Super dirty tent!!!! Wow, what pigs there!

The pizza was not very tasty. Few ingredients. We ordered two pizzas and they had almost no cheese. The price of the pizzas was exorbitant but thanks to an Uber Eats offer we got a good price.

So the phone number of this website is wrong by so doing it’s difficult to place an order with papa John which is frustrating , disappointing and annoying. Fix the number or take down the website 😒

A mediocre big pizza, very filling.

I order a pizza never arrived and they don't pick up the phone.

Been waiting for my pizza for 2.5 hours now. they don't answer and the status on the website says received.

As reviewed by others, it seems they did not improve anything about take out orders. I ordered pizza at 15:50pm in a sunny Monday; and right now it is 18:00 and there is still no pizza. I called them 2 times and no answer. I wish I saw the reviews before the order but too late now. Hope it help others, just stay away ordering from this place.

Maybe don't order on a Saturday. Very bad delivery service. I got a very cold and sad pizza.

Na 22.00 besteld en pas na 45 minuten ontvangen.. de smaak was zo neutraal.. niets sprong eruit. Ik zal niet meer bestellen..

Ik bestel regelmatig en is normaal gesproken wel redelijk te doen op de wachttijd na dat is meestal +- 1 uur. Ook is er bijna geen Nederlands sprekende bezorger. Ik had vandaag de BBQ chicken besteld met aanpassingen maar daar is dus helemaal niks aan gedaan. Ik had geselecteerd verwijder ui, ik zag al gelijk dat de hele pizza gewoon vol zat met ui en de BBQ saus niet erop zat. Het eten vandaag kwam lauw aan en ook weer aan de late kant. Eerdere keren had ik al problemen met de bezorgers die geen contant wisselgeld bij zich hadden ondanks ik had vermeld in Nederlands en Engels met hoeveel we betaalde. Het word steeds slechter kwaliteit, als ik u was zou ik ergens anders bestellen.

I mean it's pizza, even if it would be completely terrible it's not bad... But these guys just can't seem to figure out that a larger pizza needs more sauce and cheese, especially if I'm specifying (and paying) for extra cheese. With a small pizzas they usually get the ratio about right, but a 'large' will always turn out more like a dry flatbread than a pizza. Real shame too, because honestly each individual ingredient does taste a bit better than the main competitors. But at least nypizza and domino's know not to go light on cheese. It’s 1.50 per topping when making your own pizza, yet they hardly put anything! I ordered 4 toppings, some slices only had cheese on them. There was also very little tomato sauce. To pay 25 euro for a single pizza and receive something prepared so carelessly was very disappointing! I would not serve a pizza like this to someone. I had assumed that there would be standards to ensure you get what you pay for. Owner replied to this review (see below) but never got back to me!

Via ubereats besteld, over 45 minuten komt er een melding chaffeur is er bijna, ik loop naar de deur krijg melding hoe was de service ? Ik denk huh, ik heb nog niks binnen ? Daarna kijk ik buiten er staat niemand bel ik via de Uber app chaffeur op ( antwoord is : heel arrogant Er is iets misgegaan ik heb de bestelling niet. ) bel ik papa johns op die melden mij dat de bestelling is opgestuurd en het risico niet bij hun ligt. Waardoor ze uiteindelijk op besluit komen mij alsnog van eten te voorzien! Uber chaffeur als je dit leest je bent een junkie !! Je hebt t zelf opgegeten kan niet anders ! Want deze mensen vana Papa johns hebben het alsnog goedgemaakt.! Bedankt mannaen top service ! Werkse

Papa Johns use to be really bad about 2 years back. But in the last 1-2 years I've noticed the customer service is getting much better and the pizzas are made much better as well. Plus they are coming out with tasty new pizzas so thats a plus. I really dont mind ordering from Papa Johns now! Good competition to Dominos ( which sucks now ) .. keep it up !

They need to sort out whoever is in charge and get deliveries to you in a reasonable time. I've found you often have to call up to get them to remember to deliver your order. Other than that the food is ok

We ordered pizza for 7.00 pm and it was on our door at 6.59pm. They are really punctual :) Taste was average but delivery was on time and pizza was really hot, like they take out pizzas from oven just in front of our house.

Lekkere pizza's maar bezorging is 4 op de 5 keer (veel) te laat. Vandaag niet binnen 30 minuten maar wordt nu al snel 75 minuten (hopelijk, want we wachten nog steeds)

Snel tijdens het maken van de pizza's. Vriendelijk en ook nog smakelijk. Wel alleen engels sprekende medewerkers.

Heerlijke pizza. Zal hier zeker vaker bestellen!

Sinds de heropening van Papa John's op de Johan Huizingalaan is het filiaal achteruit gegaan. Meeste van het personeel spreekt geen Nederlands, wat niet erg is, en ook heel gebrekkig Engels. Daarnaast stonden wij 15 minuten te wachten op onze bestelling die allang al klaar was en onder de warmtelamp lag. Pas nadat ik aan de caissière vroeg hoelang het nog ging duren kwamen ze de pizza's brengen. En ik mis de knoflooksaus en peper bij alle pizza's die ik heb besteld. Erg jammer, ik ga hier geen pizza meer bestellen.

Ben blij dat ze nieuwe eigenaren hebben, eten is altijd geweldig geweest maar bij het bezorgen schoot het nog wel vaak tekort. Was er nu snel en lekker gegeten!

I just enjoyed one of your peproni pizzas--it was one of the best pizzas I've had in a very long time. The crust is delicious and all of the toppings were fresh --and delicious!
