Domino's in Oostelijk Havengebied

First time visit. Walk-in at 23:30 after a 5 hour drive. Ordered a simple Perfect Pepero Dubble Cheese. Best tasty pizza ever. Will come back now I know where to go.

No sauce delivered again, ordered 13 Chicken strippers, received 6 (not the first time) in short, not worth repeating

We ordered pizza but it didn't arrive

Ordered a pizza at 12:54 AM, then received a call to say they couldn't accept it because they had received too many orders. It seems highly unlikely to me that you wouldn't order another one if the oven was still on.

Its a thursday around 15:30 and youre closed? Just dont bother with this place. Unconventional untraditional. Travelling for nothing. Having to check online for every single thing. Tiresome.

Yelled down the phone when we got the address wrong for our order

The person on the phone was rude, and shouted at me claiming we put in the wrong phone number. They told us they were waiting outside our hotel but the phone number “wouldn’t work”. If the phone number doesn’t work ask the hotel staff. It’s not that hard. We did not get our food and they took our money. Horrific service.

If there were no stars, I wouldn't give one. Awful store. Ordered via Lieferando, but the driver is too stupid to use a phone since we don't have a doorbell at our vacation home. Thanks for that.

I had a terrible experience. The restaurant didn’t have half of the items I ordered and called me 20 minutes later to offer substitutions I didn’t want. They refused to cancel the order, claiming the rest was already prepared. The manager I spoke to was extremely rude and unhelpful. They sent the order anyway, even though I didn’t agree to the changes, and then marked it as delivered, but I never received anything. No support from the staff at all. Completely unacceptable service. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered food, and it never showed up, and they still took our money. 0 out of 10 never order from here

We tried to contact this branch by phone, but accidentally called an unknown number. To our surprise, a staff member immediately insulted us in a foreign language and hung up on us. We thought it was a mistake and called again. Once again, we were treated rudely, insulted, and the call was immediately disconnected. The exact same thing happened on a third attempt. This is absolutely not how you should treat customers, whether you have an unknown number or not. We are very disappointed with this experience and expect this to be taken seriously.

Very inconsistent quality of service. Couple of times didn’t receive my order, no explanation given. Multiple mistakes. Depending on the shifts and who works I guess.

I ordered a 4 cheese pizza through Uber eats, everything was delivered quickly, but not very tasty.. no offense guys I often order this pizza only in other Dominos locations, but at this location it’s not the most tasty and it’s not cut properly.. Perhaps the guys were already tired from the whole day, because I ordered at 8 pm, but nevertheless, there’s no reason to make pizza haphazardly.. 😕😔 But thank you)

I read more negative reviews about ordering via über eat so I would complain there 👀 I always order via domino, never had any problems with it and the people are respectful

Ordered via uber eats at 9pm. Our order got cancelled without reason (it said we had provided insufficient information even though we just ordered three pizza's). When calling the restaurant, someone picked up music blasting in the background only to then hang up on me. Twice. Afterwards, my calls weren't answered anymore.

It has been a mistake to place an order there 45 minutes of waiting and more and my order never arrived, impossible to communicate with these people to know where my order is but of course they should close this joke called domino

Domino’s Pizza here is amazing – it tastes even better than in the UK! The ordering experience is fantastic too, thanks to the self-service machines that allow you to switch the language to English, making it super convenient. Great food and a smooth ordering process!

I just orderd a pizza at this place and nothing has come in hours, they say i shld contact some number but then i got no reply. how can a place like this scam people. give me my money back and stop ignoring the phone...

We didn't have a good experience here. we had the food delivered to the hotel. we waited over an hour and nothing came. i then called and asked. we were told it had arrived a long time ago and was left in the lobby. an alleged call followed (we didn't receive anything). after the call we picked up the food in the lobby. it was just lukewarm.. Mac and cheese never ordered there!! what we got there for 4 euros is a laugh. size of a lava cake. not again :)

May this whole place burn down for once. They're thieves. I ordered a pizza for delivery, paid for it. I get a call saying that "their system is down" and I have to wait 4 days to get my money back. Why would I want to wait four days? Give me what I paid for or my money back, scum

Always wait for days when there are deals. North Americans, be warned that the medium Dutch Dominoes pizzas are more like our small Dominoes pizzas (and they don't have "small" here).

