Domino's Pizza in Haarlemmerbuurt

The food never arrived, and when I emailed the provided contact I received no response. This picture is of my empty dining room table as I sit here starving.

I just walked 23 minutes, on an empty stomach, from Amsterdam Central Station to this Domino's. One thing is certain, this Domino's does not exist! One big scam. There was no Domino's anywhere in sight. To make matters worse, I had to go to McDonald's. Received a bicycle light here. McDonalds 10/10, Domino's 1/10.

The service deserves an extra star for me and the order was delicious! The pizzas were nice and warm and the Buffalo wings were also really great😉 If I don't feel like making something, Domino's Amsterdam Haarlemmerdijk is definitely my go to!

Just ordered the new thin & crispy pizza. Damn it. Never again. Soil similar to a cracker but less fragile. I think this is officially the dirtiest pizza I've ever had. Branch is acceptable.

Employees in the store swear by the word cancer while they are discussing which weed they are going to smoke next. The boy who was making me pizza was eating a sandwich while making my pizza without washing his hands or putting on a glove in between. Pizza was decent just the thoughts that the chef didn't really Being concerned with hygiene really ruined the taste.

Wait 2 hours and get a big mouth It's just a ball tent

Everything is great, service is quality, products are fresh and delicious, the place is nice, the atmosphere is wonderful, comfortable, quality, it is easy to find the address of the place, I liked it very much, I will definitely recommend it to everyone, everyone has to come here.

Ordered pizza. Called when 30 mins late, I was told it would be delivered in a few mins and delivery driver was leaving in 1 min. A call back 5 mins later and told they didn’t have the order. A mess. Don’t order with them. Update- they delivered in 2x the time they said and missed an item off the order

Ordered 1 pizza. 2 hours went by and it never arrived. I called to request my refund 5x and no one picked up the phone. Horrible service!

ATTENTION: in person pick up and they charged my credit card more than my receipt. like they gave themselves a 20% tip. and i had tipped in cash. 😡EDIT: I tried to reach Dominos on email address given below… it’s an invalid email address 🤔

Automat for ordering doesn't work. Kitchen didn't receive my order. I'm waiting super long time. Ticket wasn't sending because system is old and has bad connection. Awfully. Do not recommend.

I order in Domino's Pizza at 21:18 and I never got the food. The order status never changed from "We've got your order". I just can't understand how disrespectfull is this to a customer. They never cancelled It or called me if they had a problem to do It. They just never did anything and kept me waiting for nothing. This is not fair. I am really really disappointed and annoyed. In the app It still says they are preparing my food and I order It YESTERDAY. It doesn't make any sense for me. Also I still didn't get my money back.

Pizza kwam snel aan. Warm, net uit de oven kennelijk. En voor het eerst sinds tijden een Dominos die zijn pizzas goed belegt. Meestal bestelden wij uit een ander filiaal maar deze is gewoon top. Zoals het hoort.

Op 28 dec 2021 bestelde ik een broodje crunchy chicken en betaalde deze . 5 min later belde een medewerker van domino pizza met de mededeling dat het broodje niet Gelevert kon worden . Het geld 8.95 euro zou terug gestort worden binnen 10 dagen . Na 14 dagen bel ik waar blijf mijn refund. De manager verzekerd mij het kom in orde./ OP dit moment een waarden bon ontvangen voor 30 euro voor pizza . Ik heb mijn review dus aangepast om dat het als nog netjes is opgelost Dank hier voor .

Delivery is fast and tastes decent.

Er werkt hier een dame met de naam Romy. Zij doet haar werk met liefde, en care. Iemand die weet wat klantvriendelijkheid inhoud. Ze heeft mij en mijn dochter super geholpen een kleine week geleden en dat is ons erg bij gebleven!

Lekkere pizza's en snel bezorgd, alleen wel erg irritant dat al voor de 2e achtereenvolgende keer een extra topping vergeten wordt. Na telefonisch contact werd het netjes opgelost.

Website suggest that you can dine in. You cannot! There is only a counter a, large fridge and no chairs or tables for visitors.

Aardig personeel bij deze vestiging, je word bediend met een lach of dit was in ieder geval toch in mijn geval.

Best pizza in the world. Better than English dominos or American dominos.

Super vriendelijke personeel. Goed geholpen en erg lekker pizza. Ziet er super strak uit allemaal. De pizza en de winkel helemaal top!

Pizza was late (collection not delivery) staff were probably a little tired. Pizza was so-so. I don't plan on returning as there are a few other local alternative which are at least as good, and probably less expensive.

Goeie service, kwam een minuut voor sluitingstijd aan en er werd nog snel een verse pizza voor me gemaakt. Aardig personeel!

This store was pretty good but I am not sure what is happening here these days. This was delivered to me today. I don't know what to say. Nonetheless the person who picked up the phone was nice and polite so I am giving 3 stars only because of him. Edit: The management called and apologized for the mishap. Therefore I am changing my 3 stars to 5 stars. ( always appreciate the effort.)

Beetje jammer dat extra toppings wel betaald mogen worden, maar niet worden geleverd. Nu al de tweede keer. Prima pizza verder hoor, maar hoe moeilijk is zo’n bonnetje lezen nou eigenlijk?

Heerlijke pizza's en broodjes worden hier geserveerd, daarbij beschikt deze zaak over erg vriendelijk en klantgericht personeel.

Pretty good Dominos. Staff is really friendly (though it might take a while for them to notice you when you are in the store 😂), and they do hold true to their promise of having your pizza done within 15 minutes if you're picking it up. I like to order online when I'm walking there so my wait in the store is minimal. 😎

Perfecte service. Er was iets misgegaan met de online bestelling via de app. Wél betaald, geen bestelling binnen gekomen. Medewerkers deden niet wantrouwend etc. Ze maakten meteen de pizza's die ik had gevraagd. Die waren heel snel klaar. Super!!!!
