Pickup took 20 minutes, so perfect, and the food was good. The atmosphere inside is somewhat uninviting.

Yes, Habibi was always good. But lately the food is often cold and the sauce or drink is often forgotten. Gave another chance. Ordered in advance at 12:13 for the earliest possible delivery time (16:45). After calling, it wasn't delivered until 17:30. 45 minutes late without any form of communication.

First and last order here. We ordered 3 different kapsalons, but none of them were nearly inedible. We were surprised beforehand by the fast delivery; the order was supposed to be ready after an hour, but was delivered within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, this turned out not to be a plus point. The potato wedges and fries were soft and not warm. They were certainly not freshly fried; they simply had leftovers from previous orders ready. The kapsalon with chicken doner might have been just barely edible, but the kapsalon with shawarma was really not tasty. Unfortunately, wasted money. Although we were very hungry, our order went straight into the trash after a few bites. Never ordering here again. Shame.

I hadn't eaten here for years because I didn't think the food was that good back then. Today I picked up roti with prawns and it was incredibly tasty, very well seasoned. Pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be picking up food more often 😊

After ordering something without cheese for the umpteenth time, I got it with cheese again. Called for a solution, but they just didn't answer. And yes, it might be just before closing time, but take a look at the receipt to see what was ordered, man. It's the same old story with you guys every time. I've been ordering here for a few years, but now I'm really completely done with this company. Went back the next day with the pizza that hadn't been eaten because someone isn't allowed to eat cheese. And still making a fuss. You know what, fine. We will never, ever order here again. A real shame. The food used to be fine. It has really gone downhill over the last year. I hope you guys do something about this. Reading the other reviews, this isn't good. You really need to learn how to read the orders. Unbelievable. Lost a loyal customer!

We ordered here for years. After having really bad food a few times, for which no solution was offered, we didn't order anything here for a long time. Now, after a long time, we decided to give it one more try. After waiting 1.5 hours, you get 3 cold pizzas with 4 pieces of bell pepper and almost no onion on them. The other 2 were just as bad. This was truly the last time for us.

We also order those delicious pizzas here every now and then. What I find a pity is that when we ordered Pizza Dinamite in the beginning, it was really spicy. Over the past few years, it has become less and less spicy. So we just bought hot pepper sauce ourselves.

Picked up once and had it delivered once. Picking up took an hour before it was ready. The roti was mainly salty and mediocre in taste. The pizza turned out to be the wrong one. The second time, the food was lukewarm. The döner tasted like it came from a jar of Verstegen, and the bread was tough.

What a shitty atmosphere, you were called out on the bell, absolutely no customer loyalty and some tramp who belongs there. Won't come here again. Pizza inedible. Toilet completely clogged, had to pee outside on the street, got a hefty fine for it on the street. Not recommended.

Very poor order at 6:32 PM. They said it would be ready in half an hour. We went at 7:55 PM and it wasn't ready until 8 PM. What a shame.

Ordered food for delivery at 4:30 PM. As soon as possible (5:45 PM). 6:05 PM: Still no food. I called and was told the delivery person would be at the door any minute. Okay, we'll see him later. Called again at 6:40 PM. The delivery person couldn't find it, and they said they'd sent him again. At 6:50 PM, the delivery person was at the door. I complained to him as well. I ordered a doner sandwich here today, but what I got was absolutely awful. Look at the picture; it's 80% bread and 20% filling. Nobody wants to eat this. When you order a sandwich, you expect it to look decent with plenty of meat and vegetables. This is simply not right. I called them immediately and explained that this wasn't possible. They said they would bring a new sandwich. When the delivery driver arrived, he casually stated that the larger sandwich was bigger, but the amount of meat remained the same. That's completely illogical. If I'm paying more, it should have more meat. I paid €8.50 for this sandwich alone. For that price, I can get much better food in so many places. Better filling, better flavor, and just nicely made. I'm writing this so people know what they're spending their money on. Think twice before ordering from here, because this is a waste of money.

