Very large scoops! That is always good for the ice cream experience, I think. The price of 2.50 for 1 scoop is quite high. But I prefer a high price and good scoops than those lousy little scoops. Even if you take 2, that is still different. There is a wide choice of ice cream flavors. The ice cream could have been a bit creamier for me, but the taste is otherwise fine. There are enough seats both inside and outside and it is nice that there are also 2 toilets. What is also really great is that they are open so long (until 22:00). So you can get an ice cream after dinner. Legend: 1) Terrible! I advise against it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I will not come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with it, but not special, nice for 1 time. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! I recommend it, I will definitely come back!

In general, Dutch artisanal ice creams are a bit expensive, so the most economical option is the terrines to combine two or three different varieties. At this ice cream shop, I highly recommend the ones with cheesecake and strawberries, white chocolate with hazelnuts and the "After Eight" (mint with dark chocolate chips).

It was a very quiet day, unfortunately for your few customers, sunny but a fresh breeze. Yet there were many staff present who were immediately ready to help. I was well informed about the different flavors and received a cone with 2 large scoops in no time. The ice cream was tasty 😋

The ice cream at Intermezzo in Tilburg is very delicious, rich flavors with a great selection. However, the experience was completely ruined by the rude and unprofessional staff. When I asked to try a specific flavor, the employee accidentally gave me the wrong one. When I pointed out the mistake, she insisted she hadn’t done anything wrong. After asking again, she finally handed me the correct flavor but then started speaking to her colleague about me in Dutch. When I let her know that I understood Dutch and was aware of what she was saying, she simply responded with a blunt “ok.” The attitude and lack of basic customer service were shocking and very unpleasant. It’s a real shame because the ice cream itself is excellent.

I don't know if it was the families coming or the friendliness of the employees, but it was like a warm and friendly neighborhood ice cream shop :) of course, it's a big neighborhood ice cream shop :) We recommend the caramel ice cream, ice cream. Great attention to balls :)

Lekker ijs, maar als je online een bestelling doet is het meerdere keren al bijna gesmolten, en je krijgt echt niet de juiste smaken, wat ook erg bizar is, is de reactie van intermezzo zelf zoiets heb ik nog nooit mee gemaakt.

Excellent quality ice cream. However, ridiculous €4.00 for supposedly 2 balls. The lady scoops a large amount of ice cream but barely puts half of it in the container and does not add the rest but puts it back in the container. Second taste again. The container is barely full, while elsewhere there is a whole cup on it and for €3.50. Or you get a meager bowl while people scoop it as if it were a lot. And the margin on ice cream is huge, just like the turnover rate at this place.

I wanted a big scone a bit out of the normal. The person helping me wemt and asked if it was possible and good thing it was. I got my delicious ice cream on a cone like I wanted. It was also great that it was not busy, so I could sit outside and enjoy.

It often seems busy from the outside, but the line always goes by very quickly. So that's so cool. They often create fairly generous scoops that make you happy. Every month a flavor of the month. Choose from I think 3 chocolate fountains for your ice cream. You can also sit there and have a cup of coffee or tea with a waffle. Also other things, but of course I don't know everything by heart. You need to check it out by yourself 😜 I think it's delicious ice cream, even though I now live 17 km away, I sometimes like to drive there to get a nice ice cream.

Same as my review for the other location. Top ice cream, top service. The flavor of the month is recommended. Peanut Butter crunch is also really good! As a tip, the "scoop" amount remains a thing. One person really does 1 scoop, the other adds all kinds of things. Sometimes you have a considerably smaller ice cream than usual ;-)

Ik en mijn vriend hebben hier heerlijk gegeten, lekker wijf achter de balie, goeie gast achter de balie. Veel keuze uit ijs en smaken, bakjes en hoorntjes.. mooi man! Ijs was erg lekker en je kreeg super veel voor de prijs. Bastogne & Citroen zeker een aanrader. Smaak van de maand moet je altijd even uitchecken. Lekker gegeten, komen zeker wel terug! Tabee.

Intermezzo never fails. Een ijsje of een bakje koffie, het kan allemaal! Zelfs als je ijs besteld hebben ze er duidelijk zin in!

Samen met mijn kleinzoon op de fiets hierheen gegaan. Keuzeprobleem! Alles zag er keurig verzorgd uit. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Prettige bediening. Geen ouderwets bolletje, maar een flinke schep. Aanrader

Zojuist een heerlijk ijsje gegeten met het gezin na een wandeling in de buurt. Ik had Vanilla Cookies en Strawberry cheesecake. Het was echt heerlijk! Dikke 5 sterren voor een nette ijssalon met vriendelijk personeel en kwaliteits ijs! Zeker tot de volgende keer!

Prima tentje. Het is ietjes aan de duurdere kant maar het is dan ook de meest bekende ijssalon van ons mooie Tilburg. Prima plekske om op de zomerse zaterdag avond een ijsje te halen en lekker te zitten buiten. Personeel is lekker vriendelijk en het assortiment is ook uitstekend. Niks veranderen zo!

Nooit geweest, maar ijs altijd welkom

Helaas na al die tijd nog steeds geen glutenvrije ijshoorntjes. Enkele keren naar gevraagd, maar nooit toegevoegd aan het assortiment terwijl het maar een kleine moeite is kijkend naar het grote aantal ijssalons dat dit wel heeft. Het ijs is verder wel goed.

Wat een geweldige porties! Elke keer weer royale bollen en zelfs het kleinste bakje ijs wordt meer dan rijkelijk gevuld! En zoooo lekker!!!! Hier voel je je echt koning klant! En niet bekocht zoals bij andere ijssalons met 1 miezerig bolletje voor meer dan 2 euro. Ga naar intermezzo aan de spoorlaan als je echt waar voor je geld wilt en krijgt! Zelfs tijdens de Tilburg Kermis!

De hoge ratings snap ik niet. IJssalon is ruim, bediening vriendelijk, redelijk geprijsd maar kwaliteit en smaak ijs niet meer dan standaard, niks buitengewoons.
