Delicious food and incredibly hospitable, beautiful restaurant also great for drinks and snacks. The Bali steak is fantastic.

The service was smooth and friendly. The food arrived quickly and was delicious, and the portions were generous.

Not even worth a star if you want to have lunch on a quiet Tuesday afternoon and are turned away at the door, without even offering to sit on the nearly empty heated terrace. Just a rude "you didn't make a reservation." Super unfriendly!

Great place, very tasty! For less than 80 euros we had a great meal. The portions are quite large. We ordered salmon with a side dish, ribs with a side dish, children's snacks and 4 freshly squeezed orange juices. The staff is very friendly. The man who served us kept asking if everything was okay with us 😊 the door in the women's toilet is interesting. There are no photos of the food because we ate it.

We spent a weekend in Putten, and eating out is a must. We chose De Hertogh because of its ambiance. We were greeted very warmly at the door. One plus: very friendly staff, and we had a delicious meal. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

We had a pleasant and delicious evening. The food was very good, and the service was excellent. We had no complaints.

A new employee arrived today, Estee, I think? It was her first day, and it was definitely noticeable. She left her coffee cups everywhere, took charge as if she owned the whole place, and even corrected the manager. Bold. She walked around with an attitude of "I've been working here for seven years"—which is impressive, because she didn't even know where the power strip was. Customers did seem to know her, but maybe that was just a bluff. We hope she finds her feet. If she puts in the effort and puts in a little effort, she might just make it here. Unfortunately, this was also her last day.

The fried eggs were delicious and the atmosphere was great. We were so comfortable that we decided to order another portion of nachos. I wasn't disappointed with the nachos, but they could have been a bit more elaborate.

Good service, tasty hamburger but a bit sparsely presented. No salad or anything, a bit of truffle mayo as garnish and a hamburger bun. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely come back. Food was good otherwise!

Service was quick and super nice. Food was delicious. Location and ambience also good. We were only a little disappointed with the fries, which are always included with every main course. A bowl came that was for two people, as was the salad. That was a bit small. It would be better if everyone had their own bowl. So we ordered another bowl because only the salmon fillet with half a bowl of fries wasn't quite enough to fill us up. We would eat here again at any time. Clear recommendation!

High Wine Package Yesterday we enjoyed a High Wine package with four women. The wines were delicious and surprising, and it was very nice that explanations were given for each wine. The three-round design – white, rosé and red – was well thought out. It was also nice that there was flexibility if someone did not want rosé, so that you could choose a different wine. In terms of snacks, it was a shame that we were not asked about personal preferences, such as meat or fish. The first round consisted entirely of fish dishes, while the second round had meat dishes. Although it was nice that we were asked about allergies, we would have preferred to receive more varied tapas dishes. Now we got croquettes for both rounds and fries with spare ribs for the second round, which felt a bit less refined. In addition, the temperature in the room was not pleasant. We have indicated several times that we were suffering from drafts and cold. In the end we were moved to a place under a heater, which was an improvement, but if that hadn't been possible we would have left earlier because it was really uncomfortably cold. All in all, a nice experience with delicious wines, but there are certainly areas for improvement in terms of snacks and comfort in the room.

Super cozy restaurant with great atmosphere. We came in and it was actually full (in terms of reservations) but we were allowed to sit at a table that was occupied an hour later. We found this very hospitable (and we managed to have lunch within an hour haha). Food was fast and very tasty, plenty of choice too! We really enjoyed this lunch very much. And then received a bottle of prosecco at checkout for New Year's Eve! We thought that was really sweet, we are going to enjoy it.

I didn't eat there. But it looked very nice and the atmosphere was great! My 8-year-old son had a minor burn in the sauna at the holiday park and was therefore unable to sleep and had to cry. So I had to look for ice to cool it. (Of course not directly on it, but in a tea towel.) He fell asleep very quickly after I got home and we had cooled the place optimally. Thanks to the employees of this business. What great service that I received a bag of ice cubes!!! Thank you very much!
