We waited an HOUR (!) for the online lunch order. Called several times and each time the delivery person would be there within 5 to 10 minutes, which ultimately was not the case. “It is very busy” and “the delivery person has several orders with him” I was told. It is not without reason that I indicate what time I want to receive the order, so you have to indicate on the site that it is busy and may take longer. Do you pay delivery costs for that? Requested compensation, but this was not possible. Definitely not recommended if you ask me.

Always had delicious crispy sausage rolls in the past. Unfortunately not anymore. A limp, greasy thing. A few weeks ago I thought it was because I ate it at home. But now eaten straight away and very limp, greasy and soggy. When I said something about it, the older woman mentioned in previous reviews said that they were baked in the morning. I got there around 2 o'clock...I turned around and threw the sandwich away in the trash. Waste of money. Never again.

Unprofessional behavior of today's staff (25-01-2025). Old woman who is very negative. The lady also sticks her nose again during the telephone conversation with a young lady. Furthermore, it is the tastiest! Also, 90% of the staff is just friendly as always! -10% due to a lady who is too direct and very negative!

Normally the sandwiches are good for lunch. But this afternoon I was looking out of my eyes at home. Normally you get half a baguette that is in the carton, now I even get almost half of that for the same amount, sorry, you cannot sell this as a consumer. From now on I will check the bag to see if there is actually half in it. For other times it is an excellent takeaway place

Delicious sandwiches, wide choice and good tasty and fresh quality, therefore 5⭐️ for the food. If everything is in place that should be in place, I would also have given 5⭐️ for the service, but unfortunately something is still missing and I see that partly as service. I don't attribute anything to atmosphere, because there is no atmosphere, but that doesn't have to be the case, because it is completely focused on takeaway. The staff is friendly though.

Perfect thing if waiting is your hobby. The order was not too difficult, a number of sandwiches including a ham sandwich. After waiting 1.5 hours, a guy finally came to the office with the order and also started claiming that the order time (for us 1300 hours) is more of a guideline and that it can take longer. Ridiculous if you ask me because we just have lunch around one o'clock, that doesn't seem crazy to me. That hothead clearly thought differently about that, the ham sandwich? it was ice cold! So never again for us.

Ordered 3 sandwiches at 12 noon, a quarter to 2 and haven't seen a delivery person yet. After calling 3 times because they were "Unreachable", they finally answered to tell me that I have to wait a little longer and I have to listen to all the conversations from the kitchen, do you want to make a profit or not?

The sandwiches are okay, but the delivery service sucks. They make a lot of mistakes, orders are incomplete or incorrect.

You order via the site and receive the sandwiches more than 1.5 hours later than the agreed delivery time. You called in the meantime and were told "it's on its way" and you didn't even apologize on the phone.

We ordered 3 sandwiches today. (clicked on 2 via the site and made a note on the third that it must be without sauce and bean sprouts. Unfortunately, all the sandwiches arrived without sauce and bean sprouts! We called immediately, customer friendly 0 stars, the girl on the phone found our mistake because take a look on the receipt... of course we can't see the receipt... we can't do anything about the fact that your site notes it like that. The conversation ended without a solution!

I get the grilled chicken fillet baguette with cayun sauce and bean sprouts here more than once a week. It really is so incredibly tasty and generously filled that I keep coming back for it. I drive through Hengelo as a parcel deliverer and that's why I often get my lunch here. Sometimes you have to wait a little longer around lunch time, but I understand that, they are just busy and work very hard to provide everyone with the sandwiches!

Het eten is er altijd goed. Vorige keer was mijn broodje iets minder maar dat is niet erg. Er was een miscommunicatie geweest over de saus op mijn broodje, dus ik belde er heen en kon direct terug komen. Eenmaal daar hadden ze een super deal gemaakt. Dus echt top en goede service! Aanrader 😁

Naar ons gevoel niet vers en slap stokbrood. Veel te veel saus waardoor je niks anders meer proeft, en de saus er van ellende uit druipt. Bezorger was wel vriendelijk!

Het was prima, ideaal voor een grote groep.

Voor een broodje roomkaas waar je bijna 5 euro voor betaald, zat er wel heel erg weinig roomkaas op. Het broodje smaakte overigens heerlijk, maar de hoeveelheid was erg teleurstellend.

Deli78 zit op de westermaat in Hengelo Deze firma heeft zich gespecialiseerd op het gebied van heerlijke broodjes de kwaliteit is geweldig en er word ook gretig gebruik van gemaakt door alle winkeliers.

Ik vond het pizza salami broodje echt heerlijk. Je moet wel een beetje lang wachten maar ik heb het er zeker voor over. Ik vond het niet te heet en niet te koud. Voor mij was het de lekkerste lunch die ik ooit heb gehad:)
