Wedding party celebrated, was well organized and a nice atmosphere

Food is always tasty there, I was there several times and definitely, I will come back there again.

Very stingy, and the worst cook (if it is a cook) that Brabant is rich in. It will not be long before this cook is replaced.

The hot food from the buffet was not very hot but that was probably because it was prepared at the same time as the cold section. So if you started with the cold section first and then with the hot section, it had already cooled down a lot and was not replenished in time which was a shame. Dessert was very good

A perfect stopover during cycling to have a delicious lunch. The prices of food and drinks are certainly acceptable. Friendly service.

The food itself is ok, but very "scarce" with the accompanying fries, salad and bread, 1 really small bowl of salad for 4 people, a bowl that you could at least expect at least per person, also 1 bowl of fries for 4 people that is really far too little, the bread accompanying the salad was not served, with the chosen main course actually a large bare plate with practically only the ordered piece of meat/fish and a few small shreds of cooked vegetables, the monthly dessert menu that was very nicely announced turned out to be far too small a "snack", while we are really not big eaters, we ordered coffee/tea last, which is always nice if it comes with a cookie or chocolate or something like that, but that is also not possible at the moment, which is a shame, we have been here more than once in recent years, but this last time was really disappointing due to all the frugality/frugality..

Echt slecht eten, lange wachttijden, echt heel onbeschoft personeel. We hadden voor 13.00 uur gereserveerd voor een high tea, om kwart voor twee toch maar vragen,waar alles bleef. Om half vier hadden we nog niet alles gehad, kwamen ook niet vragen of je nog thee wilde. Personeel deed echt onbeschoft antwoord geven. Geen aanrader !

Visited for the first time and were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere upon arrival. Very friendly and good service. We had a pleasant and delicious meal there. They will see us very, very often. Price/quality very good.

Delicious food. Unfortunately something went wrong with the waffle, it was baked for too long, making it very hard. When I pointed this out to the waiter, they apologized and the dish was immediately taken back to the kitchen. Within 2 minutes a new, perfect waffle was made with apologies again. To make a mistake is human and if it is resolved this way, perfect. Great solution! We'll be back soon.

What an unexpected pearl on the main road near Zundert/Rucphen😁 Very nice, friendly service and a wonderful 12 hours, me and my sister had a wonderful time. The atmosphere was informal and really old-fashioned. Extensive menu with something for everyone. I say do it! 🌷🌷

What a great restaurant in a great location! Beautiful surroundings, so after a nice walk we had a daily menu there. Good food, great price and very friendly.

My wife and I were here together for the first time. She has already had a High Tea at De Moerse Bossen and she enjoyed it very much. That's why we wanted to join us for dinner. We had made a reservation, were kindly received and were allowed to choose a table for two people. After this we were quickly asked if we wanted something to drink so this was a good start to the evening! As far as drinks are concerned, there is plenty to choose from and some nice beers on tap! There were certainly enough dishes on the menu to choose from. For me, this was the lacquered pork belly as a starter and then the pork tenderloin medallions. My wife had the cheese croquettes and the Schnitzel de Moerse Bossen. This all tasted very good for both of us and at good, fair prices. Perhaps one small tip, especially for the main courses, would be to preheat the plates before preparing the dish, so that the dish cools down less quickly. For us, the desserts were the Chocolate Brownie with ice cream, whipped cream and the ice cream with warm cherries. The brownie was a bit dry on the inside, but if that's all, we can't complain. Conclusion: We had a great evening with friendly service, in a beautiful, atmospheric restaurant at fair prices. We will definitely come back again (or more often)!

Aug 23 Been here again. Still pleasant surroundings, nice staff and delicious cake with tea or coffee and normal prices for coffee and the rest. You should definitely go here. Good menu, pleasant staff.

We had something small to eat here. Nacho on the house. It was tasty, but next time we'll get the normal one. Friendly service. Dogs are allowed on the terrace.

Unfortunately, things were completely out of control today. After previous, pleasant visits, today was a total disaster. After waiting more than an hour for our food, we left without eating because there was no sight of any action yet. If you open indoors and outdoors and take all orders but only have one person in your kitchen (at least that's what it seemed like) then you know things are going to go wrong, DON'T DO THAT.

Niet snel geef ik een 10 maar deze is echt dik verdiend. Bij aankomst was het meer dan erg druk. Aangesproken dat de keuken tot 17.00 uur niets meer kon klaarmaken. Toch een plaatsje voor mij en echtgenote. Drank besteld waarop werd aangegeven dat ook borrelhap een probleem was om klaar te maken. Tijdens afrekenen met cadeau bon werd ik geholpen door de zeer attente eigenaresse. Dankzij haar werd ik alsnog aan een wel smaakvolle maaltijd geholpen. Echt SUPER lief en attent. Een echt welverdiend compliment.

Denk na voor je hier op een zonnige dag aan tafel gaat. Lang wachten, ruim een uur,op een eenvoudige koude maaltijdsalade. Wit wijntje voor bij de maaltijdsalade besteld, deze wer ruim een half uur voordat de salade geserveerd werd op tafel gezet. Aan mijn verzoek om deze mee terug te nemen en tegelijkertijd met de salade op tafel te zetten werd geen gehoor gegeven . Plus slecht georganiseerd bedrijf op deze wijze.

Gezellig restaurant maar eten was erg matig. Schnitzels en varkenshaas waren erg droog en de groenten een kwakje doorgekookte prut. Lang wachten op het eten. Het was erg vol en dat konden ze duidelijk niet aan.

Als je HEEL LANG wachten leuk vindt is dit het juiste adres. Voorgerecht 30 min. Hoofdgerecht 55 min !!!! Dessert 30 min. Afrekenen 2 min. Intussen gaat het plezier van lekker uit eten er wel vanaf. Het diner zelf was uitstekend alleen ons humeur niet meer.

Helaas geen aanrader! Bij binnenkomst was de tafel nog niet klaar.. We waren met grote groep (15). Bij binnenkomst kreeg het eerst deel van de groep netjes meteen drinken, mensen die iets later aanschoven moesten zelf naar de bediening toe om te vragen om drinken. 17.00 uur gereserveerd en om 18.40 uur kregen we pas het voorgerecht, deze smaakt echter top! Daarna het hoofdgerecht. Was niet helemaal goed gegaan dus niet iedereen kreeg wat hij/zij besteld had. Dit hebben we maar even zo gelaten gezien iedereen onwijs trek had. Grootste deel van het eten was koud en de biefstuk was knalrood en taai.. In het restaurant zelf was het onwijs warm.. We zaten een beetje in een hoek, personeel leek ons over het hoofd te zien, verder waren ze wel allemaal vriendelijk. Maar echt geen aanrader helaas!

Great location close to the forest for a quick bite to eat or drink after a walk, but that's it. During our stay we had to beckon the employees several times to order something. The tables were full of signs showing multiple time slots at which the table was reserved. Something that makes the stay at the table feel less pleasant and rushed.

High tea was super good, because of the crowds we had to ask for tea and water.
