IJssalon Intermezzo in Binnenstad

Nice spot and delicious ice cream.

Good and flavorful icecream assortment.🍦🍧🍨

Great ice cream but also great ic3d coffee

Great gelato spot in Tilburg! 🍨 There are so many flavours to choose from. I tried the Mocha and Hazelnut — both were delicious, especially the Mocha with its rich coffee flavour ☕️🌰 The two flavours went surprisingly well together. Would definitely come back to try more!

If you look at the owner's reactions to the criticism, you pretty much know what time it is… They’ve gotten big-headed. I certainly don't go there regularly. Recently, we went there with seven people. A young man started serving us, after which the young woman next to him asked: "Can I help you and do you belong together?" We said: "We belong together, but if you help us together, we'll be done faster." Her answer was: "No, I won't help you, because otherwise it will all get mixed up." The look she gave me immediately made me think: you're not going to win this game… By the way, everyone in our group took ice cream in a cup and not a cone. I noticed how the young man, after placing the first scoop with a spoon… well, how do you say it… tried to make the cup look as full as possible with that minimal amount of ice cream. I suspect the ice cream scoop has reached its smallest size by now. That being said: I thought I would still get some leniency and empathy from the owner. But as I said: read this owner's responses to critical feedback and you know immediately who you are giving your money to… For us, that door is closed. Even if you make the best ice cream: if your attitude is to pull the wool over your customers' eyes, that is the end of it.

Very delicious and the staff are very friendly.

Super delicious ice cream and a wide selection.

Delicious ice cream in many flavors.

Honestly, this ice cream is very delicious, there are many flavors to choose from. 1 scoop is 2.50 🙂 I recommend it!

Super delicious ice cream. Decision stress 🤣🤣🤣

Heard a lot about it, now tried it myself. Just good ice cream and a huge selection, though quite pricey.

Too bad, for the last few years in a row there is no dark chocolate in the assortment. And that is really what I come to Tilburg for.

This is a TOP spot for a delicious ice cream!!

Delicious ice cream, wide selection, recommended on a nice warm day.

Quality ice cream. But it is starting to become almost unaffordable for the working man.

The ice cream is always delicious and fresh. Unfortunately, the chairs outside are very hard.

Delicious ice cream! You get quite a lot for what you pay and the flavors are good.

I don't really understand why the tables here are always dirty.

Delicious ice cream, large scoops

Always delicious, and friendly service

The price-quality ratio is not good. 2 scoops and a cone for 4.50 for average ice cream. Don't understand how busy it is.

Great ice cream, huge portions, very friendly staff, fantastic cappuccino, highly recommended.

One of our favorite ice cream parlors, where we love to go. The ice cream is always fresh and flavorful, with many different flavors to choose from. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is friendly. A place we happily return to time and again.

🍦Cool place, lots of flavors, I recommend it.✅🥶

Tasty ice cream, dozens of different flavors. The ice cream is freshly prepared and looks good. The staff were helpful and friendly. The shop was busy even on a rainy Sunday evening.

Really nice store with friendly people. Good amount of ice cream for a good price!!

Good ice cream, ordering system impersonal, I find that a shame

Delicious ice cream, but way, way too expensive. 2.50 euros for a scoop? In Limburg, you pay 1 euro per scoop.

The best ice cream in Tilburg and the surrounding area. We actually don't leave town without getting an ice cream here.

Many flavors, large balls, very tasty

All kinds of ice cream and you can sit both outside and inside. Enjoy with

Large scoops of ice cream and a wide selection of flavors. Service was quick, although it would be better if I could pay first and then pick up my ice cream. The ice cream was generally tasty, not too sweet. Some flavors were very interesting (e.g., lemon and basil), I can recommend it.

Great as always. And huge variety.

Delicious flavors, nice employees

I'm originally from Delft, but every time I'm in Tilburg, I MUST and WILL stop by Intermezzo. They always give you such a big bun, and the staff are so friendly. I hope you open a store closer to home someday.

My favorite ice-cream place !!!

Large ice cream selection, well maintained

The service is good and the ice cream tastes great.

Nice shop with lots of ice cream flavors.

Incredibly delicious ice cream and good-sized scoops. Definitely worth repeating. Unfortunately, I don't live nearby...

Great ice cream. It's a shame they don't have my favorite flavor during the fair.

Delicious homemade ice cream for a reasonable price

My order was taken at 9:29 PM, and then at 10:00 PM, a young woman called to say they were closed and therefore wouldn't be delivering. 1: Don't take my order! 2: Don't be so slow to explain and get to the point! I used to order here, but never again!

What a nice ice cream place. I live no where near Tilburg, but sometimes makes excuses to visit Tilburg just for this ice cream!

Choose from tons of different ice cream flavors, and you really get more than just a scoop! Delicious ice cream!

We had a delicious ice cream at the parlor and were able to sit down for a while. Highly recommended!

Very good ice cream. The best on the city

Delicious ice cream and a wide choice of flavors.

Delicious ice cream and super friendly staff! Highly recommended.

Delicious ice cream. They're generous with the servings. Two scoops fill a container (about 4 scoops).

Great ice cream, affordable, and extra-large portions. Very friendly and lots of choices. Highly recommended.

Got an ice cream during the Tilburg fair. Large scoops of ice cream, various flavors (despite it being the fair). And even though it was very busy, the service was quick and friendly.

I live in Eindhoven and I always come here for this ice cream. "This is the best ice cream compared to all the other ice cream parlors," because the flavor is delicious. It's not too sweet, which is good for both children and adults. A big plus is that each scoop is generous, which really makes customers happy.

We went everyday! Its so good, and very good price!

