I always enjoy buying from them. I order via the app ahead of arriving, and the pizza is always ready within 3min after I arrive in store. Staff is friendly. Process is flawless. The pizza is fresh and consistent every time. Their pizza is American style (I love it). Would recommend.

Very disappointing experience with this Domino’s location. My delivery driver could not reach me, so I called the store immediately afterward. I was first told I could receive a refund, and later told that because the order showed as delivered in the system, I would instead receive store credit valid for one month. I accepted that solution. When I later called to use the credit, the store claimed no credit existed and refused to honor what had been promised. The staff member was also rude and implied they could not “hand out free pizza” because the manager was on holiday. So for anyone reading this: I already called the store multiple times and still received no resolution. The issue is not even the money at this point, it’s the poor customer service and failure to honor what was agreed. Edit: They contacted me and resolved the issue quickly.

Not the best shawarma pizza I’ve ever tried that’s for sure! Tastes like more if a tajine’s pizza with a ridiculously small amount of chicken!

Delivery went well, except I received a pizza box with a black, burnt pizza inside.

I have ordered several times, and 8 out of 10 times there was something wrong with my order. Once, I even received an order intended for someone else. I ordered today and decided to try again. I added a comment saying "please place correct toppings," but once again, this was not the case. I pay for extra toppings, but they are not delivered. Ridiculous. They even forgot to cut the pizza. I have had to call so many times, then wait for a new pizza again. It is really exhausting. Time after time.

I got three pizzas (four cheese, Hawaii and quatro staggioni), great toppings, but the base/dough wasn't the best I've had. Perhaps I should have tried to switch the basic one with something like 'thin & crispy', but that's my fault.. It was a bit top chewy for my taste. All in all, a good pizza, and I'd deffo buy again from them but just change the base next time.

Always on time with delivery and friendly. Dishes are always nice and hot when delivered. But it's a shame about tonight. I received a card saying that if I posted a review, I would get a free dessert. I called them politely about it. The guy on the phone knew absolutely nothing about the card or what he was supposed to do, so I mentioned the card in the comments for my order tonight, but I didn't get a free dessert. Additionally, my order was incorrect. I ordered a barbecue mixgrill with barbecue sauce, but unfortunately, I received it with tomato sauce. Furthermore, the bacon and ham toppings were very hard, and some pieces were even burnt/black. Very disappointing 😔

I had ordered the Pan Pizza Shawarma, but it didn't look anything like the photos on Thuisbezorgd. There was no cheese crust on the side, hardly any onion, and very little sauce on the pizza. Additionally, the shawarma disappointed me; the taste was not what I had expected. It's a shame, because this was my cheat meal and I had really been looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it wasn't a tasty experience because of it.

They are not ashamed to deliver a slightly burnt pizza, unfortunately. When it’s normally backed - it’s fine. But it’s a luck game for my money which I do not appreciate.

i have ordered from thuisbezorgd and after 1.30 i have called the store to check my order and they told me they didn’t received any order and i have to deal with thuisbezorgd because they cannot anything. so my order just “disappeared” and i got no refund nor my food. i don’t know if this is the store’s fault or the app’s fault but i know that i will not receive my food or my money.

Pizza “thin & crispy”. It’s just like a cracker with tomato sauce and cheese on it. And it was completely burnt. We called and the employee said he “couldn’t do anything” and that it was due to the hot weather. And that we should just leave a bad review. Well, here it is: you cannot serve this to a paying customer!

Filthy scammers, we ordered via Uber Eats. We had a long day and arrived home at midnight, no food at home so we decided to order. We placed an order and after 30 minutes we called to ask how long it would take. We were told 45 minutes, at 02:00 we got a notification that it had arrived, which is not true. We called again and they were closed. Angry hungry girlfriend on my back. I want my money back, filthy people. I'm going to get a 100% AI response, but as long as I get my money back, scammers 😒😒

Avoid. Do not deliver orders, lie on the phone. Once they delivered to a completely wrong location, next time they didn't deliver at all. I gave them two more chances after and both times they failed to deliver. What's the point of being on a delivery apps if you don't deliver food? Awful.