Last two deliveries have been literally inedible one via their site one via uber eats. Something has gone very wrong - almost purposely bad distribution of toppings none on some slices and poorly cooked dry or undercooked … utter disgrace. Was a regular … no more

I have been waiting for over 2 hours now and have not received anything yet. I spoke to them an hour ago and they said they are very busy and working on it. Now an hour later, nothing has been heard from them. And now they don't answer the phone anymore. I will never order anything from here again

They have recently remodeled so it looks nicer inside. The staff don’t greet you when you come inside and stay occupied so it is kind of awkward to wait for an order when you don’t know if you’re next or have already been called. One time they gave away my order to someone else because they don’t check well enough, so I had to wait 10 minutes for my new pizza; but at least it was fresh. Check the app for best deals.

They really skimp on the toppings, just a sprinkling. Feels like eating plain bread. Not worth euro 13-15 per pizza.

7/10 Actually good pizza and decent fries, I've had much worse and more expensive in Amsterdam. Would be nice to have more tables inside and the opportunity to eat there while the food is still warm.

It was my first visit and I ordered 5 large pizzas and canceled one, but they kindly gave me a refund and I received the best service by taking the pizza with me on the way even though it was difficult to carry. The food was of course very delicious and I would like to use it again next time. thank you

I was craving a pizza, so I thought I'd try domino's pizza. I ordered via the website and that went very smoothly. When the delivery person arrived, I left some tip and accepted the pizza. It started badly: the box was very small. When I opened the box I saw the smallest pizza I had ever seen. The pizza box said ''medium, not too big and not too small!'' but this pizza was extremely small. When I thought that I had to pay 17.50 euros for such a small fruit pizza, I got very angry. I just started eating, even though I knew it certainly wouldn't satisfy my hunger. the taste was fine. but fifteen minutes after I finished the pizza the stomach ache started. this was not a good experience.

I have had pizzas of multiple flavours picked up and delivered and always had a pleasant experience. I was surprised to see all the bad reviews here as I never experienced it that way. They also very often have good promotions so I recommend to check in their website and app before ordering.

Zero stars. Hygiene is hard to find. One of the employees blew on my pizza to remove the spices he had put on it (I ordered the pizza without pizza spices). Normally it would be very dirty, but he was still coughing all the time. I didn't want that pizza anymore, so a new pizza was made for me, but there's a good chance that the next customer just got the pizza with the extra spit, viruses and bacteria on it. By the way, there is so much red pepper in the tomato sauce that the Margherita (or Margaritha as it is called there) is inedible. It would also be nice if you were greeted upon arrival. Upon entering I said good evening but no one responded and it took several minutes before someone finally decided to help me.

Very unfriendly and rude employees. Never had such a bad experience at Domino's. When I entered, I was first pushed by a delivery person, then snubbed by employee A, then by employee B and finally I was able to order. Waiting time was more than 20 minutes. I'll never come here again.

Pizzas are really tasty, thin crust and amazing ingredients and flavour (a little greasy but what can you expect it is cheese and bacon) . Delivery was extremely punctual. Staff is so friendly :) I would order again if I lived here jaja

Domino’s Pizza Amsterdam Oostelijke Handelskade 142, lekkere pizza alleen afhalen of laten bezorgen. We hadden de 2 voor de prijs van 1 actie welke alleen via de app verkregen kon worden. De pizza was lekker warm en het drinken goed koud. Ik was hier al eerder geweest en zal hier zeker nog vaker komen.

Ongelofelijk hoe deze zaak überhaupt kan draaien. Personeel staat voor zichzelf milkshakes in the schenken en niemand te helpen of iets te doen. 4 man in de zaak waarvan er 1 klanten helpt. Wat een totale aanfluiting. Heb 5 minuten naar mijn pizza staan staren terwijl niemand me hielp om die pizza aan te geven. 2 sterren omdat in elk geval 1 van de 4 gasten hier de moeite nam om klanten te helpen, terwijl de andere 3 lekker aan een milkshake aan 't lurken waren.

Fast food pizza so quality is what you pay for. Staff is nice although a bit messy sometimes. Location and times makes it chickening m convenient though

Winkel die grote sprongen heeft gemaakt in de afgelopen jaren. Van een gemiddelde bezorgtijd van 30 minuten gegaan naar 20 minuten. Ook de kwaliteit in de pizza's zijn sterk verbeterd. Verder is dit een geweldige werkplek en raad ik het iedereen aan om hier te gaan werken!

Altijd nog lekkerder dan NY pizza's en de koeriers zijn stuk vriendelijker en netter. Wel goed controleren of de pizza's nog goed zijn. Maar voor de rest prima.

Tja, een pizza is een pizza.. Af en toe leuke acties en ik word hier altijd vriendelijk geholpen

Always confirm if what you ordered is what is in the box... having the wrong pizza flavor in the box happened two times with me on the past 10 days.
