I don't know if she runs the bakery, but you should do something about your behavior! If the boss is reading this, a good word with your staff is in order: This happened on Wednesday, March 12th, at 3:00 PM. I assume it's easy to see who was working at the time.

Had a very unpleasant experience with the lady who was working today on January 30 between 1:00 PM and 1:30 PM. Extremely antisocial and customer unfriendly. She took her colleague's bread out of his hands because I had to listen to her story before I could pay. I was yelled at when I walked out of the store because I didn't want her to help me. I have been coming here as a regular customer for 20 years and it is not normal for this woman to treat customers this way.
