Nice place in Drachten, quick service. We had some drinks and snacks, which were excellent! On a previous visit, I had the apple pie, which is also highly recommended.

A very pleasant atmosphere. Delicious coffee. Very polite staff.

Great lunch location in terms of decor. Only: Despite having a reservation, the staff was very busy/understaffed. The wait for the menu and drinks took an extremely long time. Getting a second round of drinks was virtually impossible; the staff didn't even bother to look at us. Upon arrival, there was a discussion among the staff about which of the two would serve us. Very sad, that's no way to run a business. I would skip this one if you're in Drachten. The food was good, but the combination of the above factors makes it not worth a second visit.

A lovely place to grab a bite to eat. Delicious pea soup too. And very friendly service. Nienke definitely stood out, very attentive and super friendly. Definitely worth 5 stars.

Went here for lunch today with my mother. My mother ordered an "avocado" sandwich with tomato, mozzarella balls, and guacamole. She assumed the sandwich would actually contain avocado. However, when the sandwich arrived, there was no avocado to be seen. The staff told me the avocado was mixed into the guacamole... Very misleading, calling it a guacamole sandwich. I expected both ingredients to be present. For the price of €13.50, I expected at least a little more avocado. The service was friendly. The ambiance was okay.

We had two Supreme wraps, one of which had a hair from the cook on it and was very bland. We also ordered a Coke, but never received it. We mentioned both of these things at the cash register. They removed the Coke from the order, but didn't say anything about the hair. We didn't receive an apology.

Had a wonderful lunch there yesterday. We found a table near the main entrance, unfortunately a bit drafty. But otherwise, it was great: friendly staff, and the service was fast. The food arrived super fast, even though it was very busy. Well done!

Bring back the goat cheese salad!! 💔 I had to cry a little when I discovered my favorite salad had been taken off the menu.

When we arrived, a table was quickly set up by a very friendly staff member. However, the food was mediocre, very bland, and tasteless. It was very noisy. It was so packed that people had a hard time hearing each other, so they started talking louder and louder. Of course, there wasn't much the restaurant could do about that, but the atmosphere wasn't relaxing for us.

We sat on the terrace. It took 15 minutes before someone came to take the order. I went inside for a second cup of cappuccino because the service never came. It took a good 5 minutes before someone came to help me. The terrace is cozy, the service could be better

Unfortunately we were not allowed in here with 2 sweet quiet dogs, not even at the front next to the entrance. Too bad for the blind guide dog and his/her owner......

Disappointing experience not recommended We had quite some expectations when we sat down at De Graancirkel, but unfortunately this visit was very disappointing. We sat there for more than 20 minutes and in that time not a single employee came to us, while it was absolutely not busy. We tried several times to make contact with the staff; waving, making eye contact, even getting up to talk to someone, but they completely ignored us. No welcome, no menu, no question if we wanted something to drink. Nothing at all. After all that time we finally got up and went somewhere else. Very frustrating, because you come for a relaxing moment, and then you get this kind of disinterest. Hopefully this is an exception, but for us it felt like we were completely unwelcome. No idea what the food is like, because we never got the chance to order anything. Really a shame.

Unfortunately, our visit to this business was anything but pleasant. Upon entering we were not greeted and no eye contact was made. We had to wait over 15 minutes before anyone came to our table. When someone finally appeared, the approach was distant and curt, with a grumpy tone and without any eye contact. He started the conversation with “tell”. not even while taking the order. To our surprise, the food came much earlier than the drinks, which seemed very illogical and sloppy. In addition, the portions were extremely small, especially in relation to the price. The overall hospitality and service left much to be desired. We found this visit impersonal and uncomfortable and see no reason to come back here again.