We ordered two pizzas with a side and a dessert last night, online, through dominos website. They gave us a window to receive the order and after that time frame was concluded, we waited another 10 min and gave them a call (we live 6 blocks away, btw). A man on the phone was really not helpful and said "it's coming, any time". I asked if it had already left the store and he said "yes, any time it's gonna be there". Needless to say, it never came. After an extra 20 min, I called again and they hang up on me. Called again and they didn't pick up. So... I went to the store. The order was there, just waiting forever. It was clearly made on time but never got picked up. So the guy on the phone just lied (I think it was probably a random call center and he just gave me a bullshit answer). I asked for a refund and the dude on the store said "for the whole order?!". I mean, I ordered online, paid for delivery. Not only it would've probably never came to my house but also I had to physically go there and pick it up myself so I think a refund would be reasonable. But no, they offered a 50% coupon for the next order (?) and said they would refund the delivery (not done yet, as far as I can see). Really bad customer service. Ive ordered multiple times from them and it's usually all ok but the way they handled this was really bad. I had to take my order back in my bike without even a bag. Obviously the food was super dry, cold and not fresh at all by the time it reached my house.

I'd rather not order from here. Something always goes wrong, and they don't fix it. They're a bunch of hopeless individuals, and Domino's doesn't do anything to keep their customers happy. It's over for me now. The photo below is a ham and cheese sandwich with extra ham and cheese.

From November 13th to November 23rd, every second pizza is free. Today (November 15th), I ordered two pizzas at Domino's Amsterdam Noord: an Italian pizza "Funghi" and an Italian pepperoni party. Given the promotion, the "Funghi" pizza should be free, as it's the cheapest. At checkout, the employee (named Jeffrey) told me I had to pay €32.48. I asked him why the "2nd pizza free" promotion wasn't valid. He said it was only valid on Wednesdays and Sundays. I paid by debit card. When we showed the promotion flyer in the store that it was valid every day during this period, the employee said that different rules apply to the Amsterdam Noord location and that this promotion doesn't apply there. I then placed the same order through the Domino's website, and it turned out the "2nd pizza free" promotion was valid, including in Noord. I showed this to the employee. He pretended to be surprised and said I could get a refund or an extra pizza. I asked for my money back. I assumed I'd have to swipe my card at the ATM again so the money would be refunded immediately, as is the case at all other stores. Then the employee said he'd transfer my money from his own account. I had to leave my name, bank account number, and phone number in his personal phone notes. The employee said he'd text me when the money was transferred. When I left my information, I felt like I was being ripped off. I still asked for an extra pizza instead of the money that would probably never be refunded anyway. We ended up going home with two mushrooms and two pepperoni. Once I got home, I looked at the receipt: the price was €27.98, not the €32.48 I'd already withdrawn! I paid more than the receipt stated. In short: THESE ARE SCAMMERS! I'm never coming back here!

I ordered four pizzas, and three arrived burnt (black) and inedible. After calling Domino's Pizza, I was rudely told they wouldn't help me, wouldn't bring me another pizza, and wouldn't give me a refund. They did admit the pizza was burnt, but they automatically set the temperature, and I can contact home delivery about it. I paid €50 for burnt, inedible pizzas. I find it shameful that I work so hard, and that was the last of my money, so I went to bed hungry. I can't believe they didn't pay for it. Mistakes happen. The only thing that was right about this pizza was that it was round! They should be ashamed! Rip-offs!

They bake great pizzas... currently even with a 50% discount... it was delicious, so a good deal.

Although they answer all my calls I kept being lied to about my order being on the way when it reality it was delivery elsewhere or never coming. Wasted my time. Had one rude encounter where an employee hung up on me after I asked for an update.

Best pizza in Amsterdam North. Never ordered them but wanted to try them when I heard there was a new owner. Immediately noticeable difference in quality of food and service. Pizza was hot, tasty and in 15 minutes. Ordered 5 times since then!! 👌🏾

What also struck me: it was delivered really quickly. Still warm, nothing soggy or limp, just the way you like it. I'll definitely order here more often. Recommended!

