Per Tutti! in Schiphol

The food quality was mediocre/okay and overpriced. As you might expect at an airport: soulless. One star due to the very inappropriate, rude approach by the manager when I pointed out that I found the 45-minute wait for a pizza excessively long. No customer engagement whatsoever, no hospitality passion, only interested in their own convenience and quick money. Airport quick service, drenched in arrogance and disinterest.

They were always great! But I haven't had any sandwiches for a while now. Bring on those sandwiches!

You wait 600 years for your pizza to be ready. If you try asking after 40 minutes what the status of your airport pizza is, they keep saying "5 more minutes", for the rest of time. Pizza itself was alright. Only two types of pizze available due to snowy weather conditions.

I absolutely do NOT recommend this place. Go elsewhere; there are plenty of other options at the airport! We had three KLM flight cancellations and had two €15 meal vouchers offered by KLM. An incredibly unpleasant blonde woman refused to give us our vouchers because she was afraid to give them to us! For €15?! She was so incompetent; they should fire her. Another, nicer blond gentleman tried to resolve the situation, but she discouraged him. A truly cowardly and incompetent woman. Avoid this place.

Stay away! No service at all. Food not good/cold. Served as fastfood. Places like these live off an ever new stream of new customers. Nobody would willingly be a recurring customer here. And yes arrogant staff.

Had a pizza on our way to Dublin. Came back to have another pizza when we returned to Amsterdam. Amazing pizza! Very satisfying, easy give stars.

The service is terrible. There's an employee at the cash register who constantly gives people condescending looks. He speaks rudely. They're completely unhelpful. You even get looks like they're thinking, "Why did you even come here to eat?" The food isn't great either, below average. We wanted a quick bite, but it was a huge disappointment.

Had delicious pizza tons and salmon pasta!

They were a little distracted. We waited 30 minutes until I asked for the food and it came out then, but in total 40 minutes. Then they apologized. The food was very good except for the lasagna, which I expected to be better. I would give them 3⭐️ and 1/2.

The pizza was okay, and the guy at the counter was friendly. But after I'd been waiting for the pizza for a while, a grumpy man suddenly showed up at my table and said, "I've called you three times already, why aren't you coming?" He was very irritated. My son and I sat at the table for 10 minutes, and the beeper didn't go off (judging by the reviews, this happens often). And even if it had, this isn't how you treat customers. One star for these kinds of employees. Go work for Delta and stay away from the service industry.

I had Napolitana pasta here, the taste was really nice I really liked it, the staff doesn’t seem warm but since we just want to have something before our flight and we were happy with the pasta they served

Unsanitary, please don't eat here. Had a late night flight out of Schiphol and we were sat at the burger king opposite as most places were closed, including Per Tutti. I sat there and watched 2 rats scurry around inside the closed Per Tutti. I was never going to eat overpriced, poor quality, not-Italian food, but that's a legitimate health hazard.

The man at the cash register turns around halfway through my order to continue talking to his colleagues. Sad.

Fast service, a nice, quiet meal and enjoyed all the liveliness of Schiphol around me.

This may have been the worst pasta I've ever had. Lol. Big plates but with zero flavor whatsoever, kind of felt like one of those microwaveable meals. I also got a beer and it was warm, room temperature. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Place was packed! And their seats aren't even spaced correctly either, rubbing against other eaters next to you while you're eating. What a great opportunity to give a bad review. Don't go here! Just go to Burger King or something. The food is sad. 😢

Reasonably comfy place if you have some time to kill but the pizza is terrible.

Service was a bit slow, some didn't seem to feel like working. The food was tasty but a bit pricey.

I ordered the pasta gamberi(gambas) instead they gave me pasta with tiny shrimps(foto) i askes for some parmesan cheese and they put a whole cup of parmsan. Cannot recommend this place

Was here 2 weeks ago (24th Sep) and had the Spaghetti Bolognese so came back last night (15th Oct) and had it again. Portion enough for 2 but my wife wanted either shrimps which came with a delicious sauce. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. Will definitely eat here again if I am at Schiphol. Came back again my last night (19th Oct) at Schiphol and had the pizza which was very good. They had ran out of spaghetti bolognese but we added the same pasta with small shrimps, the same one we had few nights ago. Highly recommended and definitely one of the best eating place to look out for when you in the public area at Schiphol Airport.

