⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ FEBO is a fantastic place! Always deliciously fresh, fast, and exactly what you need when you're craving truly good snacks. The croquettes are crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, the fries are perfectly cooked, and everything arrives hot from the vending machine or counter. Ideal for a quick bite, but the quality never disappoints. FEBO remains an iconic part of the Netherlands where you'll happily return again and again. Highly recommended!

Order delivered to your home. You should drink plenty of water with the fries because they're way too salty. It's wise to eat there. The grilled burgers were just lukewarm/cold. What a waste of money! I'll just go back to our usual cafeteria next time, which was unfortunately closed today! We couldn't do anything because they close at 8 PM!

It is better not to order via home delivery unless you want to wait 2 hours for your food

One star is actually way too many. A short, blonde girl who works there is absolutely not customer-friendly. She literally threw my burger in the bag. I was shocked. Even when she talks to customers, she's completely disinterested. Her look told everyone to get out of here. A truly awful person who absolutely shouldn't be working with customers. I don't understand how they accept something like that, seriously. No more Febo for us. It's also expensive and cold. And the staff is busy on their phones in front of customers. Like little children.

Excellent service! My food arrived a bit cold because my address was difficult to find. I called Nico and got new food sent right away, and that's what I call excellent service. Mistakes happen, but if a company resolves them so quickly and without any hassle, they get a 10 out of 10 from me. And the food was delicious!

You have to pay 3 euros for delivery and can't choose pick up. Despite paying extra, delivery takes 1 hour or more, and is often later than they say. I've received wrong orders. For dine in, few seats, and only outside.

I pulled another grilled burger from the vending machine today; it was shriveled, too cold, and too expensive. I paid €4 for this old junk. Behind the counter, a guy didn't look particularly enthusiastic, but hey, I have bad days sometimes. Yet another FEBO with a flaw, a faded glory, and I'll definitely steer clear from now on.

Ordered via home delivery. Fries were missing. I called after. But I was sick so I had to cough. The man made me laugh and didn't believe it. I then said it was the fries for my child and I was still too young for a child?? How could you know that on the other end of the phone? Very rude, bad service and unfriendly employee.

I already swore off Febo when I still lived nearby. I have always been a fan of the grilled burger and, when really hungry, I can add a croquette with some change. The grill burger has become a brunch burger. Nowadays I have to carry a kilo of change with me to buy a croquette. It has also shrunk to the size of 2 bitterballen next to each other. The Febo that was at Venedien was aimed at the students who came there a lot. But they probably couldn't afford the prices anymore. This Febo is now gone and the location has become a lunchroom.

Went along the Febo Koestraat with my 12-year-old son. He had to do a project for school. He chose Febo as the subject. Thanks to the nice staff, he received a lot of information and was allowed to make his own snacks. We had a very nice meal there!! Thank you

Quality is excellent, unfortunately it has become far too expensive over the years.

3 snacks pulled from the wall, 3 cold. After reporting this, I got a big mouth from the staff, I was not looking for a new snack, I wanted to point out to the staff that the food they had for sale was not at the right temperature, a wisecracking owner with no sense of customer focus asked me to leave his “store”… Better too, that gave me some time to get frozen croquettes from the appie, guess what, they were of a higher temperature than those of the gentleman with the “shop” FEBO is not what it used to be...

Just got a grilled burger. Just red inside! How to do it! That thing is paper thin, can hardly be called a burger and yet red on the inside. 4 euros straight into the trash.

Friendly people both behind the counter and at the delivery desk. Efficient use of time to ask in advance if I wanted fries so that he immediately puts more in the fryer. The benches and the tent itself are all clean and well maintained because it is clear to see that they stick to their schedule. I immediately felt comfortable and welcome to have a simple fries. A fancy Friday afternoon drink provided by FEBO - Koestraat from owner Nico Englander. Delicious croquette sandwiches, fries war with tasty sauces and freshly chopped onions were well packed and heated in the packaging. The delivery person Colin arrived at our company exactly at 5 p.m. as agreed, excellent timing. Nico, on behalf of our entire Team Jan Wals, thank you for the delicious snacks. The delivery in Ilpendam was successful. 💪
