Authentic old-fashioned deli. Good food. Good service.

We used to come here regularly recently, but that's all over now. There was no greeting whatsoever upon entering the restaurant recently, as there were no customers and the staff, including the owner Leonie (with their backs to the entrance), were sitting at a table in the restaurant. Then, not a single spot was clean, and the entire floor was littered with food at 11 a.m. The high chairs were also dirty, and we had to clean them ourselves. Leonie was yelling at us from the other side of the restaurant. "Madam, Madam, that's not a toy," because our daughter was very interested and carefully playing with the electric tea light on the table. Instead, she could have stood up, greeted us, and then indicated in a friendly and respectful manner that "playing" with the light wasn't allowed. Leonie's manner is anything but professional and demonstrates no courtesy, kindness, or respect whatsoever. All the more reason why, if the owner doesn't have it in her, she won't come here again.

Delivery is very expensive. The minimum order is €55, and then you still have to pay a €5 delivery fee. The sandwiches are sparsely filled and there's very little satay sauce with the satay. The baguette comes with a tiny container of garlic butter, just enough for one piece. The taste is otherwise okay. Unfortunately, Broodjeszaak De Smalle Pijp is closed on Sundays, otherwise we would definitely have ordered from there.

Went for lunch yesterday. The tables were dirty, it took ages to take orders, the toilet smelled and the floor was very wet. The toasted sandwich, which they call a panini, wasn't warm enough, the cheese hadn't melted properly, and the ham was cold, and the pineapple hadn't drained properly. So all in all... terrible.

We had to wait a very long time. The two cold sandwiches had been sitting on the counter for 15 minutes before the hot sandwich was ready. The club sandwich, on the overly hard bun, contained 95% lettuce, one small slice of super-thin chicken, and half a layer of egg salad with burnt bacon. A very poor and overpriced sandwich.

I sat there for 15 minutes, during which time several people, in small groups, arrived and were helped politely. I was alone for work. No help at all. But I left. I definitely won't recommend this place to my colleagues or customers.

Old, dry bread and half the filling is in the bag, since a healthy sandwich has everything on top instead of in between. Then charging €10 for a sandwich... scandalous.

I ordered two burgers and fries until I finished eating them and the bugs came out of my burger. I was disgusted. They said they took my burger out and asked if I wanted something else. Wow, sorry, but I immediately lost my appetite and still had to pay 24 euros. It's outrageous! I'm never going back here again.

Echt schandalig hoe de wc eruit ziet, geen wc papier, dit aangegeven wc erna zijk nat en nog niet schoon en ook geen wc papier, nogmaals gemeld, maar er zijn geen mensen met verantwoordelijkheid. Enig nooit meegemaakt, maar echt slecht.

Wat een ramp. Nog nooit zo’n smerige vestiging gezien. Overal etensresten op de vloer. De tafels zijn smerig en worden kennelijk niet schoongemaakt. Tijdens ons bezoek niemand gezien die met een schoonmaakdoekje in de weer was. Echt vreselijk. Zelfs in Frankrijk is het schoner. Ga hier niet naar toe!

We ordered several things, that was all fine. But the pizza was really dramatic. We sent it back because it was inedible. Then we got it back after it had been in the oven for a while. Well, then it was rock hard, completely dried out and still inedible. When paying we indicated that we had practically eaten nothing of it (two of us took 2 bites), and then you get a 10% discount as a “solution”. What a joke. No apologies, no decent compensation. Last time!

Hi, I wanted to make order. When i say hi, and start speaking, waiteress turns and take another customer. Then she was pretending she dont see me. So i turned around and leave. What you can do, yea.. I occasionally come in there with my assistance dog who distracts them and/or makes noises while walking and if I tell them not to do that, you always get the comment that I am very strict. It's really disrespectful how a little waitress thinks she can speak to a customer like that. Another incident involved an employee cleaning the tables with a spray bottle, i.e. spraying the table and then wiping a cloth over it. When she arrived at my table I asked her not to inject because of my service dog. I got the comment,, what do you mean,,. It is unprecedented how various waitresses stimulate discussions with customers/guests. In this case with me. I think it is time for Delifrance management to put things in order at that branch, also because the male employee (I think the manager there) is completely unsuitable due to his absence for customers/guests. Finally, I also experienced that the same waitress who commented that I was very strict about distracting my assistance dog had charged 1 coffee too much when paying and when I paid and received the receipt, I saw this on the receipt. In the end I got the overpayment back in cash but she didn't even have the decency to apologize. Pffffffff, what a shit place, especially if you have an assistance dog with you.

