Unfortunately, the hair salons were not delivered quickly. Food looked and tasted fresh. Unfortunately, my hair salon arrived ice cold and had been warmed up in the microwave due to poverty. Had read the previous reviews and they don't lie. Unfortunately not worth repeating.

What a disaster. Two and a half hours later than the promised delivery time, I finally got my food. And as if that wasn't bad enough, everything was cold, wet, and soggy. The fries tasted more like mush, and the snacks were inedible. When I called to ask where my order was, the employee simply lied, saying the delivery driver was "on his way." This was a complete waste of money. I will NEVER order from here again.

They promised me my order was on its way, but that turned out to be a lie. It took several phone calls before I received my order, and then everything was cold.

Not only was my food cold and soggy, but it also arrived damaged. The sauce was smeared everywhere, the fries were stuck to the packaging, and the snacks were just plain disgusting. The delivery driver clearly didn't care, and customer service just lies to you. I'm absolutely furious that I spent money on this. This isn't a restaurant, it's a joke.

This was terrible from start to finish. Delivery took almost three times as long as promised. The fries were soggy, tasteless, and felt like they'd been fried hours ago. The snacks were cold and rubbery. And when I tried to call to complain, I was transferred and ultimately couldn't speak to anyone. This place doesn't deserve a single star.

Ordered from the fresh Flemish, simple order for 2 people!! Took RIDICULOUSLY long, after calling three times I still got the same excuse that there were multiple addresses and that it would take another 2 minutes! Finally after 1.5 hours plus the food arrived. Fries were okay, the rest was cold! Never again 👍🏻

1000x better then Ali's. Best Turkish pizza. Very cheap & Amazing.

It says on Google that they are open until 9 p.m. I just got to the door at 8:30 p.m. and they are simply closed.... Really ridiculous

The fries are fine, but the hamburger is not normally bad! just a frozen thing like a mashed frikadel with some sauce and lettuce. I definitely expected more for the money...

Case was taken over so let's try it. Old fat, and probably fried 3 times. Once but never again. The chip shop at the Cheese Market is so much better, these people know how to do it! Never a long wait, even when it's super busy, super good fries and friendly professionals!.

We got something to eat here every Friday evening with work, and it was always very well organised. Today the business has been taken over by new owners who give you very unfriendly service... when I came back to work after waiting 40 minutes for my food without it being busy, they had forgotten half the order... when I picked up the rest and ordered a took a bite of my croquette, half of it was still frozen, the fries were very limp and the cheese soufle was also not properly cooked.. very unfortunate.. from now on I will go to another snack bar

Took over today unfortunately forgot order after 30 minutes finally resolved had to wait a total of 1 hour and when it arrived forgot sauce.....Fries are limp and undercooked..

There really is no tastier fries in all of Purmerend. If you're going for pale, limp, fat-soaked potato dicks... you've come to the wrong place! Here the fries are crispy, golden brown with a delicious potato flavor. My girlfriend is extremely critical when it comes to fries, but if it were up to her we would eat here three times a day. According to my sister, they also have that one very tasty fries sauce (🤷‍♂️)

Fries are always delicious, but the last two times on Sunday they were helped by a gentleman who couldn't actually handle it on his own. Snacks are ready long before fries are ready, so they are already cooled when you get home And you have to keep an eye on whether everything you get is correct and say that it is special with outings, otherwise I would have gone without The gentleman is friendly but very slow and should not really be alone in the store Hopefully something will be done with it, otherwise I'll have to look for another one