We were staying at a hotel near the airport and were looking for noodles because of the marathon the following day. For an airport snack bar, the food was very good. Perhaps it could have been a bit more substantial, but otherwise everything was great.

Just got a cappuccino here. €4 for a paper cup filled to 60% max!! (The cup isn't large, but it's a regular size) I find really rude. Also, the taste could be much better, especially for the Schiphol location. The croissant was €3, could be fresher; I think it had been there for a while. This is my last visit here for a while.

Per Tutti” at Schiphol Airport was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Outrageously overpriced and absolutely disgusting food. It is shocking to see how iconic Italian dishes can be so shamelessly ruined: cheap ingredients, nonsensical recipes, and a complete lack of respect for a culinary tradition that deserves far better. If you don’t have your own authentic cuisine to offer, there is no need to appropriate someone else’s and destroy it in the process. In my opinion, calling this “Italian” should be illegal. Definitely a place to avoid.

They messed up the pizza delivery. First come, first served! Avoid.

Never go there. The food quality is just terrible, and the service is the worst. They even gave me a buzzer, but they missed my order twice and didn't even apologize. I wasted a whole hour. When they realized they missed my order the second time, they didn't even apologize and just calmly asked what I ordered and said they'd put it back in. I told them I waited an hour and asked for a refund, but they all said the same thing, not just me. Haha. Everyone around me had already eaten and left. What are you talking about? It's an airport, but they don't care about their customers' time. If you don't have time, never go there. You'll leave feeling bad at the end of your business trip.

Went here to get something simple to eat and they couldn't even do that. First time ordering the person didn't put one of my items in the order and waited over 30 minutes to just go and ask about it and be told 'we didn't put it' no apologies or nothing, they gave me a soda for free and charged me again. If they will give you receipts at least you can see if somethings wrong. After another 30 minutes of waiting I go and ask where is my food since everyone else has gotten theirs and now a new person says that the order isn't in. I ask for my money back because I've been waiting for an hour on something that everyone else was getting in 15 minutes. She then says 'everyone waiting for an hour' as an excuse to their poor service. If they at least would look like they are doing something then I'd be fine, but all they do is sit walk around talking and laughing to each other. TLDR: Horrible place, don't waste your time.

We had three pizzas: pepperoni, tuna, and chicken shawarma. They were all delicious. The crust and toppings were great. I was pleasantly surprised.

First things first, location, it is at the outside airport outside security, located near the subway entrance across from Burger King. Surprisingly we ended up eating here THREE times. Our hotel was located near the airport and had a free shuttle. When we were done exploring downtown for the day, we wanted to eat something we knew was affordable, delicious, and not far. Since our hotel was near the airport we could take the shuttle there. Our favorite dishes were the caprese salad Margarita pizza. Beats taking another Uber into the city for an expensive questionable meal we had already experienced earlier in the day. Sometimes predictable tastes best. Again, you most likely would just stop here once, and if you do I recommend the caprese salad and the Margarita salad.

RATS, I even saw 4 rats walking around like they were at home and even fighting.

I visited this airport restaurant during a layover at Schiphol and was pleasantly surprised. Considering the generally poor reviews most restaurants in this airport receive, I didn’t expect much , but the pizza was actually better than expected and the beer was nice and cold. The place was quite noisy, and my table wasn’t very clean, but the kind staff made up for it. They spoke good English and clearly explained how the restaurant system works. Overall, a decent spot for a quick bite if you’re not too sensitive to noise.

The pizza is good. Have vegetarian option. People don't understand English much.

What a bad experience. On other days, I have ignored how bad it is, even though their service (especially working at the counter) was very poor. But they just quite rude to some people who are not fluent in English, even ignore. Food was not good as well.

It was meh! I ordered some cannolis, they looked so good, but were too sweet to enjoy. Ordered other items and everything was okay.