Today we sat on the terrace at De Graankring, but unfortunately the experience in terms of service was quite disappointing. Even though it was not busy and there were more than enough staff present, we had to wait more than 15 minutes before someone came to us. When someone finally appeared, the tray was practically thrown down without eye contact, and all he said was, “Tell me.” That doesn't feel exactly hospitable. To make matters worse, we were served the bread platter before our drinks. That says enough about the communication and priorities within the ministry. It's a shame, because we've had a nice meal here before — the kitchen does its job well. We also received the wrong drinks, there was no apology and then the wrong drinks arrived again. The service really needs work. A friendlier and more attentive team would greatly improve the overall experience.

Came in for some bread, the pastries looked attractive so we took a hazelnut foam pastry and a strawberry cheesecake. My wife's hazelnut foam pastry was fine. The strawberry cheesecake was dried out and hard... instead of melting on the tongue I now had to chew it.

An open and cozy atmosphere with a bit of reverberation. We had a nice waitress and were helped promptly. My roommate said: "Nice apple pie, just a little moist with nice whipped cream."

Cappuccino disappointing. The milk layer was half an inch and not creamy at all. It looked like oat milk or almond milk to me. The friendly and correct waitress could not tell which milk was used. Is it cow's milk? No idea, it was special basic milk..... Burger was fresh, all the trimmings. It's a lot and tasty. Caesar salad: fresh, crunchy, lots of it. Good proportions. Instead of chicken pieces, chicken fillet slices were used. Didn't detract from the taste. Tip for the kitchen: - tear the lettuce into pieces instead of cutting into strips - be aware that the kitchen is 'open' Tip for some waitresses: Do not immediately ask 'What would you like to drink?' at the very first contact. Please first say good morning and/or nice to have you here. That really makes a world of difference for customers.

Tuesday afternoon around 3.30 pm, several (lounge) sofas are covered, a few occupied but a rack with cushions is next to the entrance. My request to grab pillows (myself) was met with a very doubtful response from Miss 1, who asked Miss 2......NO, that was not the intention. They stayed on the rack!!

Had lunch here today. Beautiful location! Nice sitting outside. They forgot to transfer our order to the kitchen. Great solution by offering a free drink!

The food here is fine, I had 12 hours and there was nothing to complain about. It was very busy, so I personally thought the general atmosphere and service was a bit less, but here too there was not much to complain about! It is a bit on the pricey side.

It was quite tasty but not special. I thought it was quite expensive, you pay 14 euros for a club sandwich where the chicken is not even fried yourself. The rest of the menu is also quite pricey. Salads from 17.50. Excuse me...???. Staff very friendly!

Unfortunately, the outdoor terrace was not open on the first sunny day, but it was just as cozy inside. Despite the crowds, good help and personal contact in a short time.

Lunch was very good and so was the service. What I found a bit disturbing was the coffee machine behind the bar that was very noisy. We sat at the large table near the bar.

Had lunch with a friend. The service left something to be desired, very friendly but it always took a long time before orders were taken. However, the food came very quickly despite it being busy. The food was really tasty and you really got enough. Knives were a bit on the blunt side, but that certainly didn't spoil the fun. Worth repeating.

Had met dochter een koffie en gebak uit de bakkerij die in het restaurant zit. Bij het afrekenen bleek dat op het gebak meer dan 50% duurder was dan de prijs in de bakkerijvitrine. Heb de bedrijfsleidster hierop aangesproken dat het buiten proporties is die opslag. Als klant wordt je ook niet geïnformeerd dat het duurder is en is pure misleiding. De zeer onvriendelijke bedrijfsleidster zei dat ik het er maar mee moest doen. Wij komen er niet weer en klanten wees gewaarschuwd als je gebak in restaurant op eet, je betaald een forse opslag. Er zijn goedkopere opties.

Fijne plek om af te spreken en bij te kletsen,lief personeel.

Goede relaxed ambiance. Leuk om , alleen of met meerdere mensen, koffie te drinken of te eten. Geweldige hamburger. Goed brood en goed vlees. Cappuccino met mooi schuim en goede smaak, mag iets sterker.

Koffie en broodje carpaccio waren heerlijk

25 minuten gezeten zonder geholpen te worden. Ondertussen drie keer personeel aangesproken. Helaas nog steeds geen bediening. Imo niet druk nog vele tafels vrij.

