Ordered fries here today, but I am extremely disappointed with the service. The delivery man arrived at my house and dropped the bag of food when he tried to hand it over. To my surprise he didn't apologize but just turned around and walked away as if nothing had happened. No effort was made to make it right or anything like that. I understand that accidents can happen and fortunately there was little damage, but the least I expect is an apology or some form of responsibility. It's ridiculous how nonchalantly this was handled.

Ordered fries several times and had them delivered. The portions and quality are always good and there is always a nice offer. There are also monthly dishes such as loaded fries and burgers that are very tasty. The desserts are also very tasty and well priced. After ordering it is always ready quickly and if something goes wrong with ordering (we were unable to add a special menu last time) you will receive good help. Everything is correct! In the past, I always picked it up at the Heyhoef location, but it is better organized here in terms of parking and speed. Only been once for the ice cream, maybe I should go again!

I think the service is poor because this entrepreneur still charges a plastic surcharge. This is no longer necessary as it will no longer be enforced since January 1. So you can decide this yourself. Snack bar de Heyhoef, for example, does not charge this, it has not created a revenue model from this. Too bad butterfly.

Well, I haven't had fries here in years. The last time it was the ice specialist. But what a decline in quality. Fries and snacks were limp and tasteless. And it is also way too expensive.

I regularly can't resist the temptation on Sunday evenings and then I get a tasty fries and a snack from the ice cream butterfly. It is always delicious and ordering online is easy and ready on time.

Always delicious Italian ice cream at the IJsvlinder. They have a fixed range of various flavors and they also regularly change new flavors (probably to experiment with what appeals to the customer). The quality of the ice cream is always consistent and the service generally good. The location is also excellent with a spacious terrace and also indoor (limited) seating. The Groene Vlinder snack bar is directly behind it and from the IJsvlinder you can place - limited - orders for the snack bar.

What a nice ice cream parlor! They don't have a very extensive range of flavors, but they are very creative with their product and that makes me very happy!

Delicious ice cream. The queue is just unpleasant and impractical straight across the terrace. This is also difficult to guide. It would have been more practical and pleasant if the queue went along the edge of the terrace. This way you have no separation on the terrace. On the side of the building there are picnic benches where you can sit quietly.

De IJsvlinder has really delicious artisan ice cream and is highly recommended if you like tasty cooling!

I went in a long time ago, but I was shocked, the walls were dirty, the cushions on the benches are no longer white but full of stains, a real shame, a reason for me not to come anymore.

Got an ice cream here after a visit to the Heyhoef shopping center. Nice weather, so a huge queue outside. As a family of 5 we had a Valencia, 4.50 each, quite pricey. We were allowed to choose flavors for the Valencias ourselves. The ice cream is fine to eat, but not very special in taste. Unfortunately I had chocolate ice cream, with rock hard little pieces of frozen ice cream. My children thought the ice cream tasted like coffee, even though they had other flavors. No one had coffee, so this is a bit strange. Maybe ice cream scoop not cleaned properly. All in all, fine for once, but for that price we are used to better quality ice cream in other ice cream parlors.

This is my most visiting place when I crave for icecream , ice cream is so tasty and it melts pleasantly...

The staff does not pay attention and does everything at ease, waited 30 minutes for our order, we wanted to eat there but it was packed for delivery, when I said something about it, extra sauce was put over the fries because of this If the fries were literally drowned, the fries could be made again, so it took another 10 minutes longer.

Good food but larger orders are never correct.

Lots of young people (who get in each other's way) and the long queues make it completely cold inside. It was a super eatery. But we are going again to the green butterfly in the Heijhoef

Often if you indicate that you want to make it at a certain time, it is only ready 10-15m later. So it's almost better to indicate 15m earlier. Also forgot something several times. They do it neatly, but it is still annoying.

Things aren't going well here anytime soon. Third time in a row that things go wrong. From the lack of sauce and snacks, to super long waiting times. So again today, order placed before 5.45 pm for collection. At 5.55 pm I asked if my order was almost ready. 'Yes, we forgot that. Let's throw it in now...' There was no further apology, I ended up having to wait another 18 (!) minutes for my order. Man man man!

Weinig smaken ijs en geen coupes.

Lekkere ijs hebben ze en het personeel verdient een dikke 10.

Zijn hier gisteren geweest met ons fietsclubje en een lekker ijsje op. Je kunt hier trouwens met mooi weer lekker op het terras zitten.

Geen slecht ijs maar ik had de smaak latte macchiato en dat proefde ik niet. De bokkenpootjessmaak was goed.

Super lekker ijs wel druk dus wel even geduld hebben maar dat is het zeker waard. Helaas hebben ze geen swirls maar das een extra. Zeker aan te raden

Lekker vers ijs, de bollen zijn gelukkig wat groter geworden. Veel smaken en leuk zitten terwijl je je ijs oplikt.

Ontzettend lekker ijs. Vooral de valencia.

Wij vonden het ijs niet zo bijzonder qua smaak. Het ijs was heel "hard", de meisjes moesten echt hun best doen om een mooie bol te krijgen. De hoeveelheid was prima. We bestelden ook nog een gewone koffie, dat is echt een afrader. We kregen de hoeveelheid van espresso. Voor ons niet een adres waar we een ronde voor zouden omrijden. Het beperkte assortiment ijs op de andere locatie is echt beter. (Misschien wel uit dezelfde keuken maar bewaartemperatuur/koeling lijkt beter waardoor de smaak meer tot z'n recht komt)

Wij hadden laatst bij jullie een ijstaart gewonnen en hij was erg lekker alleen moet je deze iets langer dan een kwartier uit de vriezer laten staan. Op de doos staat een kwartier maar ik zou dikke 20 minuten doen en de koek blijft erg hard maar dat hoort denk ik maar voor kinderen mischien te hart. Maar deze is verder een dikke aanrader. Het gaat over de valencia ijstaart. Vele groetjes marielle en esme

De smaak van het ijs is top en de optie voor een hondenijsje is super leuk! Helaas staan we wel vaak lang te wachten. Het personeel is ook niet altijd even vriendelijk/sociaal.

Eten was niet lekker..de bediening een drama...satesaus was uitgedroogd

Leuk dat ze ook een automatiek hebben waar je snel een snack uit de muur kunt halen.

Lekker ijs! Ze hebben ook hondenijs zodat je gezellig met je hond kunt langskomen na de wandeling! Ijs zelf vind ik wel aan de wat duurdere kant.
