Old run down club, smelly toilets and the bar staff was drunk! Not recommended, music is bad!

Very nice cafe with great live music and friendly staff. I had left my coat and vest there and the owner personally drove back on Sunday evening to open the place. Very cool!!!

I think it's a nice cafe on the Korenmarkt where a lot of nice bands come to perform. No food. Google had shown the photo of the Cavern where I am currently sitting. Dollars Live is diagonally opposite. The Korenmarkt is almost together

Het ziet er erg gezellig uit binnen. Ze maken zichzelf bijzonder door gebruik te maken van live muziek (band) in plaats van een dj. Helaas was het voor ons geen succes. Je wordt door de vaste gasten de tent uit gekeken en ook de dames achter de bar hebben alleen oog voor hun vaste gasten. Wij komen dus niet meer terug!

Just ruffling some feathers here. First of all, the staff. I've been coming there for a number of months now, sometimes with a piece in my collar, other times sober. But I still don't get it. No other thing imitates them. Those women and men here are ALWAYS willing to help you and have a full-time smile. What lovely people. All. That's what I like best. Walk around the corner at the entrance and see who is laughing :) . But, of course, that's not what I came for in the first place. This place has a top band every time. WTH. Yesterday, after the match against Turkey, a rider dressed in orange trousers was singing as if all of Arnhem could hear it. And good thing she was, including her bandmates. Delicious. The week before a completely different band and ditto. And the month before, and before that. They know how to conjure them up well here, my compliments. The audience is diverse anyway. There are often very nice people around who just want to go crazy. Never once have I seen a certain audience that you actually don't want to see, I hope you understand what I mean. And it is exceptional that I have never experienced an outbreak. Well, it's Sunday morning. This is enough text to shout this tent into wheat market heaven. Keep up the good work Dollar people! Live music, good atmosphere, nice people. Not many places like this left in the center of Arnhem.

Relaxed, nice and busy, good atmosphere, friendly staff, we were there on Saturday with a live band, great fun there.

Twice a year I go to Dollars Live for a weekend with my girlfriend. Top atmosphere, always good music, in short, a must for us to come back!!

It was once a wonderful live music location with classic rock and a wonderful atmosphere, but nowadays it is more of a freaky piano bar 2.0 with the same setlist of music every night.

a friend of mine was called a freak show and sent away, purely because of who they are as a person. apparently not accessible to everyone…

What a terrible place. Security is extremely aggressive and the owner is no better. Two gay friends of mine were once chased out of here and called a 'freak show' by the owner. In his words, they were 'not welcome'.

A few friends of mine were not allowed in here because they were discriminated against for wanting to be themselves. In addition, one of them was called a freak show??? It is a scandalous hate crime to treat people this way and I hope you are deeply ashamed!!

Very nasty people behind the bar

Very nice pub with live music on Saturday evenings. Enough space to dance too. Especially on Saturday, a lot of people. 30 plus people.

Always all kinds of different music that you can dance to. The atmosphere is good. Everyone is simply accepted for who he/she is. On Saturdays there is always a live band with dance music in between. Legend: 1) Terrible! I don't recommend it, I will never come back! 2) Too bad, below my expectations, I won't come again. 3) Ok, nothing wrong with that, but nothing special, nice for once. 4) Fine, worth coming back. 5) Excellent! I recommend, I will definitely come back!

Als ik op stap ga is Dollars de plek waar ik sowieso een drankje ga drinken. De sfeer is er altijd goed, de muziek is goed en meer heb ik als ik op stap ga niet nodig.

Leuke tent met goede live muziek. Het was niet heel druk door de vierdaagse in Nijmegen, maar alsnog wist de band de sfeer erin te brengen! Als je in Arhem bent en van livemuziek houdt, aanrader.

Op een vrijdagavond geweest. Leuke jaren 70-80, 90 pop-rock muziek gepeeld door de band. Sfeer was gezellig.

Alles is goed hier. Een gezellige sfeer en goede service. Als je vroeg bent komen ze ook naar je toe voor drankjes en als wat drukker is gewoon aan der bar was weer erg gezellig!

Used to be the only bar with live rock bands playing in the city centre of Arnhem; now the owner is exploiting another place across the square, that now also has live performances. But Dollars "the original" has been famous in Arnhem since ages. If you like live bands and rock music lovers: go there!

Fijne plaats, op donderdag jamsessie. Da’s m’n favoriete avond. De band heeft een stabiele setlist, maar door de spontane muzikanten is er volop variatie. Zeker een aanrader!

Great place if you love rock music, live music every Thursday, Friday an Saturday by local bands and musicians. The owner and bar staff are all very friendly and don't mind a bit of banter.

Geweldig cafe met leuk personeel. Die dag was er ook een band die leuk Iron Maiden speelde 🤘🏼👍🏻

Leuke sfeer en lekkere livemuziek

Leuke bar met podium waar een bandje speelde. Was best oké. Leuk publiek. Ik hoorde jammer genoeg wel van meerdere mensen dat ze hun jas "kwijt" waren. Dus goed je spullen in het zicht houden!

Leuke zaak. Een begrip op de Korenmarkt in Arnhem. De zaak heeft een upgrade gehad tijdens de Corona crisis en is hier goed op vooruit gegaan. (podium, verlichting, optredens + muziek keuze) Dit zijn de dingen die mij opvielen. Enige minpuntje is de wachtrij bij de bar... Soms sta ik er wel 15min. Hier kan meer uitgehaald worden als bedrijf! 🙂😉
