Domino's Pizza Amsterdam Overtoom in Vondelbuurt

Well, I ordered on the regular website, it was supposed to arrive within 20/25 minutes. Well, 2 hours later and still nothing, so I went to [website address], I live 2 minutes away. Now I get there and see my order right on top of the pizzas waiting to be picked up. I wait there another 20 minutes and I'll get my pizza?! I just see a tortilla wrap pizza. Well, I'm never coming back. If I ever come back, I'm selling my PS4.

After waiting for half an hour, a nice evening finally came to an end. I went back into the pizzeria to ask what had happened. And I was told that the (butter) still had to soak into the bread and they had forgotten my pizza sauce x_x don't eat here please don't eat here worst 25 euros

The pizza was good, considering it’s a fastfood, the staff was great but the place was a bit small and also there is no bathroom.

This was my first time ordering for pickup at Domino's Overtoom after receiving a voucher from the Burenbox in my mailbox. My order was a BBQ Mixed Grill (25cm) with ham, bacon, and ground meat removed, and extra chicken and kebab added. Pretty clear (you would think). It took 10 minutes from the moment I placed the order until it was ready. Once I arrived home, after the first slice, I found slices of ham (and quite a lot of them, too) on my pizza. I called immediately, received an apology, and had a new one made right away. Upon my second arrival, they showed me that the receipt stated that ham had, strangely enough, been checked. Whether this was adjusted in the system after my call to refute my claim remains to be seen, because my digital receipt clearly stated that I had omitted the ham. Now, on to the pizza itself. I worked at Domino's for 6 years myself (corporate and franchise), so I have a fairly accurate idea of ​​what a Domino's pizza should look like and how it is supposed to taste. Unfortunately, this deviated significantly from that image. The pizza was fine in shape but very poorly topped. The BBQ sauce was combined with tomato sauce but not mixed well. Furthermore, the pizza was not properly cheesed and the toppings were very uneven. If it were up to me, I would have given them a quick crash course in pizza making, because this really looked terrible. What also makes it particularly bad is that I was order number 43, which in my Domino's experience means it is very quiet. Precisely then, there is even less reason to make a substandard pizza. All in all, it was a mediocre experience. Work to be done!

I placed an order on July 17th around midnight. It's almost 2:00 AM and I still haven't heard anything about my order, which, let's be honest, is never going to arrive since the establishment closes at 1:00 AM. It's a real disgrace! I wasn't even notified; I waited for nothing. Frankly, it's shameful to disrespect your customers like this.

We would like to thank Rabia for her assistance; her kind and helpful approach was excellent. She provided accurate information about halal pizza options and reassured us. The pizza was also delicious. We left very satisfied in every respect. We thank her again and wish her business much success.

Very unfriendly staff. We were snapped at when ordering. Furthermore, the hygiene was not optimal; flies were buzzing around and pizzas were prepared with dirty hands.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would, especially for the service. I was here at Domino's yesterday and didn't even have the chance to dine due to the rudeness and unfriendly nature of the employees. First of all, it's unconventional that the menu is exclusively in Dutch, with no option to even have it in English. But above all, that not even the slightest price is listed, forcing you to order without even knowing how much you'll pay. Secondly, and seriously, the employees—the blond guy with glasses—made me feel more uncomfortable than I've ever felt before. I asked him if there was any way to find out the prices, and he mocked me by looking at the menu and saying, "There are no prices on the menu," as if I didn't already know. Then, while we were trying to place a test order, he stared at me with a look full of hatred that made me want to run away as quickly as possible, which I did. Fire this guy, please.

Dropped my pizza when I left the store , they gave me a new one no hesitation!

There is an employee his name fadh or something like that he was sending everyone out and saying I’m alone working here and it’s busy and he said to one of the customers I don’t want to take your order and you can complain and he was talking all the time on headphones with an Ukrain language it’s not respectful at all !!

I asked the clerk if they were open because the door was open and he was doing things in the kitchen; his answer was ironic and derogatory; he was a young guy.

Ordered food from this dominos at 12:30am at 1:30am we were still stood outside waiting for the order the shop was relatively busy so we just assumed that they were catching up on orders although after an hour of waiting we decided to check to see how long it would be, at that point the man that was working tried telling us that there was no order on the system despite us showing him bank statements to prove that we had paid for food, he then tried to give us a pot of mayonnaise and walked away, we asked him again and he finally decided to actually have a look on the system where he of course found our order. Another 25 minutes of waiting we finally got out order despite it only being a small cheesy garlic bread so not sure why it took so long. When we get home we open the box to realise they hadn’t even bothered to cut the garlic bread up so we were left with a slab of bread with cheese on. I say garlic bread once we had tried it we then discovered that there was no garlic on the bread so it was just dough and cheese. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

Terrible restaurant, the waiter was incredibly rude. Two hours before closing time, there was absolutely no communication; the waiter didn't speak and refused to serve us because he probably had better things to do at that hour. They claimed there was a cheese shortage, which is a shame because they were so lazy. We're going to eat somewhere else next door.

