Yesterday, August 24th, I had dinner with my lifelong friend, who turned 65, and it was delicious. Thank you, Team Radstake.

We had a lovely time on the terrace. The coffee, however, was a bit pricey.

We had a delicious soft ice cream there.

Het was een heerlijke lentedag. We hebben samen met een aantal andere gezinnen hier gegeten. Er was een ruime keuze op de menukaart voor zowel ons als onze kinderen. Ambiance, sfeer en service was heel erg goed. Mooi gezeten toen het wat kouder werd in het historische café. Zelf heb ik van de asperge kaart geproefd en ik heb de klassieker met zalm genomen. Je proeft het ambacht ervan af.

After we had lunch on the terrace during the bike ride with friendly service (fortunately with the option to charge the battery that was almost empty), we also reserved an evening dinner. Full house with many groups, but the service and attention for the two of us was still excellent. Pork tenderloin with cheese and schnitzel with onion and bacon, both well fried.

That bami slice after partying went well

The owner was angry on Saturday March 15 during the parents' evening that I accidentally bumped him. I found his language towards me and the threat of being expelled very confrontational. A real supreme god boss who likes to see himself in the mirror. After apologizing 5 times he continued to use threatening language. Unfortunately, no back corner get-together, say sorry, cheers and continue partying, but make it difficult. I also decided to create an anonymous account to leave my honest review without consequences because I find this experience very unpleasant.

Good food for a reasonable price

With 14 people, for whom reservations had been made in advance, to the restaurant. We were dropped in the hall, divided over 2 tables. Just next to the entrance, the bar, entrance to the kitchen and the toilet... Right in the middle of the waitresses and waiter. It was a cold and unpleasant place in the 'restaurant'. The shared dining dishes for 3x 2 people were divided over 2 plates for 3 people. That was easier for them, we were told (?), the result was that 2 couples had to change places to get to their food. When the glass was 3/4 full, we were asked if we wanted to order something to drink (?) Food was good, but the rest was far below standard.

Met 14 personen gereserveerd voor het restaurant. We werden gedropt in de hal, verdeeld over 2 tafels. Net naast de ingang, de bar, ingang van de keuken en het toilet... Midden in de loop van de serveersters en ober. Het was een koude en ongezellige plaats in het 'restaurant'. De shared dining-gerechten voor 3x 2 personen werden verdeeld over 2 borden voor 3 personen. Dat was voor hen makkelijker, werd ons medegedeeld (?), het gevolg was dat 2 stellen van plaats moesten wisselen om bij hun eten te kunnen komen. Bij een 3/4 gevuld glas werd er gevraagd of we nog wat te drinken wilde (?) Eten was goed, de rest ver beneden peil.

As a spare ribs fan, you start to make more demands after a while. At Radstake they have fulfilled this! The bones came back completely clean, no knife was needed, the meat fell off the bones!! The sauce could have been a little more, so that it would taste a bit juicier, but I still really enjoyed it. Definitely recommended! We sat outside on the terrace, but unfortunately you hear the cars driving by. But with good food you can relax very well. The service was fast and good, and they were even willing to provide pain relief for a father with a headache. We will definitely go here more often, without a doubt!

Wauw! Het broodje dat ik besteld had was 2x zo groot als ik had verwacht! Rijkelijk belegd met brie en Italiaanse vleeswaren. Top! Wij waren op vakantie en reden langs dit restaurant. Het was lunch tijd dus we haalden hier even een broodje om mee te nemen. Het werd ook goed verpakt meegegeven.

We meldden ons kort van tevoren en konden toch terecht. We kregen een mooie tafel in dit sfeervolle restaurant. We hadden telefonisch al wel aangegeven dat een van ons nogal specifieke dieetwensen heeft i.v.m. allergieën, maar de kok kwam nog even bij ons aan tafel om na te vragen en in alle begrip en vrolijkheid aan te geven dat hij zeker iets lekkers kon maken. Dat is hem gelukt! Wat een heerlijk eten! De bediening was ook zeer vriendelijk, zorgzaam en vrolijk. Het was echt een avondje uit. Een aanrader.

We had a very nice party here. Only the parking was a bit bad.

Heerlijk gegeten zeker aan te raden, elke week een nieuwe weekspecial met een heerlijk hoofdgerecht. dessert is ook zeker aan te raden.

Good food but the best is the service. Eye for detail and listen. As one of our table looked at the soup of one of the others and regret filled her face. The wait er brought in a small cup of soup just for her. Drinks would never go empty unnoticed and was always asked to refill with a smile. A perfect stop when in need for some lunch

Every Sunday we come here for a bite to eat after walking our dogs. Very tasty food and very nice staff! They always give the dogs a cookie and water. A recommendation!

The last time we ate there I asked if the cook was sick.... Not nice perhaps, but I ordered a meat mix dish, there was really no crack or taste to it, although it looked tasty, no herbs, they had forgotten, or.... the cook was sick 😊

It was not busy, it was also raining cats and dogs, but the healthy sandwich tasted delicious and the coffee was also highly recommended.

Unfortunately we had to wait 15 minutes before anyone came to us, and the rest of the evening things didn't go so smoothly either... You always get a breadboard in advance "on the house". The ordered flat iron steak was lukewarm and not medium. With an apology I was given another one that tasted delicious! Dessert (lots of choice and not standard for a decent price) tasted delicious! Finally (for the inconvenience) we also received a cup of delicious coffee afterwards!👌

This year we had a much better experience during the student party at De Radstake. The event was well organized and ran smoothly, ensuring we all had a great time. The most striking difference was the improvement in the organization. Clearly more attention was paid to the safety and comfort of visitors. The building was not overcrowded as before, which made for a more pleasant atmosphere and more space to move around and enjoy the party. The overall atmosphere had also improved. It seemed like the staff was better prepared and more organized, which resulted in the event running smoothly. The music was great and there was plenty to do and see for everyone. In short, the student party at De Radstake was a great success this year. With improved organization and attention to safety, they have shown that they listen to feedback and are willing to implement changes. We look forward to next year!

Cozy and relaxing location. Along the N18, but it is so much better than a roadside restaurant. Beautiful and honest food that tastes good for a good price. The desserts were also true works of art. Attentive service and good cuisine. Definitely worth a stop!

Nice place to go out, lots of choice of different music. Only toilets are very dirty. Thick layer of water that you are standing in.

We spontaneously went in with 20 people at 11 am after a walk through the beautiful nature. No problem and hospitable reception. Then we enjoyed a delicious lunch. Top location.