Just ordered two pizzas that we would share with 5 people. I politely asked if it was possible to cut it into pieces with a pizza knife, because we were going to share it. The employee who still had her shift at 6:30 PM suddenly rudely responded with "but we don't actually do that, I already gave you cutlery." While she had already accepted the pizzas to cut into pieces. My answer to her was that she could also say that in a normal tone and then it was no problem for me. Bad service and very unfriendly.

best pizza I've had in NL. I had the caprese, and the pesto was wonderfully oily. sauce and cheese made the pizza soggy, my perfect definition of a pizza. only gripe was they didn't cut the pizza, but they gave us metal utensils which made it a 10 second job. Some reviews here said service is rude, but to be honest I think the customers are the ones that are rude. All nice employees, straight to the point.

Bizarre 1 word bizarre!!!! My wife and I have been eating at Per Tutti at Schiphol for years, actually a tradition. Until we went again this week. My jaw dropped when I saw pasta in a cardboard box with a wooden fork! This is really not possible, we ate it, but the taste from a box with a wooden fork was a horror, an animal still gets its food in a bowl, but we from a cardboard box... I looked around to see if Frans Bauer was walking around somewhere with his banana split program...

I was pleasantly surprised by Per Tutti at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport —it’s far better than your typical airport dining spot! We ordered their Margherita pizza, and it was delicious. While it’s not a Neapolitan-style pizza (it uses processed mozzarella rather than fresh), the sauce and crust were the real stars—flavorful and perfectly done. The service was impressively quick, which is a huge plus when you’re navigating a busy airport. If you’re looking for restaurant-quality food but are short on time before your flight, Per Tutti is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely stop by again on my next layover at AMS!

Avoid, avoid. It was once a place that served very decent sandwiches. Now, it doesn't serve anything decent at all, and the staff can be divided into two categories: incompetent and annoying. Avoid.

Boring food without taste, the pasta was very watery and I still had problems with it later

Took a primavera pizza today here, but not much taste. Had to put lots of pepper because the veggies on it are raw, not even roasted or baked a bit. Didn't enjoy it so much!

This is a parody of Italian food, Too bad you can't give 0 stars because even 1 star is still too much. Mediocre food for Michelin restaurant prices. The pizza sauce was as sour as my wine. The boy who helped me at the counter to take my order seemed to come from the sheltered workshop and was completely unsuitable to work in the catering industry and would not even be hired at MacDonalds. In short, don't go here and give a wide berth to it!

We had a caprese pizza and carbonara pasta, and both of them were good! For airport italian, it’s great and i would recommend Bit expensive though, I paid 34 for the two dishes, but that’s to be expected for airports

As an employee at Schiphol, I have often eaten at Schiphol for the past 17 years, including at Per Tutti. This time my colleague and I returned our food. We were served our pasta in a cardboard box with wooden cutlery. I was told that due to "short staff" they would only be served this way. It was really unsightly and impossible to eat like that. Moreover, we were not informed when ordering that we would have to eat from a cardboard box with wooden cutlery, otherwise we would certainly not have ordered this. Unacceptable and impossible to have to eat like this in a restaurant at Schiphol.

Very bad service on pizza and stuff its very angry and not respectful

I used to be a regular customer since last ~8 years, whenever I flew via schipol. I am extremely disappointed today. Cappuccino is not served in a cup but a paper cup. Pizza is lack luster. They don’t have herbs and cheese toppings. When I asked for chili oil they said that olive oil is available. After 2 mins, cook from the kitchen is asking me to return it in an impolite manner. It doesn’t feel like a restaurant. I won’t be visiting again!

It used to be ok especially the pizza’s. The prices were always high because everything at the airport is expensive. But last we visited this place they charge you even for Parmesan cheese in your pasta. They don’t tell you that or you cannot see that on the menu which is a tv screen far from the counter. Cashier told us first that she did not know why the pasta was more expensive when i complained about the price. Because she did not specify on the bill that parmesan is more than 2 euro’s. I never visited any country who charges Parmesan extra. Most countries it is even on the table. It takes at least 20-25 min to wait for your pasta. And the staff is not well trained and rude. They don’t treat customers like customers. Never going to visit this restaurant again. Better buy a pasta at the Supermarket next to them.

Last visited December 2024. I travel through the airport once a month and always tend to pass by this place. Thought I'd get a little early and try it out. Food looked good but tasted bland... had to put so much pepper to have any flavour. That was not the worst part..... within a few minutes of finishing, I had rush (carefully) to the toilets to....yep... when through the system..... Never again... otherwise I may not make it to the bathroom in time.

