Domino's in Hoofddorp

I have never eaten such a tasty pizza in my life. We took the new product that the establishment advertised. The pizza in the photo is gorgeous. It's good that we took a medium one, they paid 14 euros. The dough is dry, tasteless. There is no topping at all, the ketchup and cucumber are sour. Not tasty at all. I do not recommend it. The kitchen is open, dirty, they do not hurry, people are waiting, there are no napkins.

I don't understand why so many businesses nowadays let high school students work unsupervised. Only focused on each other. Little regard for people waiting. Talking about customers literally standing inside the shop waiting for their pizza. Unbelievable. Then it says pick up within 10/20 mins. Meanwhile, 35 minutes have passed.

Bad service. The discount code didn't go through online. I still had to pay in the store, but they couldn't change it. The joker said, "Use it next time."

The pizzas were as expected, so perfectly fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had ordered 2 surprise packages via Too Good To Go. Initially, only 1 package had been prepared (because it was freshly baked when we let them know we were there, so deliciously fresh!) But the second one arrived soon after, so everything was fine again. Recommended.

Dear store manager and regional manager, the mess of empty boxes scattered in front of the store every single time, often lying there for more than a day. I wonder what the kitchen looks like? Take your social responsibility!!

Fine, what you can expect from a Domino's. The staff were super friendly. Despite the crowds, they had it under control and everyone was served quickly and politely.

Pizza delivered cold, wholemeal pizza completely overflowing with cheese instead of in the container, and the delivery guy had cycled up twice and still didn't know where he was supposed to be. I've finished the pizza by now and I think he still doesn't know where he was supposed to be!

Every time I order here (usually when they do 2nd pizza free), I am reminded that New York pizza is simply better in every way. You get more sauce, the chicken nuggets are way better, the pizza is better, there's less crust, you get MORE toppings, the website works better, you can choose the sauce with the nuggets, and you don't get the nasty bbq sauce by default. It isn't bad,. but if you can get better food for less money - why would I pick dominos?

When picking up, sometimes there's a long wait before a staff member comes to deliver the pizza, even if it's been ready for a while. Otherwise, Domino's is great!

The staff isn't interested and prefers to chat. The wrong pizza was delivered or made, so I paid way too much again—not for the first time. As compensation, I'll probably get another email with a 10% discount. I won't be going back; something always happens. It's nice that you're commenting below, but I didn't get any response on that site after reporting it either.

I don't understand the whole dominoes system. Everywhere a few euros are added to the total with names such as surcharge, addition, etc. so that the pizza that you actually get with a discount is simply the same price even though you don't check anything extra. Very special. I think you end up with an extra 10 euros in vague costs.

A little small place, quite camped. Still a great place to eat.

Bland, soft pizzas, not really tasty

Made an order at Thuisbezorgd at 6pm. I called to make sure it would get delivered and was given time of 7.45. Then no delivery until 8, I called and spoke with very rude person who avoided responsibility or willingness to put our order as a priority, and she told us it will take another hour (how come pizzas take 3 hours to make and deliver?). It was order for a birthday party. Really disappointed.

I ordered my food 50 minutes in advance. When I arrived at the store to pick it up, I waited an additional 20 minutes. The staff doesn't look at you, and the service is very poor, but that's just my opinion.

I made an order at 13:00 which was supposed to be delivered at 13:30 however it never was. I called several times and they either hang up or never answered. At 15:30 they finally answered where they say that the shop was only opening at 16:30 today and there was an issue with their system. On top of that they lie stating that they tried to call me but I did not answer.

Come on @dominos I place my order by phone, clearly ask for xtra tomato sauce. Where is my extra tomato sauce then?

If you order and it is too busy it will take 2 hours for your order, you will be gone all evening and still no food

Domino's location Floriande Shopping Center. Easily accessible by car. Ingredient was no longer in stock. Can happen with bird flu ;) anyway. But...I was called after placing the order for an alternative. Thank you employee.

Incomprehensible how this ordering system works. You order, indicate a pick-up time, arrive at the store at the pick-up time and then have to wait more than 50 minutes.

The employees are very customer-friendly

Ordered excellent pizzas, I took advantage of the offer 3 for €18.95. However, the choices for this offer were very limited to a few flavors. Most flavors cost between €2.50 to €4.50 extra… It was about a year ago that I ordered pizzas from domino's again and it seems like the pizzas are less filled/covered with the ingredients than before... Nevertheless, always nice to have every now and then...

