and apple fritter of much inferior quality. Service somewhat surly and tatty. Especially considering the price, it could really be a bit more pleasant. Bad air conditioning there, the whole tent is covered in baking smoke.

If you place an order, you will receive an email with confirmation and a collection time... When you get there, they cannot find your order! Then you are told that "we don't have any sourdough bread today, but you can bring a loaf from the freezer..." what a 🤡

They serve excellent coffee here, but that one gingerbread with it is far too little. This must definitely be a saucer full. What a taste and so incredibly crispy. This is the best speculaas I have tasted in my life. Oh, the oliebollen are also full of currants and taste excellent too.

Found a hair in my sandwich but the girl serving was nice and gave me a free croissant. It’s an ok place for a coffee and a snack!

Erg fijne plek om gezellig te zitten & lekker wat te eten en drinken. Heerlijke croissants en NOG lekkerdere Crompouse!! Ze zijn ook echt super leuk met kinderen! Wij gaan hier zeker vaker komen!

Het biologische bruine brood is prima ! Het witte desem brood was erg lekker , maar laatste jaren veel minder lekker. Het witte brood mist de luchtigheid en gaten! Echt jammer , misschien ander deeg?

Bardzo dobre tarty owocowe i cynamonowe. Niemniej jednak odejmuję gwiazdkę za to, że wypieki stały przy drzwiach do toalety. Dodatkowo, mimo, że są stoliki i muzyka, to hałasy z procesów wypiekania raczej nie sprzyjają temu, by posiedzieć i na przykład porozmawiać.

Personal muy amable. Fue nuestro punto de desayuno diario con bocadillos sabrosos, dónde único encontramos un desayuno que no se basará solo en dulces. Muy recomendable!

Such a lovely bakery! I'm sad that we don't have one in the UK! Perfect for breakfast or lunch. Incredibly delicious pastries and cakes. The staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Very kind and fast service! I wish they heat up the sweet pastries before serving, and they cleaned the tables more frequently, as our table was stained.

Baguettes have been quite stale a couple times. Service is always nice.

Weer heerlijk geluncht bij de Bakkerszonen. Wat een goede smaken! Ze worden, net als veel kleine bakkers, ontzettend de dupe van de hoge gasprijzen. Blijf ze steunen, zodat ze kunnen blijven!

Modern setting, many great products which were tasty. You can purchase freshly milled grains as well. Soft brown rolls, wholegrain bread and oliebollen were our favorites. Ordering and paying should be improved as many customers were walking around confused.

Ik kocht vandaag (22/12/18) drie wille broodjes, twee oliebollen en 1 saucijzenbroodje. Kostte bijna ZEVEN Euro. De broodjes zijn doorsnee en zeker geen 90 cent per stuk waard. Voor wat betreft de oliebollen: ik heb nog nooit zulke kleine gezien. Ze hebben het formaat van een groot ei. Daardoor eet je relatief veel korst. Ik vond ze niet bijzonder en vettig. Over het saucijzenbroodje kan ik nog niks zeggen, eet ik morgen. Conclusie: ik voel me bekocht, kom hier nooit meer en raad deze zaak iedereen af.