Since the takeover by the new owner, there has been a breath of fresh air in this establishment! You immediately notice the difference: the service is friendlier, orders are prepared faster and the quality of the pizzas has improved. Everything arrives fresh and well-prepared - the base is perfectly baked, the toppings generous, and it just tastes great. What I also appreciate is the customer focus: you are helped in a friendly manner, they think along with you and you notice that there is passion in the work. The atmosphere in the store has become more pleasant and the entire team seems to be better attuned to each other. You feel that there is someone at the helm who really wants to make something beautiful out of it. In short: super proud of what is being created here. This Domino's has once again become a must for everyone in the area! 🍕💪

On April 22, 8:34 PM I ordered a Pizza from Domino's, it was a Gainzz box with a Protein shake. When the delivery person delivered my order, I only received a box of chicken (nuggets) without pizza. I called the delivery person back and indicated that my pizza was missing from the order. The delivery person indicated that he will return with a new pizza (not done). I then call your branch in Amsterdam for help, I get a young boy on the line and explain my situation. He speaks to another employee and they tell me that pizza is no longer available, I didn't even get a call about it. Then I asked what the solution is, because then I want my money back. I suggested delivering another pizza of that size as a solution. I then get the response, call back tomorrow, there is no manager, I didn't like this because I want to eat pizza now and not later. I told him that I heard the other employee and that I wanted to speak to him, because it seemed that he knows more about this. I get the answer that he is not a manager and they hang up in my face. Domino's you have lost a loyal customer because of this service, I get no money back, no help and they hang up in my face. This is not how you treat customers.

After ordering on Ubereats, I waited for my order for 1.5 hours, during which I had the manager on the phone twice, telling me that my order was on its way. After 1h30 in fact no order had been left and they offered to send me the pizzas back with an additional hour of waiting, because “other people are waiting before you, we can’t do it any faster”. This is insolence, and a definite lack of professionalism. So I didn’t eat, thanks for this waste of time.

Friendly staff and order was ready on time. Just a warning.. ordered the 'thin and crispy' base.. expected a thinner and slightly crispy base but this was actually more of a cracker. Or actually less than a cracker, more like a crispy wrap.

I just placed an order through the app, because the pizza was 2x1. And when it arrived they only sent me a single pizza. It didn't have cheese and the dough was super dry. I don't recommend it

Uber eats order took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it did finally turn up, the order was wrong. Fobbed off with instore credit and finally got a refund through Uber eats. The reviews are accurate. Avoid!

Ordered 2 pizzas in advance, and then picked them up at the indicated time. I arrived there about 20 minutes later after placing my order. Upon arrival I asked if the pizzas were ready, to which the answer was that they were still in the oven. Then 10 minutes later asked about the order again after which they found out that the order had been given away to someone else. No compensation initially offered. Ultimately I was given the option to get a refund even though it was already 60/70 minutes later. To err is human, but it's how you fix your mistakes that matters. Very bad. They finally delivered the pizza so I could at least go home.

Placed an order online at 11:00 am for 8:00 pm. I came in and the order never went through. I ended up having to wait about 45m for my pizzas. The pizzas themselves were tasty, but it's a shame I had to wait so long.

Strange development. No price anywhere on the menu. Kind of like a lottery that you have to settle apparently. Quite an old concept, prices on a menu. I think the owner makes something fun of it depending on how busy it is or what his hat looks like. Apparently it's not worth the ink and paper for both the pizzas and the soft drinks, or he does it on purpose because it's terribly expensive, that's also possible.

Waited 2 hours for 1 Pizza no excuse nothing after 1 hour and 45 minutes called to ask how long it would take the English speaking employee said it would take 20 minutes after 2 hours still nothing and did not contact him himself Please report this properly. Very poor service and definitely not worth repeating.

When I finally got through on the phone they told me to hold on a second and proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes more before cutting the phone off and then I couldn’t get through again. As others have said, food delivery did not arrive even after significant delays. When calling after 1 hour BEYOND the expected arrival time, they said that the pizza has not been cooked and will take at least an hour more due to busy times. Not sure why communication was not made earlier (i.e. to cancel all orders earlier and lessen their load) or why order was accepted in the first place. Following this, no compensation was offered, and the refund process (via Uber eats) apparently takes 10 days. Lesson learnt.

Very bad store, 2 hours late, no cleanliness

I have never had service like this. non-existent. In half an hour the order was completed and I received nothing. I call after a while and they tell me that they are waiting for the delivery person to arrive to deliver my order. I wait half an hour and nothing comes. I call again and no one answers. It's a domino's that doesn't exist. a SCAM with capital letters. Don't even think about ordering food at home here.
