Papa John's Pizza in Hoofddorp

Don't order from here. I ordered and paid online, but the store is closed. The company is completely unreachable. Scam! Update 08/05: Responded to the request below, but unfortunately still no contact!

I went to there website, saw their earliest delivery is at 12:30 had guests and hungry kids… called them, no one answers!!! Google states they open at 16:30 have been trying to call to cancel my order and get my money back… they dont answer!!! not a good experience, last time i rely on Papa Johns… they cant be relied upon, and as of now they have stolen my money

I ordered pizza but this place cancelled order. No money refund for one month now. No any response from them.

Ordered food, never arrived, and the line was down after calling about eight times. What a bunch of scammers they are. I'm warning everyone: don't order anything from this place. Your money is gone.

I have tried calling this place to order for 45 minutes does anyone even work there ?

They couldn't fill an order because they were out of cheese. I had already paid via iDEAL, but after several lies about the money being refunded, they suddenly disappeared. The place isn't even open anymore, and no one answers the phone. It's been over a month now.

Paid £80 and order was not delivered!! Absolutely shocking

Had an excellent meal with friendly staff.

I was put off for an hour and a half and kept being told it would be my turn as soon as the driver got back. After 1:45 hours I called to cancel the order. The lady on the phone said ok and hung up. I was not refunded the purchase price until I proactively contacted PayPal and reported the matter.

Been waiting for 3 months and haven't gotten my money back. Every time they say it will be refunded in a few days! Very bad service and rude.

The service is very bad. The place is not clean. The children work loudly and talk so loudly that you can't sit where you are

Just got my order. Pizza with bacon was in the list, yet, very few strips of bacon. In this price, I think we deserve more bacon on the pizza.

Lekkere pizza. Kunnen concurreren met de bekendere collega restaurants. Eén groot minpunt is de knoflooksaus, die is echt niet te doen. Actiepuntje voor jullie!!!

Josua is een doorpakker, uitstekende service. Had een vraag waar niet perse zijn vestiging over ging, maar hij heeft meteen alles doorgeschakeld en geregeld. Dit wordt erg gewaardeerd!

Had a Holiday in the Netherlands and one evening decided to try a Papa Johns. Food was piping hot, fresh & tasty. Definitely will order from here again in the future.

Heerlijke unieke pizza tonno, de beste die er is naar mijn mening omtrent de concurrentie ! Alleen de deeg van New York of domino scoort naar mijn mening een stuk hoger, maar de toppings van Julie zijn overheerlijk. Hoop dat jullie ooit de deeg nog zullen veranderen naar een lekkerder kwaliteit

Wat een geweldige Service van Papa John Hoofddorp, voor al so naar Hassan en de manager. Jullie hebben mij en m’n zoontje super geholpen.

Zeer slecht. 18.00 besteld en om 19.30 nog steeds niets. Elke keer werd gezegd dat ze op dat moment de deur uitgingen. Gevraagd om terugbetaling, ben benieuwd of dat gaat gebeuren. Niet bestellen!

Heerlijke pizza en snel geleverd! Papa Johns hoofddorp maakt wel eens foutjes maar weet deze ook zeker goed op te lossen. De manager is eerlijk en rechtvaardig, mijn complimenten.

Pizza werd op tijd bezorgd. Wij vonden de pizza’s wel ok smaken, maar zouden niet nog een keer bestellen als we de volle mep moeten betalen, dat vinden we het niet waard. De papadias was een beetje karig belegd, daardoor niet zoveel smaak, dan eet je eigenlijk alleen deeg.

I ordered GO SOLO deal - 1 medium pizza, 1 side dish and drink for 14.99, however they only delivered pizza. The guy who delivered said that he didn't notice side dish and drink in the invoice. I ordered delivery for 16.00 but they called me to say they only open the restaurant at 16.00, so can deliver at 16.30 the earliest because their website doesn't work properly.

Super slecht ik wacht al 2 uur op mijn pizza’s. Het is nog steeds niet binnen. Heb super vaak gebeld maar ze namen niet op. De pizza’s zijn koud binnen gekomen. Ik zou hier niet bestellen.

Had meal delivered by Uber Eats - hot and tasty - great pizza. Delivery boy arrived on Bicycle - Store rang to update order and spoke good english.

I order here regulary like monthly base. this time with ubereats having a discount coupon for ordering a min. You get €10 extra discount. Thought i would order 2 lavacakes with it. Never gotten them, at the door said "yeah we run out of lavacakes it will be refunded" strange,why not call first before coming at the door and saying we dont have lavacakes would you like to have something else instead right?. 2 weeks fastforward as expected never gotten refund as expected. They lost a long customer im going to dominos two doors on the right, better service better quality.

Better pizza compared to surrendings

Pizza dobra - jednak nie zgodna z zamówieniem . Miała być jedna - przyjechały dwie . Miały być dwa sosy ( czosnkowy i pomidorowy ) - przyjechały dwa masła czosnkowe . Przyjmujący zamówienie nie mógł zrozumieć pomimo wolnego tłumaczenia w języku angielskim . Wszystko przekręcał i mówił ze nie rozmumie , gdzie prosiłam „ speak slowly”. Zamówienie nie zgodne . Słaba obsługa .

I just got their vegan spicy chicken pizza.....impressive even looks like real chicken (this confused me soo much I have to offered a piece to my friend to let me know that was in fact not chicken 😂) Definitely this is not the last time i’ll be ordering this

Great pizza, quick and orderly just as you'd expect. Nice people who can serve in both English and Dutch. This place is also VEGAN FRIENDLY. They serve vegan cheese.
