Horrible restaurant! The staff is so unfriendly, especially the woman behind the counter. She was working with a younger guy. I asked him beforehand how long it would take, and he said 10 minutes. I told him I had to catch my train, and he said it would be ready on time! In the end, it took almost 22 minutes, so I almost missed my train. The food was also inedible. The bitterballen (meatballs) didn't seem to be fully cooked; the color of the bitterballen seemed very pale, as if they hadn't been fully fried. I also ordered fries, and they didn't have any salt on them. It also tasted old, as if the oil had long since been changed. The milkshake I got tasted like cold milk with vanilla sugar added. It was a liquid, not a milkshake at all. I also paid cash, and the woman didn't give me change, even though I was entitled to it. Absolutely shameful! Please don't hire staff who chase guests away, because I'll never come back. 😒

Waited 40 minutes for a mediocre sandwich and bad coffee. The staff spent more time on their phones than working, and they walked around in crocs. They probably meant eating and waiting more...

We had to wait 50 minutes with a group of eight. We finally received one person's food (fries and bitterballen) and then decided to leave because it wasn't really warm or tasty anymore. The owner demanded payment, even though we left almost everything. He threatened to keep the door closed and call the police instead of offering a proper solution or compensation. We finally paid because it almost escalated and then just left. Never again, and truly ridiculous!

I ordered matcha, expecting a price of €4-5. When I saw €8.90 on the payment terminal, I was a bit taken aback, but I saw the drink was already being made, so I decided to pay the ridiculous price. When I saw a takeaway cup being filled to the brim with ice, I approached the employee to ask if the cup was mine, which it was. I told them I didn't find it normal to pay almost €9 for matcha and then receive a cup with ice cubes. Fortunately, they complied, and they removed some ice from the cup at my request. Hence the two stars for service, although I wonder how this place is still open.

Ordered through Uber Eats, but never received the order "because my phone number doesn't work". Apparently, the location doesn't understand their own agreement with Uber Eats that calling goes through them.

Avoid this place at all costs. I went yesterday and ordered a Matcha latte, which was served with burnt milk and a watery consistency. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was not possible — the only option was to remake the same drink. I refused, returned the drink, and left it at the counter. The staff looked like kids with no training, completely unfamiliar with how to operate the machines or handle customers properly. It was clear they should not be left to run the shop on their own. In the end, I paid €7.50 for a drink I did not consume, because they refused to issue a refund. This level of product quality and customer service is unacceptable. I strongly recommend avoiding this establishment.

Highly recommended! We didn't receive half of our order! They claimed we hadn't ordered certain things, even though we had! The avocado milkshake was the worst I've ever tasted. We returned it. The avocado was simply not ripe (light green with orange bits??). Worst of all, they just wanted us to pay for it?! Moroccan breakfast is highly recommended! Really dry (baked too long). Good tip for the owner: Read people's reviews and improve your food. A 2.7 rating isn't given without good reason. For now, I'd rather drive to Antwerp for a Moroccan breakfast than eat there... (as they claim in their TikTok ad). Tip for those who do want to eat there: order the chicken dish. The chicken is tasty and tender, and you get lots of fries. But that's it.

There were 10 of us here. We told them we only had an hour and a half to eat. Unfortunately, it took an hour for the first meal to arrive. One at a time, something came out on the table. There weren't enough plates, so we had two to a board. The last wrap was brought out quickly, still cold. It was a real shame. Very poor service.

Understandably, something runs out sometimes, but it happens again and again. Regarding the food: my crêpe was unfortunately a bit dry and hard, which didn't quite meet my expectations. I recently had crêpes here, and I just don't know where to begin. The place was completely empty, and when we walked in, there were two boys, about 12 or 14 years old, one in tracksuits and one in outdoor clothes, behind the counter. They were friendly but unprofessional. We ordered three crêpes and one coffee. At one point, there were three boys standing at the crêpe machine because it wouldn't work. Finally, after a long wait, we got our crêpes. A thick, overcooked pancake with chocolate sauce and one sliced strawberry. My mother had coffee that gave her a stomach ache afterward. It was so tough and tasteless that she couldn't even cut it. We also had to lean over a smelly table because, despite there being so many tables, it was still being cleaned with a cloth that had been in the washing machine too long. This is truly outrageous and definitely not something we should do again. Especially since after making the crêpes, I saw the boy walk by in his tracksuit, his sweaty head scratching his hair. Never again.

Ordered a salmon sandwich. Arrived quite quickly at the table but the sandwich was a bit meager. On the internet it says that it has arugula, sun-dried tomatoes, salmon, dairy spread and pine nuts but I only got a sandwich with salmon and pine nuts. I did pay the full price but unfortunately I didn't get half

I ordered an ice coffee and instead I get a frappe with 100% sugar inside it! And no one even accepts that they did it wrongly! Rude and in responsible staff!