It's sad that as a tourist you have to pay the full price and are not allowed to participate in promotions if we eat on site. Not even pleasant with the music playing very loudly so that the speakers can't handle it

This was really the last time I ordered from Dominos... It really hasn't gotten any better, kickn chicken used to be nice large pieces, now small chicken cubes for 13.00 euros. Really bad, looks like leftovers.

Literally ask if they are participating in the action that is indicated. Are you coming, yes it was last week. Never again Domino's.

Asked for caprisun and they give something else

The pizzas here taste great and are well prepared. Some of the staff in the store itself sometimes leave things unfulfilled. The music is way too loud, some of the staff are doing nothing and just chatting while the waiting times keep getting longer. Apparently my order had been ready for a while, but only after asking several times did they find out that the result was a colder pizza. Other part of the staff goes crazy and pushes other staff to help customers. The other times came at a late time during the week and it was quieter inside and everything went very well.

Via de eigen website besteld om te laten bezorgen. Na een uur nog geen update. Toen maar even proberen te bellen, maar geen contact mee te krijgen. Opeens zien we dat er geen bezorging mogelijk is. Dus zelf maar heen gegaan. Volgens hen hadden ze de optie bezorgen uitgezet en zou het opnemen van de telefoon een extra tijd van 45 min geven... Nou nee, dus, want we hadden gewoon via de Domino's site besteld en bezorgen kunnen aanklikken. Misschien wat klantvriendelijker nebsen die hun maaltijd wilden laten bezorgen even te bellen...

Het duurde een paar minuten voordat ik iemand van achter uit de keuken zag komen, die hadden mij niet door. Rende iemand van achter naar de oven en was blij dat een pizza net niet was aangebrand. Daarna werd ik wel prima geholpen.

Thanks for saving me on my dinner. Wife and Daughter are fed thanks to you. Aside from the issue with the La Barca restaurant's owner next door which had zero patience explaining his pizzas and combination of flavors, this store treated me with respect, attention and professionalism. Thanks for being so kind and so patient. The world is a better place because of people with empathy, and you all have it.

Pizza was eerder klaar als verwacht kwam goed uit want was al aanwezig.

Jammer zo dichtbij, maar het eten niet echt super in verhouding met de prijs

Lekker shoarma pizza gegeten. Lekkere zachte bodem en veel shoarma erop gekregen. Perfect mijn avond kan niet meer stuk

Leuke aanbiedingen en ruim belegde pizza's

Had pizza bestelt duurde best wel lang terwijl er stond dat de winkel niet druk was. De zelfmaak pizza is geld verspilling niet doen. Garlic twisters zijn veel te zout en de pizza was niet goed gesneden verder was het wel een lekker maaltje. En de wedges waren echt lekker man.

Samen met vrienden pizza besteld het duurde super lang en de pizza was niet gesneden. De smaak van de pizza was goed. Al met al hebben we lekker gegeten.

Er kwam een jaar geleden een bezorger en ik had een milkshake besteld die trouwens echt vies is die bezorger zegt ik had dorst dus heb onderweg slokje genomen fijne dag nog zegt hij.

Top tent. Snelle levering, goed eten en een keer gehad dat ik de coupon code ben vergeten in te vullen. Allemaal super netjes opgelost. Er werkt daar een bedrijfsleider die hart heeft voor de zaak en zijn klanten.

lekker hoor - zeker in coronatijd

Hier een review van een tevreden man die met een voldaan gevoel zit uit te buiken van z'n bbq mixed grill italian pizza. Ook mijn overige 3 tafelgenoten zijn bijzonder positief te spreken over hun bestelde maaltijd. Mijn oprechte waardering gaat uit naar de heerlijk smakende pizza's en de snelle bezorging door de jongeman die er zijn werk van heeft gemaakt om zijn bestelling met zijn elektrische fiets, op een natte zaterdagavond welteverstaan, keurig bij ons af te leveren. Excuses voor die laatste lange zin, maar ik was door mijn enthousiasme niet meer te stoppen.

We order most of the times from Dominos Hoofddorp. The pizza gets delivered precisely and on time. But yesterday we ordered a 35cm pizza and it got delivered in a “smashed” mode! I don’t know what happened to the pizza but it was as if someone had sat on it. Very disappointing!

Lekkere pizza's voor een betaalbare prijs. De Pizza Vegan Veggi is echt een aanrader. Heb 1 keer gehad dat er iets misging met de bezorging, die was niet helemaal compleet, maar dat is meteen heel goed opgelost en binnen 20 minuten had ik alles wat ik had besteld. Heel beleefd had de bezorger ook zijn excuses aangeboden, helemaal top!!

Een bezorgtijd van 1,5 uur is echt onacceptabel, de pizza's waren niet echt warm en vlak van smaak. Het geheel kan beter.
