We had Dick serving, and he was very good at his job. We really enjoyed ourselves. The service was also very fast, and we could always turn to him with questions.

Great place - fun for bowling. I've also played padel there a few times. And minigolf twice (nice courses - nicely made - indoors). Nice place.

Disappointing evening - limited shoes available and very few balls. Only balls with XL grips were two 15lb balls. Paying 33.50/h, you expect at least basic levels of equipment.

We played pool there. It's a shame the tablecloths were so grimy. The spots where you had to place your white ball and where you had to put the triangle were invisible.

I find a lot of noise when I am playing pool.

Nice for bowling, but if you want to play pool here, I would really choose another place. The cue is super light and feels like it could break at any moment. The same goes for the balls, which fly right off the table if you hit them even slightly low. Especially for the price, this is really not normal. (17.50 for an hour and 10 euros for an extra half hour)

What a chaotic organization, both in administration and service. The starter and main course were served at the same time, and the main course was cold; what a shame!! We had a cake ordered via Dekker, and then you have to pay a plate fee yourself?? We have never experienced anything like this before. Communication via email and phone was also very poor. There was almost never anyone present to answer questions or discuss things. In short: everything was quite disappointing. Not recommended anymore.

We gave it a try. Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was perfect. The pool tables are no longer in optimal condition.

Unfortunately this place is degrading. Have been coming here for over two years and seeing how it's getting worse. First the sauna in the changing room got closed. Then the soap has disappeared, never refilled. Now the water in the showers is cold if you're unlucky. Last time the toilet in the changing room also didn't work. With all this the prices increased while it was already not cheap.

Had a nice bowling afternoon and there was also a small indoor play area for the children.

Bowling with the grandchildren. The alley was very enjoyable. The staff did their best but were more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to customers' orders. I was the one who got a bit impatient and actually tried to make contact. In response, I got a waving chef. They did come to take the order. The food was okay for the rest of the group. My pizza four-course arrived really late and was quite overcooked, almost burnt. Probably because I was trying to get attention. Too bad. But it was still fun with the kids.

Bowling was a hassle. We (4 people) were not noticed when we wanted to start bowling. It took well over 5 minutes before the lady in question saw us. During bowling, there was a technical problem that prevented us from continuing. It took 8 minutes before the same lady came to fix the problem. Precious time wasted. No apology, compensation, or extended playing time. So, poor service. You should certainly expect more for that price. Disappointing. Otherwise, it does look nice.

First we trained and then had a drink. The service was good and the restaurant was cozy.

Something for everyone to do! In a relaxed environment

We couldn't find the mini golf course; there was no staff at the main entrance to direct us. Luckily, a visitor eventually did. Mini golf is fun, with lots of great photo spots. It's a shame that strangers also wander through the game, which makes it a bit unsettling. The bowling alley is beautiful. It's really handy that the bumpers can be adjusted for each person. The food took a very long time. We reserved food in advance for 6 children and 1 adult and specified our preferences while bowling. Once we were seated, we had to wait 40 minutes, received two incorrect plates, and the adult was skipped. They said they didn't offer a shared mixed grill for one person, but I was able to prove that it had been ordered and paid for online. We did get it, but it was a long wait. Drinks weren't asked for, neither during bowling nor with our food. We had to repeatedly ask at the bar. Afterward, the final amount we had to pay was also incorrect. This was adjusted after we pointed it out. Fortunately, the children had a very nice afternoon.

Big party given at Dekker Warmond, club Madness. Excellent service by young crew, friendly, hospitable, flexible and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly, very satisfied, received many positive reactions from my guests.

Very nice surroundings. Especially the bowling alley is very big, nice atmosphere cloth behind it. Great ordering system for snacks and drinks. Also handy that you can see the score on a small screen on your table. The only pity was that size 43 of bowling shoe was no longer available, so I had to wear a shoe that was too small. It was really too busy for midget golf. Despite the fact that you had to book a time slot, there were too many people, so you had to wait longer and could not complete the course in order. Very nice, original courses, so the complex itself was great. The service was also simply too busy, so the guests of the tennis courts and outdoor golf (our own people) had priority over the waiting people who came to play mini golf.

