De Echte Bakker in Wijk 01 Lariks

I bought a 'floor tiger' here two weeks ago; I could already see in the store that it was very dark. Once I got home, it turned out the bread had simply been baked for far too long. The crust was more than a centimeter thick and impossible to cut through, and the next morning it was tough as well. I threw the bread away. I find it scandalous that they still dare to sell this. Especially since they charge €3.85 for a loaf. You should be able to expect quality then, and this was not it.

I regularly buy pastries here, such as *appelmeisjes* and *pelikaantjes*. I often ask if the pastries are from today; the answer is always affirmative, though not always truthful. Sometimes the *appelmeisjes* are slippery, or the composition of the *pelikaantjes* is waterlogged. I receive no honest answer to my complaint, except for one saleswoman who honestly said that they were from yesterday, leaving it up to me whether to buy them or not. My position is: "Be honest, for the sake of your customer."

Yesterday I went to this Fledderus branch because I had to go there to pick up a package from another store. I was greeted upon arrival, and then completely ignored. The employee was talking to a customer who was apparently a good friend. A conversation should always be possible, but such a long conversation? No, I don't think that's acceptable. The employee should have told her friend that they would be back to chatting shortly and that they could help me. After waiting a while, I told them I was leaving and that they could continue chatting. The employee replied, "Fine." Well...

I occasionally buy delicious rolls for my husband for breakfast in bed. They're always friendly, especially the slightly older woman ;) who's been working there for 38 years. She's incredibly friendly, and that alone is why I keep coming back, plus, of course, the delicious rolls! The raisin bread is especially recommended!

The bread is absolutely good. Such a shame, there's a girl working there who just shrugs when you ask her for something. I've noticed it a few times. She hasn't been working there long, otherwise I would have noticed. Also, the bread is getting holes more and more often. Not so bad for once, but I'm seeing it more and more. And: you have such a great system of saving up for a little something extra: unfortunately, you've raised the minimum order to €4! A typical case of "Graafllation"! Stop it. I call that sticking a carrot in the customer's face 🥴If I want that, I'd better go straight to the butcher... Seven months later: I order a sausage roll and a cheese roll. Unfortunately, when I get home, it wasn't a cheese roll but a frikandel roll. Ugh 😳 Unbearable with that disgusting sauce... Teenage food! If I want that, I'll go to Jumbo. Yes, I should have paid attention myself, but the staff really needs to pay attention! It's also a shame: grabbing sandwiches by hand and then taking another tenner and giving change. What's wrong with tongs? Oh yeah: The holes in the bread, see above: much better, and the staff even checks them occasionally! 👍

The bread is delicious. The staff could be a bit friendlier, though. Gosh. I can barely manage a smile. Such a shame. I think they either don't sleep well there or aren't really enjoying themselves. This is the second time I've been stared at on Nobellaan, saying, "What are you doing here?" Next time I'll try the one on Vaart; maybe they'll be friendlier.

Bread is delicious. But there is a problem, if you put a fresh half loaf in the machine and then a whole loaf after it, you will be left with a crumpled loaf of half loaf without a slice of whole bread. Half a loaf costs as much as a whole one in the supermarket. That's too bad . So put fresh bread through the slicer more slowly and it will be fine. Anyone who goes to a real bakery is in no hurry. And it's a shame I didn't take a picture of it.

Got cake for Buuv's birthday. It was delicious!

Yesterday, 11/13/21, I picked up an order for 60 Sinterklaas packages, 10 euros each. I am VERY disappointed, I did not get what was agreed. Package is worth at most 5 euros. In retrospect I shouldn't have accepted it, but I was overwhelmed. Too bad Fledderus, I will NOT come to you again. This is not a fair way to do business. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Get to the store on time, otherwise you will miss the net and that is a shame. What they sell is tasty and good. Thick thumb

old pastries on Nobel Avenue. I wouldn't mind paying 8.80 for 4 pastries. but not for old stuff with dry old whipped cream. not good

Delicious Drenthe peat and friendly staff. You can go there for something tasty. However, I find the prices too high to get my daily things (just like at other bakeries).
