Domino's Pizza in Kalkwijk

Unbelievable! This is the umpteenth time this has happened. The first four times I thought, "Oh, there must be something going on, busy, my pants aren't on, or stress, whatever," but today I thought, "No, I'm done!" I walked in and a couple was standing there, blocking my way through. The staff said nothing, completely ignored me, not a hello or good evening, nothing. I saw them get a pizza and leave, no thank you, no goodbye, nothing. It was like a funeral. For the first time, I saw a machine where you have to order yourself. Horrible! Even less or no contact, still no one says anything, I'm stuck in the machine, I see a girl rolling dough and I will never forget the look on her face, the look that says "I don't want to be here but I can't find another job" a sad, tired look that stares hopelessly into space while kneading the dough, I literally felt sorry for her, I asked for help, everyone looked at me but turned around and ignored me, a delivery person came to me but shook his head no I don't understand I don't know anything, and looked at his colleague with a panicked look of can you... the girl who was kneading was the closest, so she looked really angry with a strange look of what "what don't you understand" I tried to explain to her that I wanted a thin pizza she kept looking at me with a difficult look and babbled that that was the size, she had no idea so what I asked, I thought never mind, I tried something else but changed my mind, what am I doing here these people ignore you treat you like you're an idiot and I'm going to order something here, the taste and desire disappeared I called home to say there was no pizza tonight, which was a shame. When I left, no one asked if I'd managed to order... such a shame, it always happens here. I wonder if the owner knows... but we come here... oh well... not anymore... no one notices... or cares...!

Price isn't everything, but in this case it is. For that price, you get a pizza-sized piece of dough, some onion, and a package. A disappointment.

For online ordering this is by far the best Domino's location I've tried!

Didn't get my food didn't get my money back never ordering from here again

16 year old children talking street language on the phone, wrong order and then when it is resolved after half an hour of discussion, we got the wrong pizza AGAIN. Wrong order the other day. It's really sad that things can never go well here. Never experienced this with dominoes.

The delivery time was half an hour after the stated time even though I paid extra for fast delivery! Then there is the fact that our food was almost cold and still a bit lukewarm!!

Unfortunately, Domino's Hoogezand has decided to no longer deliver to Sappemeer Noord. I called the back and the friendly young lady indeed told me that our address had been removed. She didn't really know why, but she suspects it has to do with the cycling times. We have about 3.6 km, according to Google Maps 12 minutes. Imagine...! Just checked in the banking app: more than €450 was transferred to Domino's Hoogezand last year. Too bad but unfortunately. If Domino's doesn't want our money, it will go to another restaurant/company.

Normal pizzeria. Unfortunately no seating options. All dishes are for take away only. Small drawback: nobody speaks German. But everything is delicious.

Pizzas are what you would expect from Domino's. However, the couriers (drivers) are less sane. Full throttle everywhere, you park in, but they quickly pass by and don't even mention how they put the bicycles and scooters in front of the building. I recently had to put bicycles aside to allow the stroller to pass, but next time I'll throw them onto the road as they don't do anything with them.

Super bad thing, have to wait 1 hour for the pizza without communication without a single call. I have never experienced such bad dominoes as in Hoogezand. Not friendly, super stingy, they only want to accept 1 delivery, I would advise against it to everyone

Didn't receive what we ordered in store. Maybe because the pizza chef was too busy on his mobile phone with private conversations (about holidays)? Constantly moving his hand from pizza to his mobile/beard and back again, not very hygienic, but also causing wrong orders. The box with mini pizza did not contain a mini pizza but a folded fajita-like something. Not what we ordered. In the other box we ordered buffalo wings, but we received legs and wings that came out of the oven (not the crispy buffalo wings we ordered). The chicken kebab had 2 small sprigs of garlic sauce. Pictures of this look very different. Very disappointed, when ordering later in the evening it usually goes well. I really think that it was due to the unhygienic calling from the pizza maker; I'm not the biggest complainer, but the combination of everything has made me decide to re-write this review, after I left a 5 star review a while ago. [Edit] I only noticed now: the boxes were supposed to cost €8.99, but as can be seen on the receipt, some euros have been added!

The best boy was 5 minutes late and showered me with apologies. Very respectful young man who indicated that he was having some problems with the phone. The Thick Shakes he left behind were very tasty!

I just ordered from here and the food arrived quickly which I'm happy with. Not only was the delivery time not fast, but how the pizza was made was also not in a positive way: The points were mixed up, leaving small points and the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. The icing on the cake was the hair in the pizza funghi. I can understand one and wouldn't make a fuss about it, but there were a total of 4 and that goes over my head.

Slechte hygiëne, rommelig op de vloer bij de domino, prullenbakken vol.

Eten besteld via Thuisbezorgd bij dit filiaal van Domino’s. Er was iets fout gegaan in de communicatie van TB richting Domino’s, want zij hadden de bestelling niet ontvangen. Domino’s kon geen passende oplossing vinden en verwees mij door naar TB. Medewerker was onbeleefd, bood geen service maar hing brutaal de telefoon op. Zeer slechte service want heb voor niets zitten wachten op eten.

Je betaald statiegeld over blikjes waar geen statiegeld op zit. Het personeel wist niet dat gebeurde..

Zojuist wat te eten besteld bij domino’s prima te doen maar waar ik echt tevreden over ben is het…. Personeel! Onze bezorger(ster) had een ongeluk toen zij onze pizza’s wou bezorgen. Maar toch heeft dit haar er niet van weerhouden om de pizza’s toch te bezorgen! Dat noem ik nou nog eens klant is koning. En dat met gevaar voor eigen leven, verdubbelen dat salaris domino’s!

Domino was top en vriendelijk want voor. domino bezorger kwam was er eerst nog een bezorger van een ander eten bezorger die vond ik niet vriendelijk want het leek net of diegene een pakketje bezorgde ,

Pizza afgehaald, was een foutje in de computer ontstaan waardoor de bestelling niet klaar was. Heel netjes opgelost door de medewerker en achteraf door de vestigingsmanager. Pizza was erg lekker!

Op zich prima pizza. Geen plek om ter plaatse te gaan eten.

Met domino's zal ik altijd afhalen of bezorgen want er is geen plek om te zitten. Verder is het eten prima. Als je de kip een beetje langer er in wil dan kan dat. Goede service dus. Komt ook op tijd voor de deur met bezorgen dus dat is fijn! Ik moet wel zeggen dat ze een beetje gierig zijn met de toppings hier

Pizza zoals je mag verwachten bij Domino's. €4,95 voor een prima hap.

Kurze Wartezeit, lecker und heiß. Sehr freundliche und geduldige Mitarbeiter:innen. Jederzeit wieder.

Wel jammer dat de acties vaak niet gelden voor de vegan kaas pizza's. Verder vind ik domino's echt super 😎😊. Heerlijke pizza's en de kaneelbroodjes zijn ook zo lekker.

Als je van goedkoop houd prima, maar verwacht dan geen typisch italiaanse kwaliteit, daarvoor kun je beter deurtje verder gaan. Tot 2x toe hier besteld, maar viel ons en zelfs de kinderen erg tegen. Over smaak valt te twisten uiteraard. En ik denk voor de kleine beurs heel prima.

Normaal is alles altijd prima, maar vandaag was mijn pizza belegd met véél te veel bbq saus en daardoor niet te eten.
