VERY good Pizzas, one of the best I've eaten. Crispy bottom and edges, and good taste. Nice guy who served us.

Picked up two tiramisu for €12 to take home, only to discover they had onion skins in them... too bad, we'll get our tiramisu elsewhere next time. (Pizzabakkers is incredibly friendly, by the way, and wanted to fix this ❤️)

We ordered the dips and the focaccia separately but we received 5 pieces of bread and 3 dips, 1 of which was olive oil that was already on the table. Otherwise the pizza was fine.

Very mediocre pizza, little taste and really too expensive

Italy is very far from this restaurant ! That's a good idea to put coarse wheat flour in pizza dough but enough is enough. The result tastes like crips more than pizza. I told the waiter there weren't any cheese as promised on the menu. He had no reaction. That's a pity. Why putting hard boiled eggs, tin mushrooms and a lot of greasy sauce on the pizza?? Fresh ingredients should work. The cocktail was allright.

Great spot in the heart of De Pijp, a great base for a fun night out on the town! The pizzas are good and have some delicious flavors :) The price-quality ratio is excellent, hence the 4 stars.

The pizza bakers is a bit like eating pizza at home, but (much) better.

Always a favorite. I come here at least once a month to pick up a pizza with friends and have a picnic in the park, or to eat it on the terrace with an Aperol. From the first weeks I lived in Amsterdam to now, almost five years later. The vegetarian pizzas are truly amazing, and the Caprese pizza with pesto is an all-time favorite, as you can see in the photos. Definitely stop by if you're in the area! I'm already looking forward to going back, perhaps with a dinner for two ;) (the photos below are from various times, all delicious!)

I had a delicious bruschetta with homemade pesto and tomatoes, and mushroom and rocket pizza with truffle sauce. Ate a little too much it was so tasty! 5 of us, everyone was happy! We ate early evening, was quiet but busy by the time we left.

I had such a great experience at De Pizzabakkers. The pizza was absolutely delicious – thin, perfectly baked crust with fresh toppings that really stood out. My Aperol Spritz was just right, crisp and refreshing. What made it even better was the friendly staff who were welcoming and quick to help with anything I needed. The place has a cozy vibe that makes you want to stay longer. It’s the perfect spot to treat yourself to amazing food and drinks. I’m already looking forward to coming back soon!

Pizza was solid great flavor. Would definitely be my go to pizza place in Amsterdam. Only 4 star cause it's no better than NY pizza.

Went out for dinner with the whole team. Food was delivered quickly despite the fact that we were 16 people.

I ordered two pizzas via ubereats, but the pizza took 2 hours to arrive and the pizza was completely cold and dried up. The delivery guy came straight from the store to me and didn't even take 15 minutes, so the pizza was given to him cold. A bit of a shame

Julia was the most welcoming person! It was our first Time in Amsterdam and she made us feel so welcome. She gave us tips and advice and even gave recommendations on where to spend our time. The service was fast and quick, and the food was even more delicious. The pizza was a 10 out of 10 and the drinks were great. We sat outside and they offered us a blanket and a Heater! Will come back

I came with a group of friends (7 people) and I found the food and the dishes good and with fresh products. However, the service is deplorable. Very slow even though the restaurant is not full, do not clear out. We waited an awful long time for drinks and food. I recommend the restaurant if you have time to waste.

We saw this place as we walked by and decided to give it a try - we are sure glad we did! The service was prompt and very friendly! We got a couple drinks then an absolutely delicious bruschette. We followed that with a burrata pizza that was cooked perfectly. Of course we saved room for dessert - tiramisu with a side of pistachio gelato. Definitely check this place out! And do NOT skip the bruschette or the tiramisu - I’m still thinking about them!

Ordered for delivery. Pizza is very thin, very little sauce and falls apart. The spinach is not fresh and is very soggy. Both Pizzas were cold. With some many other great pizza places in Amsterdam I'd steer clear of here.

We had high expectations for the pizza, and they were fully met. Friendly and helpful waiters. Super recommended place to enjoy an excellent pizza (thin style) and a good tiramisu.

We decided to eat a pizza in Amsterdam without too many expectations. And yet we had a really good time. A Margherita pizza, worthy of being called such. Thin and well cooked, the products used are of good quality. The panna cotta with berries is also very good, perfect consistency. The tiramisu was also good, but I recommend wetting the ladyfingers more with coffee, because they were a little dry.

We've been here often for take away and to eat in because it's always delicious. Tonight however there was a very long, straight blonde or dark blonde hair on one of our 3 pizzas. Staff was friendly and understanding, offering to comp a dessert etc, but no way. 🤢 permanently off-putting I'm afraid. (we brought the hair back stuck to a piece of clear tape just to give the kitchen a 'heads-up, no pun intended)

This place has several varieties of Italian food options. They also have many pizza options. They have many locations and spread among different parts of the city. The pizza was good in size, affordable and the taste was fair. Service was super and the staff are friendly.

Delicious pizzas and super fun!

Chose this restaurant because of the good reviews. Quite shocked by the poor quality. What a dry mess. You can't call this pizza. Was the cheese gone? Unfortunately I can't add a photo otherwise you would have been able to see it. I normally don't write reviews about the quality of food at restaurants, but this is really terrible. They were delivered quickly, that's the only good thing? Although I didn't think they should have been delivered.

My local Pizzabakkers in de Plantagebuurt is consistently brilliant, so as I happened to stumble across this one in the Pijp one day, I thought I'd give it a go. So I gave it a go. At first, when the pizza arrived — finocchiona with gorgonzola — I wasn't sure. I reckon it had been left in the oven maybe 30 seconds too long, so the underside of the pizza was just starting to burn. But when I tasted it... dio mio. It was perfect. Actually they did skimp on the gorgonzola a little, in my opinion, but the salame was plentiful and the cheese delicious and the crust texture absolutely perfect. Not at all burnt in the end. An absolute triumph in fact. *And* the chili oil was really really spot on. And that is rare. Nine times out of ten, chili oils are not hot. This one was very good. *And* many of the staff were Italian, which when the pizza is good, always makes me want to say, "Beh ... certo."

Here they have delicious pizzas with a thin base. Nice place next to the Albert Cuyp market. The service was fine (they just forgot to bring the bill).

My friend and I stumbled upon De Pizzabakkers for our pizza night since our usual place was full. It’s a little restaurant, so not much place to sit inside. They’ve set up a cozy outdoor area with heaters, which is a blessing unpredictable weather nowadays. Our visit started with a minor issue. We didn’t reserve, so we were seated outside, no problem. But then, another people arrived and was also seated outside, only to be moved inside moments later because a table had freed up. We felt a bit ignored since they didn’t offer us in the first place the same choice. A quick question would’ve been thoughtful. I ordered the Campagnola pizza from the pizza menu, and it was amazing! The thin crust was perfectly crispy, and you could taste the wood-fired oven’s touch. Fresh toppings made it even better. The staff were friendly. But the whole seating situation left a bit of a sour taste. In terms of price, it’s a bit much for what they offer. There are other places nearby with better price and quality. Still, the pizza was delicious, and the atmosphere is great for a casual friend hangout.
