Great beach bar. Parking is tricky because it's located on a campsite, and as a passerby, it's difficult to open the barrier. The food is nicely presented and very tasty.

Celebrated a wedding here with a BBQ and live music. It was very enjoyable. The staff was friendly, quick, and helpful. Definitely a nice place to grab a bite to eat again. There's plenty of seating, both inside and outside. Outside, there's a large awning with a terrace overlooking Nulde beach. Children can play there, and there's a good view. Parking is also very easy.

Nice place to sit in the sun for a while. Nice cold beer, good satay and a nice place for young and old. Thanks for the hospitality! We will definitely come back.

A cozy restaurant at the campsite on Lake Veluwe. We had a cold/warm buffet followed by a dessert buffet. There was more than enough for everyone. It is difficult to really put something special on the table for groups. But the food was tasty and neatly prepared. The dessert looked very festive and had various flavors. That always makes me happy. So definitely a place to have a tasty evening.

Curry soup is not freshly prepared, soup full of lumps and way too salty. Clearly dissolved powder and not tasty. Service response: "we will pass it on to the chef".

Ate an SES "burger" here... Clearly invented by someone who has never tried it themselves. 2 slices of special bread with a thick round "burger" in between, draped with onions, bacon, mushrooms, cheese and sauce. Served on a board with a paper on which the "burger" and garnishes lie. Bread cannot be cut because of the blunt cutlery, the burger is dry because of its thick shape and paper goes in for free with the burger because it dissolves through the fat and sliced/chopped to get through the bread. What happened to the burger that can be eaten as a burger instead of as a dish with a knife and fork...

Of course, the atmosphere also depends on the person who takes no for an answer. That was great for us. The food we had was very tasty. Was served neatly. Absolutely great. I thought my pepper sauce tasted soapy, but I have had that with several others. Certain addition of booze I guess (yuck....for me....haha. Tasty beforehand... and delicious ice cream afterward. I say: That's great.

Cup-a-soup We walked into the campsite restaurant for a late lunch. You can sit comfortably by the water, but the service and food (soup) were rubbish. After some time a waitress came to ask if we wanted something to drink. We got the lunch menu and ordered the soup of the day (mustard soup) and a tomato soup with a bread board. The soup had no meatballs/vermicelli or tomatoes, but the tomato powder could still be tasted. Service was just as good as the soup itself. A shame and a missed opportunity for a beautiful location.

Below is my experience from the first time I visited. Then I gave 5 stars. We have been several times since then, but today I lowered my rating due to huge disappointment. We ordered 2 sandwiches and a toasted sandwich for lunch, after waiting an hour and a half and asking twice where our food is, we decided to ask for the money paid back (since we had to pay in advance due to a goat tour event). We didn't even get it. apologized! What a pity that we were not the one family with small child(ren) who would have had to solve lunchtime differently! *** Super tent, child - AND adult friendly at the same time! You don't often get to experience that, usually it's either/or ;) 5/5!!

Hugh pity that they changed their menu to such standard meals. They used to have amazing (green egg) smoked meats etc.. still nice to have relaxed drink in summer.

You can sit comfortably inside or outside. We were a group of 13 people. Delicious food. Really tasty food. The shrimp croquettes as a starter are highly recommended. Children had fun playing in the playground and the water. A beautiful and pleasant place to eat out.

Wanted to buy pizza for kids twice. No chance. Only for kids. 7 euros per pizza. They don't seem to need it. Then not.

Soup was good, main courses really good! Risotto was lukewarm and the mushrooms had been forgotten and were sent back. The hamburger was raw on the inside, also sent back! Fortunately, the problem was resolved by two good dishes. It took a while, but very understandable due to a lack of staff. The coffee was also lukewarm and took some time.

What a nice restaurant this is! We actually came here by chance after a forest walk in Zeewolde. The restaurant is located on a campsite and next to a marina. You can park for free on the site behind the barrier. There is indoor and outdoor seating. Outside you look out on a beach with play equipment and a large bouncy castle. Our four young children enjoyed themselves here for hours. And we were able to enjoy delicious coffee and the hospitality of the waitress. We also decided to have a bite to eat there at the end of the day. That was also excellent. What a nice place, we will definitely come back!

Then you stand there. At the barrier. I'm told over the intercom by a young lady with a big waffle that the restaurant won't open for another half hour. Not a problem in itself. But there is quite a queue behind us. When I ask if we can enter and exit the parking lot, I am told. That's not allowed. And that will save you. Connection was lost. Of course we can manage that. Everyone stepped back a bit. But because of how we were spoken to. Then we are done. We will never stop here again. And after visiting the toilet, this also turned out to be a good choice. Jesus how disgusting!

We would have liked to sit on the terrace with family/friends on the beach park and then take a dip together. Unfortunately, we were addressed in a very strange way by the owner of the beach park. We had a great time at SES last year. Unfortunately we won't be coming back.