We've been ordering pizza from Ja Habibi occasionally for years. Today we enjoyed delicious, hot pizzas again. The expected delivery time was an hour, but the friendly delivery driver was at our door within 50 minutes. Highly recommended!

Never order a delivery from this place

Ordered here tonight via Thuisbezorgd. After an hour and a half the food still wasn't there, so I called to ask where it was. On the phone they said the food was ready and would be there in a few minutes. After half an hour it still wasn't there, so I called again and was snapped at by the operator. When the food finally arrived (after two hours!) it was cold and no compensation. Terrible experience!

We ordered a pizza at 6:00 PM. Just call around delivery time 50 minutes 7:15 PM. Where our pizza has gone, we have been waiting longer and the visit time indicates 50 minutes. I recently came here with my brother because we heard through the grapevine that it was a good place to eat. Once we arrived we were received nicely and it was our turn soon despite the many customers. The food didn't take very long to make but I could taste that it was made with love and passion. The man behind the counter was cheerful and made a few funny jokes. The food was great, the employees were friendly and fast, which means a big 10+ for the entire experience! If I'm ever in the area again I will definitely come back!!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star!! Ordered at 6:08 PM and was supposed to be delivered at 7:15 PM. At 7:35 PM there was still nothing, so I called. We were told there was no chicken doner. Well then you could have called, but okay. Then just have shawarma. We ask what time it will be delivered since they are already late. They say, if you already keep me from my work, it will be even later. Not customer friendly at all! We indicated that we wanted our food delivered at 8:10 PM, and you guessed it, nothing was delivered. We called again at 8:20 PM and they simply told us that they had not started it at all because they were not going to make it and otherwise we would have told them that they could take it with them again. Nice then! So we waited even longer while they didn't even bother to deliver it!! It's nice if you have visitors there and you don't get any food. Didn't have a nice telephone conversation, they are not customer friendly at all and the only thing you get to hear when you order again is you get a free coke! Yes, you can keep it, we will never order from here again!!!

Wrong pizza delivered and instead of shawarma we received chicken doner. When you call, they ask what they can actually do for you... Uhhhh maybe deliver the right order?! Finally we called again to say that we didn't want it anymore... because then half of the family would not eat until much later.. I finally wanted to start my pizza... Today I ordered Turkish sandwiches with Turkish sausage and cheese, but there was hardly any toppings and the roti was just chicken with potatoes, beans that were not properly cooked and what looked like oily drippings instead of tasty sauce.. I'm used to so much better from them, such a shame

Ordered via home delivery and had to wait 2 hours for our food. We called after an hour and were lied to that they were packing and that it was coming. The food was cold, did not meet the stated adjustments, fries were very greasy and the order was incomplete. When we called the company again, we were told that no form of compensation was possible. We were also told that if we didn't like the food, we would have to order somewhere else. This is the second time we have had to wait so long (we picked it up ourselves last time) and we will certainly not order from here again.

The service is very bad! We ask how many people 1 mixed grill is for and we get the answer for 3-4 people. We then ordered 2 mixed grills, we get home and then we see that it is only just for 2 people. We also indicated that there were 6 of us and we only received 2 sandwiches and 2 mini bags of potatoes. Then we call habibi and we get a big mouth. He also said “if you are not satisfied, go somewhere else!” And he also began to raise his voice. This is very unfortunate. NONDE (no gravy, French style). Ordered pizza, it would arrive within an hour, but within which hour was not stated on the site or tracker. Finally inside that concrete slab: That's where the party starts. A good pizza has a good edge, not one that is charred and so hard you can break your teeth on it. Furthermore: toppings not well distributed, on one side there is meat, on the other side there is plenty of unwanted veggie. I ordered fish/meat, but because the food was so dry and impossible to chop, the fish also turned out to be gone: nowhere to be found. In other words: A bite of desert sand is better than this junk. The pieces of the edge of the pizza look exactly like plywood. Looks nice, but you shouldn't want to eat it. Or: you don't want pieces of coal from the wood stove either. Next time I order food, I'm going to order edible food that I can eat completely, including pizza edge, because that's what I paid for too. #notip