Because the weather didn't cooperate we ended up at Dekker Warmond indoor. In combination of lunch (golf course) mini-golf something completely different and bowling we had a great day.

First time at the bowling party. Very neat and good atmosphere. Daughter had a great birthday. Definitely worth repeating, also to come alone with family!

Fantastic venue with so much to do. We played padel. Nice high roofs, stunning court. Well maintained. Great spots for drinks afterwards. Highly recommend to check out all the other things to do there.

Nice modern atmosphere at the old familiar, but certainly not outdated Dekker. Nice bowling, paddle, tennis, pool, mini golf. All fun and very friendly people. Always a nice day out.

We had a great party here for our daughter and 7 other 9 year old girls. Super fun team, nice atmosphere really made it a party for us. And they really take their time for everything. All in all we will definitely come back👍🏻

Super fun experience. We had booked the package with the snack platter. Although this is well organized, there are a lot of greasy snacks. What means that we didn't eat everything and were a bit nauseous. It would have been better if a healthier arrangement was available.

Had a well-organized and enjoyable Business Club afternoon on Friday. The weather was beautiful, drinks were able to take place outside on the terrace. Service was excellent, Jenneke was on her own but did an excellent job and with a big smile.

A fantastic place to celebrate your party. The most friendly staff. The food, snacks and cocktails were delicious. The different rooms that you can choose from all have a unique design, and it is useful if you have large groups that you can use so many rooms. The ideal party place with top service!

Nice and beautiful place. There is a lot to do. I have been there to play tennis, squash and today for bowling. The bowling alley is very spacious and has a soft couch. Where you can sit when you wait for your turn! The restaurant is quite nice and modern decorated. And the lobby of Dekker is exactly the same. In the lobby there is a bar, chairs, tables, couches and a lot of TVs in short a nice cozy place to go if you want to waste your time!

Very nice evening; everything is well organized to allow for a nice evening with family/kids/friends. The only negative point was the meat of the burger that to match the level of the rest, should definitely improve.

It is recommended to hold a children's party at this bowling alley. Service was superb. Food delivered on time and the atmosphere great. Afterwards, the children receive a bowling diploma with their points on it. After dinner, play in the indoor playground. They had a good time. A complete party for a great price.

You are standing in the kitchen with 5 people and you still haven't baked anything, I waited 1.5 hours for my food and then had the nerve to say that it would take another half hour, and no reason was given as to why it took so long and in the end we didn't get our food. received and not even offered anything to compensate for it

The system at the bowling alley crashed a number of times. Appropriate action was taken immediately. Ultimately transferred to other jobs with all data retained. Beautiful, spacious bowling center where the children can also have fun playing. The donut at the birthday party was mediocre. The other food and unlimited lemonade/water was fine.

The food is mediocre. I would immediately fire the staff because these less gifted people only cost you money as an entrepreneur. They are painfully slow in delivering and communicate poorly. They tell you that they don't have your order 5 minutes after they have placed everything at your table. And that already took 20 minutes. Very amateurish and not customer oriented.

During the autumn holidays we went bowling and had pizza. The staff was incredibly friendly, the pizzas were delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed. We were one of the first, so it was still quiet, which made the atmosphere extra pleasant. A beautiful bowling center - definitely recommended!

Zeer onvriendelijk / ongeinteresseerd personeel. We hebben 15 minuten aan een tafel gezeten zonder dat er iemand bij ons langs is gekomen om een bestelling op te nemen. Drukte was geen excuus, want er waren slechts 2 andere tafels bezet. Na 10 minuten toch maar geprobeerd de aandacht te trekken - zonder succes. Uiteindelijk besloten weg te gaan en ergens anders in Warmond een hapje te eten. Geen aanrader dus....

Fantastic location for a children's party. As a parent, you are completely relieved upon arrival. The only thing you "have" to do is take stock of what the kids want to eat. As soon as the job is ready you will be picked up, as soon as the food is on the table you will be picked up. Delicious! In the meantime, the kids can use the indoor playground. The only downside I think is that the music was t*#^%@ loud. It's already a lot of noise due to the bowling itself, the children and then also music at a hearing damage setting... I could barely hear the staff. Compliments to the male manager who is expecting his first child in December! Have a wonderful maternity period!

