De Keizer lunchroom in Wijk 17 Loosduinen

It's a wonderful lunch at De Keizer, a cozy, atmospheric lunchroom where customers are still taken care of. The food is good, the coffee delicious, and the staff are traditionally friendly. Highly recommended.

We come here for lunch almost every week, and during the week we also occasionally stop by for a nice cup of coffee. The people are always friendly and welcoming, and the food is delicious. We've been coming here for several years, and we notice this in the pleasant interaction we have with the owners. I definitely recommend everyone to come here and enjoy a delicious sandwich or cake, and especially the excellent coffee.

Delicious cappuccino. The service is excellent and friendly. They have fresh pastries. The place is a bit dated.

My dog ​​and I regularly stop there for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. The atmosphere is excellent! They always have time for a chat, and other guests enjoy chitchatting as well. Recommended for a break from shopping or an afternoon drink and snack.

I don't like to complain but this was a bad experience. I ordered a coffee and sat down to read and journal. I sat for less than two hours and the worker asked if I wanted anything else. I still had some coffee left so I said no thanks. He told me I can't stay if I don't buy anything. What in the world bro? I bought coffee. I can't sit until I finish it? The cafe wasn't even full. I've never had something like this happen. Very disappointed 👎

The latte macchiato tasted good. Only there were flakes of milk in it. No idea where it came from according to the employee. You drank it so it was good. It was the last sip when the flakes came into my mouth. Not so nice. Not a problem in itself, but it was not handled well. Others were bothered by it too. We all laughed about it. Better, don't charge for the 2nd cup of coffee. Would have been classier. You can see the flakes on the rim of the glass.

Nice lunchroom. Light decoration. Enough space between the tables. Nice employees. Cake and lunch very tasty and fresh. Price/quality ratio is excellent.

A very rude, extremely unfriendly young man. My daughter wanted a cup of coffee before we had an appointment; we were only going to stay for a short while. However, due to health issues, I couldn't have a drink, which I explained. "That's not possible," said the grumpy man. "You can't just sit here without drinking anything." I protested a bit and said, "My daughter is going to drink something anyway..." "No," he said. "It says you MUST drink something here." This information was nowhere to be found. Seeing my daughter getting furious, I said, "Come on, we're leaving and never coming back!!!" I understand that business is necessary, but being treated so rudely shows a lack of EQ.

A cozy and friendly lunchroom. Nice guy in the service, who has a good sense of how much attention is 'needed'. I could read a book, drink tea and eat a nice warm goat cheese sandwich. Nice card too. Definitely would love to come back.

Enjoy your meal at the Keizer Lunchroom! The menu is varied and the prices are reasonable, you can sit inside and outside and the service is top notch. We had, among other things, a 12 hour drink. Well maintained and tasted good. The croquette in particular was great, it was not an average croquette like at the snack bar. Highly recommended to have lunch there!

I come here because I take my son to the Groei Autism Center. Just 2 hours a day, 4 times a week. And I have to travel a long way back home and then come back again. Therefore, I can sit and wait for him in the library, but I fall asleep there, so most often I sit in this cafe. But after yesterday’s remark that I couldn’t sit there because it wasn’t a library, I won’t go there again. It’s very unpleasant to receive such a remark, despite the fact that I order something all the time and at that very moment I was almost the only visitor. I'll go to the bakery cafe and drink a cappuccino there, without potatoes or a sandwich. Thanks for saving me money, young man. P.S. I am adding to my review. I came home and told my husband about this situation. The husband said that he, too, when he was expecting a child, sat down in that cafe, ordered food and sat working at his laptop. He was also remarked that this was not a library. Since then he hasn’t gone there. I thought about it and came to the conclusion that this establishment is not for young people, but more for people who drink beer, for older people and for those who eat quickly. We're just not right for each other.

Bad and rude service. Asked for br filet. Answer: we don't have it. You don't just shout something. Have you looked at the menu!!! It ended up being coffee.....and not going back

I have urinary complaints and was looking for a toilet in the shopping center. I asked if I could use the toilet at their business for a fee. They were very friendly and said I could use the toilet and didn't have to pay anything and could just keep walking. Now that is customer friendly👍👍

Leukste lunchroom in Loosduinen! Heerlijke belegde broodjes, goede koffie en dat alles voor een goede prijs! Ook voor een borrel zit je heerlijk op het terras. Kortom sfeervolle lunch zaak perfect voor een goede lunch of om lekker te borrelen!

10 sterren voor deze lunchzaak! Wij komen hier erg graag met onze baby na het consultatiebureau. Gezellig even een hapje eten en drinken en ik kan hier makkelijk de kleine voeden. Erg vriendelijk personeel! Oh en een fijne cpmfortabele loungeset achterin waar je ook kan voeden! Hahah

De Keizer is a little lunch room in our neighborhood "Loosduinen" in The Hague. Offers traditional Uitsmijter and variety of other breakfast & lunch cuisine. Very nice atmosphere and Staff is super friendly and their food is super lekker (tasty). Me & my daughter had a breakfast with traditional Uitsmijter and coffee lattee and high tea. Try it out if you are living in this neighborhood or visiting Loosduinen, Den Haag. Highly recommended

Heerlijke koffie! Geweldige service en een fijne sfeer. Zeker een aanrader om langs te gaan.

De bediening, service en de sfeer is prima. Prijskwaliteit is ok. Leuk zaakje om een kopje koffie te drinken of gezellig te lunchen. Kom al jaren. Nu is er een nieuwe eigenaar, die het ook goed doet. Fijne zaak. Reden om nog vaker te bezoeken.