Totale ongeorganiseerde, ongeïnteresseerde en ongemotiveerde chaos. Bijna 45 minuten moeten wachten op 2 friet, 2 burgers, een paar bitterballen en een cola. Dan komt het eindelijk en dan is alles nog maar net aan warm/lauw. Het is dat we inmiddels geen tijd meer hadden om weer te moeten wachten anders was alles terug gegaan.

Last week I ordered a sandwich online and picked it up at the agreed time. Since it was raining outside, I wanted to eat inside, but the staff didn't allow it. I was not allowed to sit in the restaurant and had to eat my sandwich outside. Unfortunately, the sandwich itself was also a major disappointment. The bread was tough and the toppings did not taste fresh. This really wasn't a pleasant experience. If you are looking for a good lunch, I recommend Broodjeszaak De Borchwerf. The staff there is friendly and the products are fresh.

Sandwiches are regularly missing from the order, like this time, employees do not understand why you still order from them. Indicated that orders are placed almost weekly for more than €80, and they still have a big mouth. In the end it was delivered neatly and they still asked whether payment still needed to be made, communication was also hard to find. You expect such a company to at least provide some compensation so that your customers are satisfied for the time being, but unfortunately that is not the case. Even though the sandwiches etc. are very tasty, I will not order from here again. It's a shame that good customers are treated this way!!

Very tasty sandwiches but also hot dishes, there is so much on the menu that it is difficult to choose 😬. Friendly staff and a location that is easier to reach with a large parking lot. When the weather is good you can also sit outside. In short, a great location!!

Went to get a sandwich to have something to eat for breakfast. There was a girl who I thought was a bit rude. After placing my order with someone else, she had to discuss loudly and clearly with her colleagues that she found my mother's order extremely strange. While she was making the sandwich, she also ate a few things and just barely licked her fingers in your face. Incredibly rude and a grumpy face.

No one here but plenty of staff all talking to each other while customers are waiting for to order. Just off the highway people pop in for a 'quick' coffee. Be warned you won't get that experience here despite having more staff than customers. In a desperate attempt to get a quick coffee I tried to order at the counter twice and was shut down both times 😂 coffee once it came was ok. But service is abysmal

The many young ladies at the counter (I think there were 7 or 8 very busy but not with customers) are more concerned with their phone calls than with the customers. Only 4 or 5 tables occupied. Very quiet in the business. Took a seat at a table inside and after 10 minutes there was still no service. I go to the counter to hear: such a person will come to you. 5 minutes later we finally ordered, 2x coffee and 2x apple turnover. Then after 5 minutes the coffee arrives with the message that there are no more apple turnovers (2 p.m.). Ok, then filled cookies. After 5 minutes she comes to tell us that there is only 1 filled cookie left. Ok then do that one but we will share. Coffee long gone, of course. Then it took another 10 minutes for the cookie to finally arrive. There is clearly no guidance from a manager here. When paying, the question arises; was everything to your liking? Well, no, I made it clear to them that everything is going wrong here. Apologies and 1 coffee for free, but that was not the point.

Ordered fresh orange juice! This one was so incredibly sour that I'm glad my teeth are still in my mouth! I promptly returned it and stated that it was way too sour! She couldn't change anything, said the lady who helped me. All understanding, of course. I wanted to order something else, but she had to pay for the orange juice of course. We'll see when I pay!

Always delicious to eat at Delifrance I used to eat the ham/cheese croissant and the baguette salmon salad (unfortunately no longer on the menu) so often. Today we had a delicious baguette with chicken and it tasted great

We can often be found there for lunch. I can never choose from the wide selection on the menu. Cozy establishment, nice staff and the main point is "all that food is delicious!!!"

A restaurant along the highway. Busy...also many people in line to pick up which does not improve the atmosphere. Very restless because of all the walking in and out. Friendly staff. They run wild. Chosen for tuna melt. Unfortunately the tuna salad came from a jar. It was tasty but not what I expected. Prices are decent. Cappuccino was very tasty.