Worst service, worst coffee, worst staff. They don’t know what are they doing, just give you sth in the name of coffee to get the money. I got a cappuccino which was more milk with a splash of coffee on it. When you tell them this is not the coffee you asked for, they answer rudely and don’t accept any criticism. Don’t waste your money here

This is really a must go if you like waffles: un-Dutch large waffles, well topped, wide choice (no standard choices and you can customize your choice with various toppings and sauces). Delicious ice cream, various flavors. The staff may take a little longer, but like so many catering establishments they are understaffed and once you have their attention, you will be helped. The staff is friendly and attentive, switches effortlessly to English, the tables are clean and everything is spacious (handy with a stroller and wheelchair). There is also a nice terrace and the location is right next to the station, so easily accessible.

We waited for 40 minutes. They lost our order. We requested our money back and waited for another 20 minutes for them trying to open the cash register. They then called someone to come and open it. We got our money back after another 30 minutes...

The staff seemed very businesslike and distant—a short “hi” and “bye” without any warmth. A smile would have made everything a little more pleasant. The food was fine, but not special enough to make a special trip to this restaurant. The presentation left much to be desired; the Cookie Dough in particular looked like an accident on the plate. Unfortunately I don't have a photo of this. The interior gave me a cold and chilly impression, although that may partly be because it was very quiet. Even though it wasn't busy, we had to wait far too long for two simple snacks—at least half an hour, even though we were the only guests at that time. Perhaps the concept is better executed in other branches, but you can safely skip this location.

Very simple sandwich (two thin sheets of chicken fillet and a slice of tomato and a lettuce leaf and a slice of cucumber for €8. The terrace could use a sweep. No thank you.

Another couple had waited 45 minutes for their order and had to leave without it to avoid missing their train. I was told they were busy. The sandwich was expensive and very poor. This kind of place only survives because it gets passing traffic. No one would ever go there twice.

Never seen such a bad club sandwich before! Bad service. They don't say hello, they make you sit for a long time before you can order and then the waiting begins. Only a few customers in the shop and it takes forever and then you get a sandwich like this. Really worth crying over. Oh yeah the coffee never came. Find something else!

I ordered from “Food & More desserts” on Uber Eats which links here. Order does not arrive, phone call does not go through and when I want to cancel I get an error message. What a ridiculous display.

Ordered baguette fillet American and warm Mediterranean. Neither received after 40 minutes (in an empty case). We wanted to leave and pay for drinks so we could catch the train. At that moment one of 'our sandwiches' was ready, so we paid for it and took it with us. However, we were given another cheaper sandwich and we paid for the expensive sandwich. Men's toilet was covered in poop. I also had dirty mint tea here for the first time.

I ordered 2 cheesecake 1 strawberry 1 chocolate. And 2 milkshakes. The strawberry was quite fine, but we didn't get a chocolate cheesecake but a kind of container with dough that didn't look like anything. I tried to call but you are immediately pushed away. And the milkshakes are way too watery.

This food gave me food poisoning...at first I was really looking forward to the desserts because it was an extensive menu. But that's why I don't recommend eating here! Unfortunately, the place wasn't clean either, so maybe that was one of the reasons I got food poisoning. If I could give it 0 stars, I definitely would. Because no one should get sick from eating!

Got a nice deal for a hot drink + waffle and a scoop of ice cream via social deal last Saturday. Unfortunately there were not enough staff, so we had to wait a little longer. The packaged cookie when drinking seems a bit old, because it was no longer as hard/crunchy. Furthermore, the waffles were well topped and very tasty. Too bad there were no savory options for the waffles. Staff were friendly and did their best. We were even able to choose a scoop from many flavors of ice cream and were allowed to take it with us at the end.

This place isn't what it used to be. The food is not good, neither the sandwiches nor the sweets. Poor hygiene. Expensive and bad. If you want a sandwich, go to the Subway across the street. If you want a coffee and a cookie, go to the Spar, which is less than 100 meters away. Do not recommend.

It was the worst broodje I have ever had in the world…. The bread probably from 1 week ago and there was no chicken in it. Just a sauce from albertheijn…. Maybe it is just for a dessert place but I did not eat dessert after that terrible sandwich. Also all tables have used cups plates from previous customers…

Deze zaak is overgenomen door eten en meer dus na een hele slechte ervaring bij delightfull deserts dachten wij we proberen het weer eens. Onze recentie gaat over de desserts. Kon via Uber eats en thuisbezorgd besteld worden maar blijkt alleen bij Uber eats te zijn. Na weer contact gezocht te hebben omdat er geen extra's besteld konden worden zoals bolletje ijs of slagroom gaven ze aan dat dit wel kon dus we gaan het zien. Op de site kon de rainbow cake besteld worden maar je raad het al niet dus, bij de wafels zou standaard een bol ijs zitten maar ja de bestelling komt binnen en ja hoor geen ijs.... Kortom het kan dan wel overgenomen zijn maar er is niks veranderd dus voor ons NOOIT MEER.