I got a reheated lasagna with way too much béchamel sauce. They also said there was no more pizza while the guests after us did get pizza.

Had to wait 30 mins for a basic Margherita pizza (bit ridiculous for an airport where nobody really has time) and when it arrived it was super tiny and swimming in oil…

People working here are not the problem. But the quality of the food is below any standard.

Schwarma pizza had a weird spice taste that wasn't really enjoyable.

So this is easily one of the worst restaurants we’ve been to. The staff is very grumpy and they respond in a curt manner as if they are doing a big favour on you. The buzzers don’t work and they forgot our pizza and then delivered it cold. They say we were two and sharing a pizza but they still gave us only one set of cutlery and I had to again walk up to them to get another one. They touched the upper part of the spoon and knife with their bare hands. And what’s worse is we saw a mouse running around in the restaurant. No wonder their ratings are so poor.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! We ordered a pizza and a pasta. Guy at the register was hard to understand and unkind. Our pizza came and they took both the buzzers they gave us to let us know our food was ready, even though the pasta was not available yet. The pizza smelled like wet dog and was extremely soggy. We didn’t eat it. Continued waiting for the pasta, and I went to check for it again at the counter and a nice male customer in front of me asked one of the workers if they could cut his pizza for him. She basically threw a fit, cut the pizza for him and threw the box back down on the counter right in front of him and stormed back into the back room, ignoring me. The man was stunned and waited a minute for the server to come back out so he could confront her about what she had just done to him, but she didn’t come back out so he left with his pizza. I sat back at my table and waited more until my boyfriend went back to check on the pasta after we had been waiting for and they said it was “almost done.” More people were being served that ordered after us. After a long time they gave the pasta to us in a to go box, a clear message that we were not wanted in the restaurant, even though our pizza was served to stay. We will never eat at a Per Tutti again.

Pizza always good. And this was worth repeating when we fly again.

Pizza was good, lasagna was a microwave supermarket one. Staff was very rude when they picked up our plates from the table, I told them that my daughter was still eating her lasagna and they picked it up anyway and threw it away, very rude behaviour!

Unfortunately, I can't recommend the restaurant to anyone. The food is okay and the prices are probably reasonable for the airport. But unfortunately the service is an absolute disaster. Super unfriendly and unfortunately not customer-oriented at all. In my case, an order wasn't taken at all and the mistake was blamed on me and then the parmesan and rocket cost extra, but this wasn't mentioned when I ordered and it's not on the menu anywhere.

One of the worst dining experiences I have had. We made it abundantly clear to them that our whole group is vegetarian before ordering. My friend found a piece of shrimp and then a piece of “mystery meat” in her pasta. When we complained to the staff, they were incredibly rude and insensitive. The manager (I assume) acted as if we were complaining to get more food and said “mistakes happen”. The lack of concern or apology was shocking. Besides, the taste and presentation of the pasta was poor, it felt like I had ordered from the kids menu. Avoid this place at all costs

Ordered pizza from nice guy. I was then allowed to pick it up around the corner. When they forgot something, the “lady” didn't want to know about it and sent me back around the corner to arrange it. Not in a friendly way but really with an attitude, choice of words and tone that told me I was there to serve her and not the other way around. Judesca from FCkip comes to mind. I finally have all the elements of my order and start eating. Rarely have I eaten such a disgusting pizza, soggy bottom and the pizza had a thick layer of tasteless ketchup. It really wasn't normal to be so raunchy.

The quality deteriorates over the years. The latest Gamberi pasta is frozen with too hot peppers to mask the non-existent taste. Unfortunately the supermarket opposite is a better alternative

Pizza came quick, staff were friendly, but what really did it for me was the quality and flavour of the pizza. Hot, fresh and full of flavor, stringy cheese with a nice thin base. Even the tomato’s were amazing. Wouldn’t get it in some 5 star restaurants. Amazing.

Ordered two pastas and they mixed up spaghetti and penn. Smoked salmon had a fishy smell and I hope I don't get sick. Felt pasta was undercooked. Never visit again.
