Best gluten-free bread ever! I've tried almost every kind, but they're usually too dry, too sweet, or too greasy. These loaves (the Skip and the Bread Pitt) are truly different: fresh, healthy, nutritious, and truly delicious. They're not cheap, so unfortunately, they're not for everyone's budget. But if you can afford them, absolutely do!

The food was sensational. A variety of gluten-free and lactose-free options. The breads, brownies, everything was delicious!! Congratulations!!

I was pleasantly surprised by the large variety of baked goods they offered but my review on the actual quality is both good and disappointing. One of the bakery items I was most looking forward to was the biggest disappointment- a plain loaf of fresh bread. It looked delish but it was very “gummy” and borderline raw on the inside. The gummy dough stuck to the knife terribly. My only solution was to toast a slice before eating it- as if to finish baking it. In my experience, gummy bread often means the bread didn’t cool long enough before being served. I expected better results from a professional bakery. Just a big disappointment for a €9 loaf of bread. I also bought a loaf of Easter bread and a chocolate brownie cookie, both of which were very tasty.

The fresh products are really good especially the focaccia is amazing, super soft with a crispy outside. Their baking products are nice. This place is really close to where I live but because of the limited opening times I tend to forget about it or bike past it and see it be closed. I do love this place but would visit more if the they were open more frequently.

My fiancee with celiaki was super excited and happy when she got here.

A 'store' with these types of tight opening hours/days cannot be called a real store. People with celiac disease or gluten intolerance also like to eat fresh products. Little to no competition seems to lead to this kind of arbitrariness.

Beautiful products, just a shame about the unfriendly staff... snappy attitude and impatient... it didn't feel like I was very welcome, especially when I wanted to ask some questions about the fresh products... a pity that they are not aware of that...

I had the expectation of a small gluten free supermarket. That Was disappointing as Sortiment is super small. A bit more than a normal supermarket. the bakery is good though. Would I have expected only the bakery it would have been 5 stars

Great local spot for all things gluten free. Everything from sweets to pizza dough, they have it. Friendly staff. Good coffee too!

I was very excited and I bought a little of everything: cake, bread loaf, bread with coconut and muffin. Only the cake was nice, but the bread is very humid and heavy. It got mold after 2 days for this reason. The oat banana muffins are very hard even after heating up in the oven. Positive side: they have confectioned gluten free products which are not offered in other supermarkets.

Sie haben ein grosses Sortiment an glutenfreien Produkten und es gibt auch frische und selbstgemachte Backwaren. Ich war froh habe ich es gerade noch vor den Betriebsferien geschafft.

Tja..ik schrok een beetje, vind de sfeer niet meer zo leuk. De winkel ziet er niet meer zo gezellig uit. Beetje kaal. De assortiment is ook veel minder geworden. Ik mistte de lekker kikkererwten chips. Hoop dat jullie niet dicht gaan. Het lijkt alsof jullie ermee gaan stoppen.

This bakery is a little piece of heaven in Amsterdam. 💛 my husband and I are gluten and dairy intolerant so it’s not always easy finding a good place to eat. We had just about every item on display and loved them all! So delicious! You don’t feel any aftertaste that sometimes happens w GF baked goods. Try the pea plant based milk with coffee as well. Lovely creamy balanced taste. Although the bakery is a bit out of the way for tourists, it is worth the effort. 💪 You won’t be disappointed 🙌

Des gens charmants et une cuisine merveilleuse. Si vous avez la maladie cœliaque, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Les pâtisseries ont régalé mes filles.

En tant que coeliaque, ce magasin est le paradis. On peut rentrer et choisir ce qui nous plaît sans avoir à lire des milliers d'étiquettes. Les produits frais sont preparés sur place et sont délicieux. De plus pour du sans gluten le prix n'est pas excessif.

Just like heaven for people with gluten intolerance. Maybe a bit expensive when it comes at reselling products but baked stuff are very good.

Small cute shop with all gluten free products ranging from beers to cereal to ingredients. They make their own bread which is very delicious and they're always happy to help you find what you need.

Veel vers brood en gebaks producten. Ook diverse kant en klare producten. Natuurlijk is alles glutenvrij maar ook veel is vegan. We kochten dit keer gevuld speculaas (gv én vegan) en focaccia brood uit eigen bakkerij. Beide erg lekker van smaak! Verder kochten we gebakjes van Holy Nut ook deze zijn heerlijk. Makkelijk meenemen uit de diepvries en rustig tot morgen in de koelkast laten ontdooien. Dat wordt smullen!

I go there every Saturday for my weekly order of Bread Pitt and Pecan Pie. Last time the girl behind the counter hooked me up with two slices of Pecan Pie with crust… trust me, it’s a big deal. I’ve made it inside the circle of trust. This place is legit yummy.

As a family with a Celiac member this store is fantastic. We got my wife's birthday cake here, with no notice, and it was delicious. Decent variety of things to get here, and bonus points (that weren't needed) for having some toys in the back that our toddler played with.