We ontbijten hier wel vaker. Dat smaakt allemaal goed en de mensen zijn vriendelijk. Het gaat allemaal lekker vlot. Maar wat me elke keer weer opvalt, de rommel op en rond de tafel van de dag ervoor. Kruimels op de stoelen en op de grond. Ze zijn niet tot ‘s avonds laat open dus even een bezem erdoor en een doekje over de tafel is wel het minimum.

Onder het mom van "vroeger was alles beter", ik mis de vriendelijkheid van een paar jaar geleden. Gebak is heel lekker! Dat verandert gelukkig niet 😉

Lekkere soep van de dag. Goed gevuld met groenten en kip. Fijne service.

Een gezellig restaurant. Wij waren er op zaterdag 16 september in de middag. Het was niet druk in Drachten. Toch best lang wachten op de bediening. Wij zaten binnen. Het gebak de mango kwarktaart was lekker. De kop thee lekker groot. Normaal flesje water met bubbles. Tegenvaller is het toilet dat boven is. Flink eind met de trap lopen. Daar aangekomen was het toilet niet fris. Bij de mannen was het toilet zelfs zo vies dat de mannen naar de damestoiletten gingen. Onverzorgde toiletten is een groot probleem bij bijna alle horeca. Daar moet meer aandacht aan besteed worden. Maar om oudere mensen zoveel trappen te laten lopen om naar het toilet te gaan vind ik een grote ontwerpfout. Misschien is er een lift, niet gezien dan zou deze beter aangegeven moeten worden.

Geluncht bij de Graancirkel in Drachten. Persoonlijk vond ik de kaart wat summier. Het is een bakkerij annex brasserie aan het Gemeentehuisplein Vriendelijke serveerster. Akoestiek is bedroevend. De ruimte is niet echt prettig om een gesprek te voeren. Zeker als er een luidruchtig gezelschap binnen zit. Toiletten op de 2e etage. Wel met lift te bereiken.

Lekkere uitsmijter. Heerlijke cappuccino. Daar hebben we zelfs twee van genomen.

Heerlijk gegeten, mooie gerechten allemaal zo lekker dat kiezen soms lastig is.

Mooie lunchroom, lekker eten. (Zo lekker dat het al bijna op was voordat ik een fotootje kon maken). En zeer vriendelijke bediening. Redelijk snel en niet te duur.

De high tea was heerlijk en met z'n 4en hadden we meer dan genoeg. Overgebleven hapjes mee naar huis nemen was geen probleem. Aanrader!

Heerlijk gegeten. Jammer dat ze je in het fries aanspreken.

Toch ga je er weer naartoe en je weet gewoon van tevoren dat het een ergernis wordt… Het gebouw is mooi maar van binnen is het gewoon zonde dat er zo weinig moois van is gemaakt… er mist gezelligheid! Het terras daarentegen een dikke 10! De koffie is er prima en de hapjes ook maar het moment van willen bestellen of het nog eens willen bestellen is een drama. Als ondernemer meerdere malen kenbaar gemaakt maar er wordt simpelweg niet op gereageerd… jammer!! Een gemis!! Dit had een echt pareltje van Drachten kunnen worden/ zijn. Dit kan vele malen beter!!

Enig probleem was de wc 2 trappen naar boven

Voor lunch naar de Graancirkel geweest. Vrij rustig, maar gezellig sfeertje. Vriendelijk personeel en erg snelle service. Zo snel hadden we het nog nooit meegemaakt. Het 12uurtje en het broodje Carpaccio waren lekker. De messen waren, voor ons gevoel, bot. Ook bij het vragen naar een andere mes, was deze niet veel beter. Daarom 4 sterren.

Heerlijk geluncht hier, er is voor ieder wat wils. Aardig personeel en gezellige ambiance. Er is een verse bakkerij ernaast waar je ook een lekker gebakje kan uitzoeken.
