Never order a delivery from this place

Ordered here tonight via Thuisbezorgd. After an hour and a half the food still wasn't there, so I called to ask where it was. On the phone they said the food was ready and would be there in a few minutes. After half an hour it still wasn't there, so I called again and was snapped at by the operator. When the food finally arrived (after two hours!) it was cold and no compensation. Terrible experience!

I recently came here with my brother because we heard through the grapevine that it was a good place to eat. Once we arrived we were received nicely and it was our turn soon despite the many customers. The food didn't take very long to make but I could taste that it was made with love and passion. The man behind the counter was cheerful and made a few funny jokes. The food was great, the employees were friendly and fast, which means a big 10+ for the entire experience! If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely come back!!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Ordered at 6:08 PM and was supposed to be delivered at 7:15 PM. At 7:35 PM there was still nothing, so I called. We were told there was no chicken doner. Well then you could have called, but okay. Then just have shawarma. We ask what time it will be delivered since they are already late. They say, if you already keep me from my work, it will be even later. Not customer friendly at all! We indicated that we wanted our food delivered at 8:10 PM, and you guessed it, nothing was delivered. We called again at 8:20 PM and they simply told us that they had not started it at all because they were not going to make it and otherwise we would have told them that they could take it with them again. Nice then! So we waited even longer while they didn't even bother to deliver it!! It's nice if you have visitors there and you don't get any food. Didn't have a nice telephone conversation, they are not customer friendly at all and the only thing you get to hear when you order again is you get a free coke! The pizzas are always very good, sometimes a bit on the greasy side, but otherwise fine. However, the garlic sauce has already been forgotten twice when ordering, this was not an issue before.

Then we were called that they had made a mistake (that can happen), then they said that we could have a hair salon for the same price as a shawarma dish (so we paid even more). We have often ordered food from Habibi and were always satisfied. However, things have deteriorated considerably lately. Ordered food tonight... Wrong pizza delivered and instead of shawarma we received chicken doner. When you call, they ask what they can actually do for you... Uhhhh maybe deliver the right order?! Finally we called again to say that we didn't want it anymore... because then half of the family would not eat until much later.. I finally wanted to start my pizza... I have some sticky wet piece of dough in the box.. Pfff.. So this was the last time I ordered from habibi...

Today I ordered Turkish sandwiches with Turkish sausage and cheese, but there was hardly any toppings and the roti was just chicken with potatoes, beans that were not properly cooked and what looked like oily drippings instead of tasty sauce.. I'm used to so much better from them, such a shame

Ordered via home delivery and had to wait 2 hours for our food. We called after an hour and were lied to that they were packing and that it was coming. The food was cold, did not meet the stated adjustments, fries were very greasy and the order was incomplete. When we called the company again, we were told that no form of compensation was possible. We were also told that if we didn't like the food, we would have to order somewhere else. This is the second time we have had to wait so long (we picked it up ourselves last time) and we will certainly not order from here again.

The service is very bad! We ask how many people 1 mixed grill is for and we get the answer for 3-4 people. We then ordered 2 mixed grills, we get home and then we see that it is only just for 2 people. We also indicated that there were 6 of us and we only received 2 sandwiches and 2 mini bags of potatoes. Finally inside that concrete slab: That's where the party starts. A good pizza has a good edge, not one that is charred and so hard you can break your teeth on it. Furthermore: toppings not well distributed, on one side there is meat, on the other side there is plenty of unwanted veggie. I ordered fish/meat, but because the food was so dry and impossible to chop, the fish also turned out to be gone: nowhere to be found. In other words: A bite of desert sand is better than this junk. The pieces of the edge of the pizza look exactly like plywood. Looks nice, but you shouldn't want to eat it. Or: you don't want pieces of coal from the wood stove either. Next time I order food, I'm going to order edible food that I can eat completely, including pizza edge, because that's what I paid for too. #notip

I used to be quite pleased with this company, but lately I just haven't been at all. Last time I ordered a Turkish toasted sandwich, it was still completely raw and I had to put it in the oven myself to warm it up a bit, other than that there was only a lot of lettuce in it and the cheese and meat were almost impossible to find, it was just disgusting... Today I wanted to give them another chance and ordered a pizza, ticked the box that I wanted extra toppings (so paid extra for it) and wrote in the comments that I wanted salami with it... When it arrived there was no salami on it... Called to ask what happened and told me that they don't read the comment and throw extra cheese on it while there is no extra cheese on it... so I paid more for nothing... In any case, I won't order from here again ....

Was een beetje huiverig om te bestellen vanwege sommige reviews. Ik wou rond 18:00 eten dus heb de bestelling op 17:45 gezet. Precies om 17:46 ging de deurbel, en het eten was nog heerlijk ook. Kregen ongevraagd extra gratis knoflooksaus, dikke 10 voor mij.

Ik kwam uiteraard voor het eten. En dat is goed. Wordt met zorg bereid, waardoor het wat langer duurde dan normaal. Personeel mag wel wat attenter zijn. Er wordt door sommige niet gegroet bij binnenkomst en je moet zelf roepen om geholpen te worden.

Ik neem aan dat deze winkel op dit moment in verbouwing is? Omdat je de toilet voor gasten niet kan doorspoelen(!) Het eten is oké. Maar ik snap niet waarom er snackbar-snacks op het menu staan voor een buitenlandse tent. Voor de rest is het interieur wel netjes en geeft het een leuke sfeer, maar ik moet wel zeggen dat er best veel spinnenwebben en stof in de lucht hangt. Achja.

Erg dubbel. Club van jonge jongens die de pizzaindustrie hebben ontdekt als inkomstenbron. Erg wisselend. De ene keer prima pizza's en vlotte service, de andere keer is het een stuk minder. Vergeten toppings, verbrande pizza's en zeer lange wachttijden. Ik zou ze dan ook niet durven aan bevelen maar haal zelf regelmatig wat af.

Bestel hier vaker en de ene keer is het eten echt top. Maar de afgelopen keren alleen maar aangebrande pizza's, broodjes etc. Ik had gevraagd of ik het turkse broodje zonder salade kon omdat ik allergisch ben voor ijsbergsla en toch komt het elke keer met salade, kan ik het hele broodje weggooien zonde van het geld. Jammer! Verder is het personeel top en een snelle bezorging.

Vanavond voor het eerst 5 kapsalon speciaal besteld bij Ja habibi. Het was verrukkelijk en voldoende porties. Wij bestellen hier zeker weer!
