Found a screw in my pizza and they don’t want to give a refund.

Is 2 hours 35 minutes still classed as fastfood? 19:45 I ordered a Pizza Box on Thuisbezorgd.nl with an estimated delivery at 60-85 minutes 21:30 Tried 3 times to ring the restaurant but no answer 22:00 Tried to cancel the order so I could re-order 22:20 Dominos driver tries to deliver the food but I refused to accept it

Indeed, after waiting for over 2 hours, no one answers, no one appears at the door, and the worst part is that tomorrow they'll resolve the issue and refund my money. Very poor management.

we ordered through uber eats and nearly 2 hours have passed and there has been no update with our order, and we have called the store multiple times with no answer. awful service and avoid at all costs.

Ordered via Uber eats and never got the order, moreover I got charged for the the order, despite trying to call the restaurant about a dozen times during the process when my order was allegedly “being delivered”. No one ever picked up and I was always forwarded to check the delivery time on Uber eats. Ironically enough, of course, as every customer disrespectful business, there was no delivery update whatsoever. I have ordered around 22:00, the delivery said it will be between 22:30 and 22:50. It’s 1:18 and around 1:00 I got a message that the order is completed and I was charged. Needless to say I have never even witnessed a notion of a delivery driver, or was called or absolutely anything. My order was never delivered and I was charged for it. Literally if you have self respect and a desire to eat anything go literally anywhere else (because then you may actually get what you order)

I always forget they are not reliable. Waiting again more than an hour to get my pizza. Try to call them but nobody picks up. Any other pizzeria is a better option.

We ordered food from the hotel where we were staying. After a long wait, we called the establishment more than 10 times, and they told us they had delivered the order. A LIE The order never arrived; I don't know if it's because we're tourists or something, but BE CAREFUL!

The staff here are incredibly friendly. Always helpful and don't make a fuss if something isn't quite right. I also notice a real difference in the quality of the pizza compared to other Domino's; these are truly excellent. I live in Amsterdam West, and I still prefer to order from Domino's on Rozengracht. Yes, it's a takeout pizza place, so the atmosphere isn't really important.

Just purchased a box size pizza. It was small but delicious.

Milkshake for 6€ and they made it smaller. For that what u pay u can get actually fresh food everywhere beside. Lost a customer

Ordered some food last night, waited 3 hours and never received anything…

I've been waiting for the pizza for over 1:30 minutes... I can't contact them by phone, app or website. Total disaster

We ordered two pizzas and waited an hour and a half only to get the wrong pizzas. When we called them to try to rectify this error we were continually hung up on before speaking to anyone after a pre-recorded message told us to stay on the line and wait for a representative. Safe to say I am NEVER ordering from Dominos again

Ordered food. Pizza took 2,5 hours to be delivered. I tried calling the store 6 times, no answer at all. When I complained the store says "they were too busy". How is that even acceptable? Terrible.

I placed an order on takeaway app with buy one get one free and I forgot to add the second pizza to get the offer however I called the store immediately and kindly asked if they could add it for me . They denied and they even told me that the offer is not valid although it was still valid on the app,they insisted that it shouldn’t be working.I told them then that I would like to cancel the order . They said you can do it through the app. I went back to the app to do it,however it was saying that I had to call the store for that . I called again and they told me that they cannot cancel and they cannot add a second pizza . The experience was very disappointing and it’s a pity to lose clients for such situations. You need to work a lot on customer care

Only dominos in The Netherlands that does not apply discounts. Also machine sometimes broken so you pay overpriced while ordering manually.

Avoid this place. Food is horrible, very unhealthy, and the company is from the US.

3+ hour wait. Called multiple times and they say 10…15….5 minutes longer every time you call only for them to say they delivered it to the wrong place after 3 hours.

I ordered from here and I'm waiting for 2hours more now and it's taking way more time so I've been trying to call them but they don't answer phone calls and hung up the calls. Worst service don't try to deliver from here I don't think I'll get it by today 😂

Late night pizza, has one chicken supreme and one their Chicago deep dish, probably the best domino pizza I have ever had, fresh and very fast service

I ordered 2 items of which 1 was incorrect, I ordered pizza and chicken and got chicken and cinnamon bread instead. I only found this out once I got home. very sorry about this

Very friendly staff. I made a mistake with my order, picking up instead of delivery. But they solved it for us and delivered the order to our home for free.

This is an art, a flood of hot sauce on a thick layer of bread and a small amount of toppings, I paid for this pizza and it's not free! Now I have to throw it all away

My order came half eaten… Firstly, I would have given more stars as I called that they forgot the milkshake (5€ is a lot to just let go) and the driver came back. Yet I then opened the box and discovered half a portion of wedges were missing. Also only recieved 4 pieces of chicken, advertised as 5. They said they weigh amounts and that this is a standard, yet this was obviously lacking. Colleague of my workplace who used to deliver for Dominos told me staff would eat chicken and wedges from side orders all the time. And now I don’t think I can bring myself to ever order from a dominos ever again..

the food was absolutely disgusting, two boxes that actually made you throw up, chips that were hard and cold...never, ever again, shame. 33 euros given away.

Friendly staff who talk nicely with me while I wait for my order :) and don't let the boss know that they have given me a sauce and drinks on the house ;) I will definitely come back for these positive employees!

Will never order “delivery” from Dominos Amsterdam again …. I am a regular customer at Doninos around the world but this was by far the worst experience. Placed order via the app , paid and tipped driver but never given a delivery time.. Repeatedly called the branch with no answer and after 1 hr of calling I got through , but told it might take another hour… (doubt it) Ended up walking 30 minuted to dominos to collect , order was not even being prepared.. but the server (poor guy all alone) said he will work on it right away and should be 20 min.. Over 2 hours for a pizza is unacceptable, and if I had waited it probably would have been at least 3 hours (if it came at all) Half hour walk home , as you can imagine pizza was cold and ended up throwing sides away Staff the branch correctly Domino’s , One person on his own is not suitable

We passed by and ordered a pizza. They don't have tables on site so we asked for a time to have it at the hotel. The deliveryman arrived on time despite the heavy rain. Always delicious pizza.

Great pizzas as long as you pickup from the store. Unlike some clowns who get delivery and leave bad reviews, what do you expect after a pizza is put on a bike, and delivered to you? Of course the toppings will be everywhere! Get off your lazy backsides and go pick them up, the guys here do a great job and pizzas are fresh once you pick them up. Enjoy!

I was walking for long way to get it, then they said simply " We don't accept cash" It's really bad.

Good pizza, driver had crashed on the way to delivering and the store called up to notify and let us know that there may be a delay due to recooking the goods. I hope the driver hasn’t injured themselves and wishing them well!

Friendly staff, I got in the store right at the closing time , but they still got my order done 😊 I happily enjoyed my delicious freshly baked pizza. I’ll be back for more , definitely recommend it.

The man behind the counter forgot to put part of our order in the oven so kindly offered us drinks whilst we waited! We declined as we already had some. He then surprised us with a dessert! Nice store and great staff 👍

Very usual Domino's. Has no seating, which is a pity for tourist since Amsterdam is so cold and often hostels do not let you eat inside. Pizza was very good, up to international Domino's standards. Service was usual.
