At 8:15 PM we ordered a pizza but after half an hour no update. Both my friend and I tried to call the branch but after calling 8 times still no answer. At 9:20 PM there was still no update, so we went to the store to pick up our pizzas ourselves (and paid for delivery costs). Finally home at 10:00 PM with our pizzas. Unfortunately, extremely poor service.

Orderd at 7pm for delivery, they didnt accept it till 8.06pm. Still waiting and have no delivery time. Dont order from here. Terrible service. Get your act together

The food was delicious and the staff is super polite, the employee Karim helped me very well, I was ordering on the machine and he asked me if I already knew what I wanted so that he could prepare the food in advance and then also give me a offered a drink because he saw me ordering it before, definitely recommended

Yesterday I walk in to get a pizza, I was not sure what to get so I ask the stuff members to help me choose. Kareem was very polite and helpful and lead me to order a Spicy chicken meat lover. The pizza was so fresh and tasty that I would definitely come back again! Highly recommended

The terminal withdrew my money but the order simply disappeared, so I ended up not getting a refund or a pizza.

Ordered a pizza on Saturday, it was cold when I got it. I didn't have tzatziki on the pizza but had garlic sauce with it. That is not the same and I did not order it. Not that they just call me to tell me that an ingredient has run out so that I can change my order. Called myself because I don't need a cold pizza that I didn't order. Pizza thrown away. I would get my money back. That would be deposited within 48 hours. Now I didn't get anything so they stole my money. To be continued.

Basic Domino's quality pizza, you know what to expect. Super tiny kiosk, maybe two seats so mostly a take-away-place. Service was rather okay, but Credit card machine was broken and cash wasn't accepted. So a little extra hustle but the service wasn't rude. Prices of the pizzas were really unclear while ordering.

Top domino location. We ordered 4 pizzas to the Leidsplein at 3:50. Despite worrying and paying in advance that the goods would not arrive, the driver arrived 40 minutes later with hot pizzas. Despite closing at 4am. Gladly again. Thanks

Better look further for another place. Burnt fries, horrible burnt taste, half empty chicken sandwich today(one day is in a way another day , another recipe pbly). And yesterday, i order a pizza with thin crust ; only the girl was busy in the back for a while, she gave me the pizza, i left, and when to eat, could Just eat the middle of the pizza, half way towards crust and crust was burnt and had rock texture(for that i have no picture as i was hungry and my Phone was closed ,charging, had no patience to wait, so i ate the middle and threw the rest away).

Worst service ever! Pizza wasn't delivered 3 hours after ordering, was told by staff it wasn't their problem and they were 'busy', staff were rude and not helpful, hung up the phone on me. Absolutely would not recommended

I ordered 50euro worth of pizza yet they came very cold and super salty. The order arrived 1h30mn late and the driver wouldn't go up the stairs saying the door doesn't open. I also ordered 4 extra sauces each worth 1.2 euro but they never came!!! This is unacceptable and this is how they make more out of online orders, super expensive sauces but never delivered

I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by this place. The pizza wasn't bad, in fact, we liked it a lot, the only problem was that we found the wait really excessive (about 20/25 minutes with just us and one other person inside) and that we found the size of the pizza ridiculous. pizzella ordered in the box (consisting of a small margherita pizza, chips, chicken wings and drink, at a cost of 9/10 euros). Still worth a try.

I paid via the app on march 10 but not received my pizza , I contacted the dominos at Amsterdam Bijlmer ArenA three times and nobody refunded me even if I provided the receipt..I make sure nobody I know orders from dominos ! It’s so unprofessional!

Dear manager, We’ve just been here and you seriously must consider a pay raise to your employee. He was by himself attending orders, preparing them, even answering the phone. Even though the volume of work was above stressful, he was really nice and efficient. We can’t say anything else than: BRAVO!!!

Bijna altijd goed maar laatste keer was het onduidelijk geen prijzen op het menu omdat die elke keer veranderen appart manier van communiceren.

Felt personally attacked by the woman at the counter, after she informed me that the vegan options weren’t available. I was given disapproving looks by all the staff for my vegan lifestyle - which might I add, is the ethical choice. Pizza was cut horribly, I was offended. You have now lost what could have been a loyal customer.

Servizio consegna ottimo ma 15€ per una margherita (della stessa qualità di quella al supermercato) minuscola dovrebbe essere illegale.

Nettes, junges Personal, schnelle Zubereitung und leckeres Essen zum kleinen Preis. Außerdem gibt es dort auch Teig der glutenfrei ist. Man muss allerdings hier mit Aufpreis rechnen.

One of the Best Pizzas I ever Had in my life

I went to order. Surprised to see none of the staff members wearing gloves...like, none. Not sure if gloves are not mandatory in Amsterdam (I don't live here), but surely Domino's has global quality control measures? Anyway, I saw the staff member remove frozen potato wedges and frozen chicken tenders from a plastic bag which kind of put me off. I know food isn't fresh at Domino's but something about seeing the plastic made cringe. The food came out of the oven was heated through but it was not really hot or crispy as promised. The ingredients on the carbonara pizza were drowning in white sauce. Everything about that ordering and pickup experience put me off Domino's.

Consistently wrong with orders, and very rude and impolite staff!

quality is just low, cheese taste, toppings, everything feels not fresh and good, pizza come not hot as you would think straight from oven, when the place is 5 minutes away from my house, disappointed after giving it a chance again after a long time.

Best dominos in the world, way better than most of the overpriced italian pizza places in Amsterdam. Ingredients taste fresh and the staff is the best.

Gute Geschmack von Medium Pepperoni Pizza (Ich bin von der Schweiz und der Geschmack von Dominos Pizza zwischen EU und der Schweiz ist anders) und auch Coca Cola light.
