Dunkin’ Donuts in Wijk 21 Oude Haven

Excellent donuts as usual. Too bad about the rude staff. I came on November 15, 2025, at 4 PM, and the guy who served me made fun of me because I didn't know the word "piatto." This was because I told him not to wrap the donut, since the order was "eat here."

The employees of Dunkin' Donuts in Zaandam are kindly requested to say goodbye to the coffee and disposable cups for good from now on.

The donut had 3 holes and it took a very long time to prepare the order.

The barista with tattoos and long hair is really nice!

We stopped by Dunkin’ in Zaandam and had a cappuccino with a Dubai chocolate pistachio donut such a lovely combo! The grilled chicken flatbread sandwich was great bite too. The shop has a cozy vibe, perfect for a quick coffee break or a sweet treat. If you’re in Zaandam and craving good coffee and donuts, I definitely recommend giving this place a try!

Dunkin' Donuts is a guarantee of excellent flavors for tasty donuts. There's nothing to complain about about the donuts other than the fact that there are so many varieties, all worth trying. The service could be improved: it's not immediately clear that you have to order at the kiosk, as it's a bit hidden from the entrance, but the waitress who points it out to you with an almost annoyed expression isn't good.

Food can only be ordered at the machine, not from an employee. Donuts are delicious and fresh. Prices are a bit higher.

Very friendly staff and ok coffee

I paid for two original glazed doughnuts, they only had one left despite selling me both, it fell on the floor and they had to give me two that I didn't want, what a horrible service!

The employee was very unfriendly, making the whole visit unpleasant. I can understand the previous comments very well. It started with the fact that even though the store was empty, we were supposed to order the donuts at the counter... I ordered and then it turned out that half of the order wasn't there😂. Then I was surprised and asked why I should order at the counter. I couldn't get the money back, it would take time, I would have to leave my bank details to these unsympathetic guys...😂. Just again. As much as I love this city, this store has become a no go.

The food is obviously good, being a global chain. However, I wonder how the employees manage to be so unfriendly . If someone wants to work without speaking, they should choose a job where they’re not in contact with customers.

Huge selection of delicious donuts!

I stopped by this evening to grab a coffee and a donut. Inside, there were three women smoking cigarettes right in the store. What's shocking is that a staff member—a short black-haired woman, about 165 cm tall and a bit on the heavier side—allowed them to smoke. For me and my asthma, this is completely unacceptable. Thank you so much for staying open until 8 PM on days like this, but allowing smoking in the restaurant is, in my opinion, very harmful—both for the products and the staff. And yes, coffee was bitter and cold, I think cause barista used shots from customers before, donut was a really good one

Very rude staff. The guy was screaming at me because I couldn’t use the screen and the place was literally empty. He could have just shown to me. I ve worked for 8 years at Horeca and I never treated any customer like this.

Bought 8 and came to house. Now I see that there are 7 donuts. The guy works there was already like someone who does not want to be there now it is more clear.

Nearby the Zaandam center and the station.

Antisocial employee with a big mouth and attitude while not doing their job well. If they make mistakes, you will not immediately get your money back. Very bad.

I ordered something yesterday and paid online to have it delivered. But nothing has been delivered yet?? Would be delivered before 1:00 PM.

A place where my father and I go after a long morning walk to enhance the flavor of my morning coffee. There is self-service available, and they utilize technology well. Mornings are usually quiet, so it's a place where you can sit at a table and relax. The coffee tastes great.

To good to go package 12 achieved Boy man sent me out of the store I am closed kept repeating this Only then indicated in Dutch that they were closed. Indicated that I was coming to pick up a package via to good to go, the boy kept repeating that it was closed. Indicated that I hear what he says that it is closed but I will pick up a package that I paid for between 8:45/9:00 PM. The boy wanted to run away and said that if he comes to me I can explain it to him and show him. Finally received my package Perhaps explain to the staff how it works and how it is used. Boy wasn't very polite and almost chased me out of the store

Driven 45 minutes to Zaandam, they are already closed at 9:30 PM even though it says they are open until 10:00 PM! This is poorly organised!

Very nice staff, delicious coffee and likewise donuts! Situated in the centre of Zaandam in a replica wooden house.

No contact, after 2 hours they canceled the order

I was the only customer in the store and literally waited 10 minutes for 3 donuts and a bubble tea. Moreover, the bubble tea is not bubble tea. Very much ice and no bubbles at all. Everything was put in a shaker with ice and mixed. Well, of course there would be no bubbles left. The donuts are the donuts, but the rest, as I saw others having issues with the coffee, isn't worth it. Just get a donut to go and you'll be fine...

The donuts are delicious but there are few options. The service is good, but the building could be bigger.

The cutest and smallest dunkin I have ever seen 🥰 It is self-service so to order you must do it at the machine and they prepare your order. They only accept card to take into consideration.

Pelayannya ramah, buka sampe malam. Banyak variasi donatur dan enak sekali. Ada kursi di luar tapi harus hati-hati karena banyak burung camar yang Sesekali bisa menyambar makanan anda.

Kleine vestiging met buiten een aantal zitplaatsen. Koffie en donuts zijn prima.

Openingstijden op internet zetten ze tot 22.00 uur. Maar als je om 20.15 uur binnen komt, krijg je doodleuk te horen dat je geen donuts meer kan bestellen, en alleen nog too good to go boxen kan halen. Misschien handig als dat duidelijker wordt aangegeven. Nu stonden we er voor niets.