Super nice girl who helped me, but first of all I didn't get the right thing and they don't have everything on the menu. So after walking back she said she forgot to turn it on. It can happen, but when I looked at my statement I saw that what I paid was incorrect. About 3 euros too much, sweet girl tried to explain it but it just didn't make sense. Still settled for paying too much because I wouldn't get the money back from her anyway. A bit of a shame. So please note that the prices on the map are not correct

Had a delicious handmade cappuccino, even though they were not officially open yet. Helped by lovely ladies (mother and daughter?).

What an unprofessional thing. This really isn't possible. Young people who talk on the phone all the time. Cakes that are chewy. Dirty tables, young children serving. I also often hear arguing in the background, all in a shop near the beautiful station. Absolutely not recommended. But the crepes and waffles are very tasty!

Ordered crepes, they looked beautiful and because they are completely made up you can't see what you are actually eating. They are several layers and after unfolding there were black flakes all over them. We didn't see it until late and showed it at checkout. The first employee indicated "that this just came off the baking tray". Doesn't seem like the intention to me. Then the manager came and indicated that this is normal, that it is confiscated. This couldn't be right because the black particles were really on it, not through it. It looks very unhealthy, we will never come back here.

Particularly surprised by the delicious ice cream and the friendly staff. Hats off! We would love to come back again (especially for that).

Tried a few waffles so far. The waffles are filling and very tasty! The service is slow. Furthermore, many ingredients were gone, so I had to choose something different from the menu for the third time. Update March 2024: Visited this place again after a few years. Ate an ice cream sundae, it had a strange taste. Menu was sticky and it didn't look very fresh inside. The toilet could certainly be cleaner.

Don't come back here again. I asked for a crepe, very simple. Waited at least 10 minutes while there was only 1 table occupied. There was a boy behind the counter who was extremely slow and left the crepe (which was a pancake) on the plate for far too long, making it tough. He was also cold because he suddenly walked away to make a phone call. And this for €7.50, much too expensive.

Apparently it has a new owner. Finally normal people in the ministry who understand it. Friendly, hospitable and Dutch. It also seemed a bit cleaner. Got ice cream. That was wonderful. Good taste and not too stingy with the size of the balls. I'm curious whether the high tea will be back to normal, as it has been a lot less in the last 2 years.

Brilliant concept, a dessert restaurant! Everything looks delicious, and the portions are so big that they give you a stomach ache. The service could still use some improvement, both in terms of friendliness and speed.

Because I arrived at Breda station a little early, I wanted to get an ice cream here. I really liked that last time. I now asked if they also have ice cream cones. The girl at the counter speaks to me in English. That can happen, but I prefer to be addressed in Dutch (unless someone first says that they don't speak that, which was not the case now). Sorry, no… Dutch please. She went to get her boss to help me in Dutch. However, he couldn't come to help me because he was busy with something else. Yes, I saw that... having a nice coffee on the terrace at this place. Well, if you don't want to get up to help a customer, then don't. So I left the place without ice cream.

Ordered a waffle with toppings three weeks ago. The waffle was raw, I ate half of it and felt very nauseous and had stomach problems. Complaint submitted by email, still haven't heard anything. I just called them about it and got a Flemish girl on the line who said she was too busy and I should call back later! I said that after 3 weeks I now expect to receive a call from them. Yes, she understood that, they would do that, she said. She wanted to hang up without asking for my name/phone number. I gave this myself and when I asked when I would be called, she said yes. And then she hung up!! Too bizarre for words. So I will never go here again. Update: 10 months later, never heard anything again

The waffles are not recommended. They are a block of dough, very tough and have no taste. The milkshake also has no flavor and certainly does not taste like the selected ice cream.

Got 6 different cakes, two of which, which were cut from a large cake, were still tasty. The red velvet, cheesecake and brownie seemed like yesterday. Very dry and strange taste. A waste of money (5/6 euros each), because now we can throw it away. The only thing is that it is nicely packaged.

Gevestigd op een fijne locatie naast het station. Ik had de verkeerde trein gepakt en kwam dit restaurant tegen in Breda. Heel fijn voor als je wilt studeren of moet wachten op je trein om lekker kopje koffie te drinken.

Erg leuke sfeer en een mooie locatie. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en nemen de tijd voor een praatje. De four season wafel is zeker een aanraden. Kom hier zeker terug