Unfortunately took 2hrs total for two pizzas delivered 300m away from the place. Can happen at any business but when we called about it they said it was going to be another twenty minutes and that 20mins became 55. We were about to sleep when the delivery arrived. Btw 1 star because the pizzas were’t the one we ordered. Food was ok but not what we paid for.

I ordered pizzas around 3:00 AM. Never received them! I've called eight times now and no one answers, even though my money has been debited. They should close this location because this is ridiculous.

The food was pretty good and didn't take to long. I couldn't order at the location but had to do it online and there was a delivery guy with jacket on cutting the pizzas.

This was seriously the worst margarita pizza ever! I didn't know you could upcycle even the simplest pizza. The fries weren't crispy, and I live a three-minute bike ride away. I'm not even going to say anything about the chicken 😩.

How is it possible that a pizza pick up spot does not have a bag to carry products that you order?

My absolute favorite Domino’s outlet in Amsterdam! The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the service is impressively fast. Whether I dine in or order delivery, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m craving a reliable, tasty pizza experience!

Dominos is good, but this one is tiny, barely two tables, no air conditioning, it was like an unpleasant sauna to eat in the middle of summer! I waited a very long time just for 1 pizza and 1 fries. The staff wasn't very friendly, there are no free hot oil sachets like in France. I wouldn't take the tram again to eat at Dominos; I prefer to eat in the center of Dam Square, even if it means having to eat at New York Pizza.

Really great service by the guys and you can see they are trying their best for the store, i would recommend it. Only problem is that you can not pay by cash.

We were amazed they were still open till 04:00 AM because everything else was closed but even then at such a late hour Ryan and Damon made such amazing pizza's with just the right amount of toppings so you can enjoy the pizza at it's fullest, also the service was really great. At first we did not know how to use the order screen but they went out of their way to help us order what we wanted! Really great dominos so thank you a lot for the experience.

Placed a order at 11pm through uber eats with it saying estimated delivery time 11:30 - 11:55, pizza still hadn’t arrived by 2:30am and had no update so called 8 times no answer, checked uber eats around 3am with it saying pizza had just been delivered but it had not, Next day tried ringing to get our money but they asked me to wait a minute then put the phone down and tried ringing again and getting no answer.

Good pizza, but the pizzas are not cut properly. When you grab a slice you need to pull it off and then half the slice is still attached to the rest of the pizza.

Avoid this place. Food is horrible, very unhealthy, and the company is from the US.

Karim stood there all alone as if it was nothing and yet pizzas came out of the oven one by one that were just ridiculously good, with such a perfect crust that was just crispy enough, a sauce that tasted of summer and toppings that were fresh and well distributed as if it happened naturally but you know it didn't, because this kind of quality demands attention, feeling and above all craftsmanship and the amazing thing is that he manages to maintain all of that while doing everything himself, from dough to finishing to helping the customer, and then also with a relaxed attitude as if it hardly costs him any effort while you can see that he has everything under control and everything is perfect, so I really enjoyed it to the fullest and I continue to be amazed at how good something can be when someone does what they do with conviction and taste. I would really recommend Karim!!!!! 100%

This is one of the bad ones I know. The staff is dirty as is the food. They are late and not normal and the service is crap. I won't even let my cat die there.

The staff was really helpful. Being a tourist in the area, the employee really went out of his way to not only help us order, but once done, ensure that we took the correct tram to return to our hotel. I am so grateful to have been served by him.

Delivery people drive antisocially, says enough about the store and the management. Delivery people on the street are also part of the image, right? The pizzas are delicious, small sizes so you have to look carefully before ordering. Terrible service, I asked them for help to place the order and they didn't help me, then there were several desserts and we were eating at the premises and they didn't want to give us spoons or forks.

At 8:15 PM we ordered a pizza but after half an hour no update. Both my friend and I tried to call the branch but after calling 8 times still no answer. At 9:20 PM there was still no update, so we went to the store to pick up our pizzas ourselves (and paid for delivery costs). Finally home at 10:00 PM with our pizzas. Unfortunately, extremely poor service.