Delicious buns Delicious flavor I'll definitely be back

Friendly and fast service. The ice cream is quite soft, so you have to have a certain taste. There's a lot of choice, though!

They have many flavors. The staff is friendly. The place is nice.

Delicious, not really cheap but quality

Okay ice cream, ridiculous portion size. Worth the money.

Very large scoops! That is always good for the ice cream experience, I think. The price of 2.50 for 1 scoop is quite high. But I prefer a high price and good scoops than those lousy little scoops. Even if you take 2, that is still different. There is a wide choice of ice cream flavors. The ice cream could have been a bit creamier for me, but the taste is otherwise fine. There are enough seats both inside and outside and it is nice that there are also 2 toilets. What is also really great is that they are open so long (until 22:00). So you can get an ice cream after dinner. Legend: 1) Terrible! I advise against it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I will not come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with it, but not special, nice for 1 time. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! I recommend it, I will definitely come back!

In general, Dutch artisanal ice creams are a bit expensive, so the most economical option is the terrines to combine two or three different varieties. At this ice cream shop, I highly recommend the ones with cheesecake and strawberries, white chocolate with hazelnuts and the "After Eight" (mint with dark chocolate chips).

Delicious Italian ice cream. We usually get a few half liters for home.

It was a very quiet day, unfortunately for your few customers, sunny but a fresh breeze. Yet there were many staff present who were immediately ready to help. I was well informed about the different flavors and received a cone with 2 large scoops in no time. The ice cream was tasty 😋

Tastiest ice creams in Tilburg. Don't be put off by possible long lines at the door. Runs nice and smoothly 👍🏼

Really nice ice cream and huge variety!

Eating a delicious lactose-free ice cream

Lots of flavors, delicious ice cream, huge portions, two euros a scoop are therefore OK. Every now and then the guests line up far in front of the door...

The tastiest and freshest ice cream is made here in house, you can taste it. The waffles are also to die for. Parking diagonally opposite the entrance (paid).

Delicious fresh ice cream with a choice of many flavors.

Deliciously fresh and tasty ice cream! 🍧✨ A great place for ice cream lovers! The cookie chocolate was especially delicious. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere complete it. Definitely recommended!

The ice cream at Intermezzo in Tilburg is very delicious, rich flavors with a great selection. However, the experience was completely ruined by the rude and unprofessional staff. When I asked to try a specific flavor, the employee accidentally gave me the wrong one. When I pointed out the mistake, she insisted she hadn’t done anything wrong. After asking again, she finally handed me the correct flavor but then started speaking to her colleague about me in Dutch. When I let her know that I understood Dutch and was aware of what she was saying, she simply responded with a blunt “ok.” The attitude and lack of basic customer service were shocking and very unpleasant. It’s a real shame because the ice cream itself is excellent.

Nice icecream variations and tasty. Cozy place

Best ice cream I have tried in the Netherlands!

The tastiest ice cream parlor in Tilburg and surrounding areas!!

THE BEST ICECREAM IN TILBURG, oma’s appeltaart was so good it tasted more like apple pie than apple pie itself. The staff was very nice and the place was very clean.

Delicious ice cream sundae and good coffee

The ice cream parlor of Tilburg! Lots of variety and a real treat. Definitely recommended!

Delicious ice cream, indispensable

Very tasty ice cream with even better service 😉😁

Very nice and with a great assortment of delicious ice creams, the staff were very kind

Zo smeuïg en smaakvol. Nog nooit zo'n heerlijk ijs op. De structuur doet denken aan dikke softijs. Precies de juiste dikte. Veel smaken, ondanks drukte snel geholpen.

I don't know if it was the families coming or the friendliness of the employees, but it was like a warm and friendly neighborhood ice cream shop :) of course, it's a big neighborhood ice cream shop :) We recommend the caramel ice cream, ice cream. Great attention to balls :)

Delicious ice cream, served quickly

Have your cone filled with hot chocolate. Really so tasty

Excellent quality ice cream. However, ridiculous €4.00 for supposedly 2 balls. The lady scoops a large amount of ice cream but barely puts half of it in the container and does not add the rest but puts it back in the container. Second taste again. The container is barely full, while elsewhere there is a whole cup on it and for €3.50. Or you get a meager bowl while people scoop it as if it were a lot. And the margin on ice cream is huge, just like the turnover rate at this place.

Great ice cream, amazing waffles and the service was excellent!!!

I wanted a big scone a bit out of the normal. The person helping me wemt and asked if it was possible and good thing it was. I got my delicious ice cream on a cone like I wanted. It was also great that it was not busy, so I could sit outside and enjoy.

The most delicious ice cream in Brabant

Ice cream wowwwww very tasty. I will go again

Very tasty ice cream! I definitely want to go back again to taste other flavors! A scoop of ice cream currently costs €2 per scoop, but you get a large scoop for that

Ordered 3 times, three times wrong ice cream for three people. Quality is also deteriorating. Pistachio is green, and coconut tastes white and not brown.

Delicious ice cream, big scoops.

Lovely place to get icecream! So many flavors, you dont wait long to order and the price is very fair!

The yogurt ice cream is recommended

Lots of flavors & fast/friendly staff! And not pricey!

Many types of ice cream and also special flavors of spekkoek, kitkat chunky white, fruittella, smurf. And also really tasty ice cream 🤤

Delicious ice cream and a very wide choice of (special) flavors. 🍨 They also have tasty and luxurious cuts! And I would say be surprised by letting the employees choose the ice cream flavors for the coupe. 🎉

Strawberry cheesecake Stroopwafel Butterscotch 3 bolletjes 👌

Good ice cream, pricey but great quality