Sorry to give 1 star. We were there to eat but after that we got drinks. Service no longer comes to us to give us a menu card (15 minutes or longer), I don't understand whether we have to get the menu card ourselves or what? And yes, we walked away. Too bad that was the case. I also work at a restaurant, so I know more or less what that job is like.

Nice tent, nice location. Judging by the cocktails (non-alcoholic), once there there is no menu of the cocktails, and they do not have non-alcoholic cocktails. Shame. Service was neat. Free parking (to the gate of the campsite, and once paid at the restaurant you get a coin from the gate)

More haste less speed. It is not possible to re-present a hamburger that is served cold after it has been heated through! The garnish of an excellent tournedos could also have felt some heat from a pan. Nice location, friendly staff, but the chef should put more credit into his work. Especially for the prices charged.

Nice and good service. Mediocre in terms of food. Surf&Turf = tenderloin and prawns. We had the impression that the tenderloin was an ordinary steak, tasty but not at all tender, which is what tenderloin should be. The prawns were only 2 on a stick, seemed like more of a garnish. The asparagus was tough and seemed well done. The risotto, on the other hand, was very tasty. The cheesecake was delicious. The tiramisu was watery and soaked with alcohol on one side and the ladyfingers were slightly crispy on the other side. The pinot grigio was fine. All in all okay.

If more stars were possible, we would have given them. We came in without a reservation, got the large lounge corner, and after we ordered a snack garnish, which turned out to be 2 too few, we got 8 as compensation!!! there. And while there were 2 people in a lounge corner where more people could sit and therefore earn more. Nothing but praise for this hospitality... And a super tasty beer, rosé and appetizers were served. 👍👍👍

We opted for a 12 hour. Well, that was just perfect! Freshly baked brown bread, crispy croquette and a delicious goulash soup. Sympathetic service and a beautiful location. It is noted that I will visit more often.

In my opinion the hamburger was undercooked, after 2 bites it was returned to the kitchen, but the kitchen had taken the trouble to put it in the oven. After 2 minutes the waiter came back with the hamburger. Still raw and uneaten. The fries were tasty. When clearing the table, the waiter did not ask if we had enjoyed it, which is special if someone does not eat half of a hamburger for €15. Indicated that it was raw. Ober went to poke it. Hmm yes excuse me will pass it on to the kitchen. , Last time. Too bad, booked for a month at the holiday homes on site. So we'll eat somewhere else

Had a great day here, good food and great service. The next day we wanted to come again, when we were suddenly refused by a gentleman. Children are not allowed on the beach, so we had better leave again. Sitting there and leashing your child is also not an option. Bad review only for this terribly unfriendly guy and the lack of clarity.

The restaurant looks neat, but there is a gentleman walking around who is really rude to people. Even forbid 1 child from using the beach for a fee. While it was not busy at all at 10 o'clock this morning. Even replied that you leave the restaurant But he didn't expect this, but we left. Then he called after us, we couldn't make a deal. Well, the fun was already gone. We came here regularly for 12 years. But this was the last time.

Nice place to rest along the way, a few hundred meters from the A28, but oh what a hassle with parking. To prevent misuse by camping guests of the nearby camping facility, you must first make microphone contact with someone from SES, who will then open the barrier for you. Spacious parking spaces and a relaxing view from the restaurant over the lake with bathing water birds. Dishes were of mediocre quality, tomato soup of the day was very simple, grilled cheese was the same, but for a decent price. I already spent €12.50 for this small lunch!

Monday and Tuesday closed (not stated anywhere) Wednesday 7.40 p.m. Kitchen closed. According to Google open until 9 p.m.

Nice place! It was lovely weather today, so it was a nice place to end the holiday together Restaurant and ambiance look good. But the service and communication between service and the kitchen was a disaster. We had to wait more than 25 minutes for our drinks. After asking twice, kwa. And they still take the order again. Starter came, then fairly quickly. But after an hour and a half of waiting, still no main course. When asked, the service simply said yes, it's not going well, but I really don't know when it will happen, they are a bit busy in the kitchen. The next waitress took the time to inquire. And then the food arrived in 10 minutes. When I got home I saw that very expensive rosé had been served and that there was a beer on rack that had never been ordered... Poor service and organization. Despite that, the food was tasty, but quite expensive. We arrived at 6:00 PM and left after 8:40 PM with only a starter and main course. Dessert didn't dare anymore with these waiting times and 3 children. Shame.

Nice spot, restaurant also looks nice. Those were the positives. We arrived on a fairly nice Sunday, but it was quiet. When entering, I asked if a quick lunch was possible, because there was only half an hour. No problem. After about 20 minutes the soup arrived and the wrong sandwich. Exchanged the sandwich, after another 7 minutes the good sandwich arrived. Bouncer never arrived, but ordered. Shame
