Domino's in Volewijck

I ordered and never received anything and i called them and they refused to help me at that moment because they were "busy" and said that they'll call me back. Now they're almost closing and i still haven't got a call neither have i got a refund or anything. Not happy at all

Uber eats order took nearly an hour to arrive, and when it did finally turn up, the order was wrong. Fobbed off with instore credit and finally got a refund through Uber eats. The reviews are accurate. Avoid!

Ordered 2 pizzas in advance, and then picked them up at the indicated time. I arrived there about 20 minutes later after placing my order. Upon arrival I asked if the pizzas were ready, to which the answer was that they were still in the oven. Then 10 minutes later asked about the order again after which they found out that the order had been given away to someone else. No compensation initially offered. Ultimately I was given the option to get a refund even though it was already 60/70 minutes later. To err is human, but it's how you fix your mistakes that matters. Very bad. They finally delivered the pizza so I could at least go home.

Placed an order online at 11:00 am for 8:00 pm. I came in and the order never went through. I ended up having to wait about 45m for my pizzas. The pizzas themselves were tasty, but it's a shame I had to wait so long.

That mac and cheese looks like cat food. In terms of portion and taste. Crazy bad. A waste of my money and time.

Strange development. No price anywhere on the menu. Kind of like a lottery that you have to settle apparently. Quite an old concept, prices on a menu. I think the owner makes something fun of it depending on how busy it is or what his hat looks like. Apparently it's not worth the ink and paper for both the pizzas and the soft drinks, or he does it on purpose because it's terribly expensive, that's also possible.

Waited 2 hours for 1 Pizza no excuse nothing after 1 hour and 45 minutes called to ask how long it would take the English speaking employee said it would take 20 minutes after 2 hours still nothing and did not contact him himself Please report this properly. Very poor service and definitely not worth repeating.

The guys were very friendly, even though I don't speak Dutch, they called another guy to take my order and were very professional.

At 0:30 the establishment is no longer open

Pizza arrived over TWO hours after ordering. Ordered around midnight, he rung at 2:30am! We got a refund but would have preferred to have the pizza on time.

Totally tasteless and expensive

The gentleman on the phone is completely disrespectful and speaks extremely unprofessionally. Me and my girlfriend couldn't believe our ears after we called for an update about our pizza that we ordered 50m ago. Apparently the pizza was still not in the oven….

We ordered before reading all the negative reviews first! (our mistake) HOWEVER we got our pizza with absolutely no fuss. Delivery took around 50 minutes, which could be better but it wasn’t an issue for us.

Ordered pizza for takeaway. That's been going on for an hour already? Then at the indicated and postponed time I still had to wait almost half an hour. So practically an hour and a half for 3 pizzas?? Rude staff, no form of compensation.

I ordered my food at 23:15 and still no sign an hour later, I rang the restaurant to see where my order was and the man on the phone was very rude and unprofessional laughing on the phone, told me the driver was unwell and hung up. Wouldn’t answer first time I rang this was the second time. Food didn’t not arrive at all, this place is a scam!

Over 2 months now for a refund for an order you yourselves cancelled due to driver illness. I've called and emailed and no end result. Customers are treated like fools

Do not make your purchase here! It takes at least 2 hours and sometimes your food doesn't even arrive! Really in my opinion, these dominoes should be closed immediately! What a scam with not giving the money back etc!!!

Horrible, had been waiting for three hours and had enough, after calling more than 10 times to cancel order I had no reception. Finally the order has been received, but it is no longer useful when all visitors have gone home.

Made an order at this dominos, waited two hours and the food never came. I had tried to contact but phone calls were ignored. When I finally got through on the phone they told me to hold on a second and proceeded to make me wait 20 minutes more before cutting the phone off and then I couldn’t get through again. Do not order from here. Horrible experience as we are on holiday and have now got no dinner.

As others have said, food delivery did not arrive even after significant delays. When calling after 1 hour BEYOND the expected arrival time, they said that the pizza has not been cooked and will take at least an hour more due to busy times. Not sure why communication was not made earlier (i.e. to cancel all orders earlier and lessen their load) or why order was accepted in the first place. Following this, no compensation was offered, and the refund process (via Uber eats) apparently takes 10 days. Lesson learnt.

I have never had service like this. non-existent. In half an hour the order was completed and I received nothing. I call after a while and they tell me that they are waiting for the delivery person to arrive to deliver my order. I wait half an hour and nothing comes. I call again and no one answers. It's a domino's that doesn't exist. a SCAM with capital letters. Don't even think about ordering food at home here.

Refused my order through uber eats after accepting it initially and made me wait for 25 minutes before canceling it, employee was extremely rude on the phone, very unpleasant.

This Domino’s is pretty consistent with its food (which I really like) and the delivery people are always really nice! Once I got the wrong pizza but otherwise I’ve had no issues.

Got it again... I love this pizza I adore the creamy bacon pizza. I get it without onions, so it is just bacon, mushrooms, cheese, and creme fraiche. Could do with a bit more of the toppings, but it is a delicious pizza. They sent an email after delivery apologizing for the delay and offering free cinnastix on our next order. I don't remember for sure how long it took, but it was under an hour from order to delivered.

Eww there are better Domino's out there. I ordered a italian peperoni pizza but they were kinda too greasy for my liking. Delivery also took a long time. I did however recieve a email to get free cinnastix next time, so i guess thats a good thing.

Er komt een derde van de bestelling veelste vroeg, vervolgens zeggen jullie dat ik niet betaald heb, na een half uur zie je pas dat ik inderdaad betaald heb en dan komt de rest van de bestelling. Alsnog ruim anderhalf uur eerder dan de afgesproken tijd. Dit was meteen ook de laatste keer dat ik bij Domino's Pizza kamperfoelie weg heb besteld.

Located near the Noorderpark, it's a good outlet. Has plenty of categories to offer but only the chicken and tuna are halal (not even the pepperoni). The prices are slightly lower for some items from what you'd see online. Also, no place to sit and eat; only takeaways.