Are you thinking of having a nice meal somewhere after positive experiences at other delifrances? The allergen map here is very unclear and not up to date. The gluten-free options here are also very limited. Still, I tried the omelette with gluten-free bread, there is nothing wrong with it. Bread is as hard as cement. Not recommended this delifrance

A brother and sister reunion was held here together. Because the experiences with other Delifrance branches were extremely good, we were completely unprepared for the bad experience that awaited us. Upon entering we joked about the burning smell in the shop, but that changed when the cremated croissants were on our plates. Obviously asked for a new one, but you guessed it; they came from the same tray. With the note, these were the least burnt. And the request to bake a new one afterwards was not honored. The final surprise was that the price was higher than agreed. There appeared to have been a price increase between reservation and breakfast. So absolutely not recommended.

The best delifrance I've ever been to! We arrived in a heavy rain shower and we were immediately helped and put at a table! It was quite busy and we immediately ordered a latte caramel and we received it very quickly! Delicious treat! Then ordered food and that went very smoothly, even though it was quite busy! The food was really tasty! So this one in the old guesthouse is highly recommended and I don't have that with others where you are treated like a number.

Why is the tomato slice always served with the crown and all, the lettuce was wilted

Toilet visits are dramatic, there is only 1 ladies' and 1 men's toilet in front of it (+/- 90 seats inside and outside) and can be called cramped, and it is a pity that a men's toilet was flooded and it looked like it had been lying around for some time. the ground. Rolls were not really crispy but soggy, toppings were fine but the lettuce had brown edges. Our table was 'cleaned' in front of us with a French stroke before the ordered sandwiches were just thrown onto the table by the disinterested service.

Eerst ging ik in juni met een paar vrienden naar de mac later in de avond, het was heel erg druk en iemand achter de kassa kon dit niet aan en begint te schelden met kk omdat hij niet wilt overwerken dit gebeurt waar meerdere klanten bij staan heel onprofessioneel vervolgens ga ik 1 juli met mijn vriend naar de mac voor avond eten en staat dezelfde jongen weer bij de balie hij laat iets vallen en begint weer te schelden met kk waar weer klanten bij stonden ik snap niet dat dit soort mensen niet gelijk worden ontslagen want dit kan echt absoluut niet!

The breakfast box was tasty, looked neat and was delivered in a friendly manner. When ordering online, I had indicated in the comments field no filet American, but egg salad and white rolls instead of brown. Too bad there was filet American in the box and brown bread rolls. The red velvet muffin was delicious again!

Laatste keer dat wij naar de Mac Donalds gaan. Het is al de zoveelste keer dat de medewerkers allemaal maar een dotje doen hier. Dit is ook de laatste druppel. Nu is het weer zo dat de milkshake echt gewoon zo overvol was gevuld dat alles eruit stroomde en alles onder zat, mijn large cola had geen enkel ijsklonten erin terwijl de andere twee cola’s voor mijn vader en mijn moeder wel ijsklonten hadden en alle 3 de cola’s waren tot ongeveer de helft gevuld. Bovendien was mijn big Mac burger één grote rommel. Ze hebben alles echt ongeïnteresseerd maar wat samengesteld. Ook was alles steenkoud. Ik ga voortaan op een ander locatie naar de Mac. Daar tonen ze tenminste sympathie en interesse naar hun klanten. Het word maar eens tijd dat ze of hun slechte medewerkers allemaal de deur uit schoppen of dat ze het hier gaan sluiten. Het is echt een zooitje ongeregeld hier.

Have eaten here several times already. Good menu. Tasty meals. Friendly staff. Always good. If something unexpectedly goes wrong, you just have to think about it and it will be solved. Also have it delivered. Soup and hot sandwiches were still warm after a journey of 15 Km. Simply a good meal for a reasonable price.

Come here for a bite to eat often. Time for a review. I ate here on site, picked up and had it delivered. Anyway, I always had nice fresh fresh rolls and what was supposed to be warm was also warm. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The business is easily accessible and clean. You cannot eat in any restaurant for the prices charged. Just good food for a reasonable price.

I always enjoyed eating at Delifrance, but something has changed recently. When you come in for lunch, all free tables are often dirty with dirty dishes. The day before yesterday I had lunch with a friend, had a drink and a sandwich, and then no one looked after you until you left. the time before I went to lunch with my mother, waited 45 minutes for a carpaccio sandwich and asparagus soup, then the sandwich arrived but after 15 minutes still no soup. Then asked for this and was then told that it was no longer available? Nice and customer friendly to make someone wait 1 hour for her soup that wasn't even there in the end (not). There were no apologies or anything, really ridiculous.

The atmosphere is there but the same concept has been around for a long time. 30-6-2022: concept positively adjusted, atmosphere and appearance of staff is only 6 more. Unfortunately.

Fast good service. Salads well filled and well packaged to take away.