Kerst arrangement genomen met 13 man.Wat een feest! Bowlen was top,kregen er een 3e baan bij! Eten was echt super lekker en de omgeving was perfect! Complimenten aan de bediening!

Super teamuitje gehad op deze locatie. Je kan zoveel uiteenlopende activiteiten doen op deze locatie. Eten is goed verzorgd.

Eten was gewoon ok. Porties genoeg en ongeveer wat je kan verwachten. Niet heel bijzonder maar niks mis mee. Prima voor na het bowlen nog een hapje doen. Hoewel de bediening heel vriendelijk was moeten we steeds eeeeerg lang wachten. Ook als we rekening houden met de grote groep die er zat.

Gebruik gemaakt van een padelbaan en de lunch (met drank). Gehele locatie (ook tennis- en bowlingbanen) zien er netjes en verzorgd uit, maar geen gebruik van gemaakt. Daarover kan ik ook geen oordeel geven. De gehele locatie ademt een gezellige sfeer uit. Kleedkamers zijn ruim en netjes. Padelbaan was netjes en verzorgd. Lunch (12-uurtje vlees) was goed bereid en smaakte prima! Goed op temperatuur en lekker om te eten. Lunch en drankjes hebben we zelf besteld aan de bar. Ook een tweede ronde drank hebben we binnen besteld (moeten bestellen). Er kan zowel binnen als buiten gegeten worden. Buiten zijn diverse plaatsen en een aantal plaatsen in de schaduw.

Dit is “ok-ish” als je je best doet. Leuk bowlen, maar wat een herrie. Organisatorisch een bende. Individueel doen ze hun best hoor, maar er is geen leiding of structuur. Reserveringen van de restaurants lopen door elkaar heen waardoor ze de hele tijd aan het schuiven zijn en geen idee hebben waar ze je naartoe moeten sturen. Eten in de bowlingzaal is echt niet te doen (kinderfeestjes daargelaten overigens). Eten matig tot prima. Burger een teleurstelling als je van burgers houdt.. Nee, dit is geen herhaling waard. Zonde, wat de plek is mooi, sfeer goed en personeel wil echt wel..

Leuke plek om te padellen, niet perse goedkoop

The bowling is great with a good atmosphere. We enjoyed it very much. We booked the bowling and burger/pizza option for our daughters birthday. The food for dietary requirements was disappointing. We also took a gluten free cake with us and were charged per head for doing this. When we questioned this, we were informed they were a restaurant so charged. We visited before we booked to be sure they could cater for our dietary requirements but staff were unhelpful and just referred us to their website. We didn't get into a discussion about being charged at the time as it was a birthday celebration, but if they are a restaurant, they need to rethink their dietary requirements offer of food. We will bowl here again but not eat unless they improve their food.

We hebben een feest gehad in de geweldig mooie zaal bij de Madness minigolf, waar we ook gebruik van mochten maken met onze gasten. Alles was perfect geregeld. Lekkere streetfood hapjes werden tussendoor geserveerd door gezellig en kundig personeel. Er was van alles mogelijk om ons feestje te laten slagen. Bedankt Dekker Warmond, het was top!!

Wat een leuke plek is dit zeg! We zijn hier inmiddels twee keer wezen bowlen! De bowling baan is erg mooi, snel, nieuw en alles werkt zoals je verwacht! Als er iets niet helemaal goed gaat wordt je snel en vakkundig naar een andere baan geholpen zonder verlies van je gehuurde tijd of het huidige spel! De service zou iets beter kunnen, het bar personeel lijkt af en toe wat stuurloos, vaak staan er veel dienbladen met drankjes te wachten en wordt de nieuwste eerst gelopen in plaats van de “oudste” vaak komen de hapjes uit de keuken eerder dan drankjes! Ondanks dat is het een hele leuke plek! We komen zeker nog vaker hier!

Good place to play padel tennis. Nice courts. The system for renting rockets and balls is very cool and comfortable to use (small kiosk easy to use). The changing rooms are good and have lockers. In general the place looks new and pleasant.
