Domino's Pizza in Centrum

Not much can go wrong with the food itself. But unfortunately the service is. Pizzas are not ready at the time ordered, wrong order. And the young staff behind the counter all seem to be working there for the first time

Lately the pizzas have arrived cold at home. In addition, you have to be patient, because it won't take less than 1 hour before you receive your pizzas. There's something going on every time. Last time I order here!

Order here often, but lately something has always been wrong. The onions on the pizza dog are almost always forgotten. The delivery person recently dropped our shake, so we have to wait to see if it will be delivered again. Also on a recent Friday we had to wait over 2 hours and the restaurant was not reachable by phone so we didn't know what was going on.

In a word terrible, Ordered food at half past four to be delivered for half past six, an hour and fifteen minutes later, I still haven't received my food, so I went to the store to cancel the order! This is the last time I order anything from Domino's!

I ordered a pizza for 6:15 PM I see in the app that it will be delivered at 7:30 PM, you call and you get a woman on the phone who is completely busy with something else. I want to cancel it, she says that it can only be arranged tomorrow.

Do you know Murphy's law? It was invented by this branch! Ordered at 4:15 PM for delivery at 7:15 PM. Called around 7.45 pm to ask where our order was, it arrived shortly, they had been able to prepare for 3 hours but that was apparently not enough. At 8 p.m. the delivery person finally arrived at the door. Bite 1 from my daughter....a hair in the pizza bah bah, bite 2 was a bite of the crispy chicken for which we had paid extra for the crispy...guess what...nothing crispy about that whole chicken. Well, don't complain, but eating can happen, right? After dinner the dessert we were looking forward to, the chocolate pizza! There was the kicker...bare cinna sticks in the box, where was the paste??? Open the box further and yes, the chocolate spread was spread wonderfully on the lid of the box, so unfortunately it went straight into the trash. Never again Dominoes from this branch for us

I would like to express my dissatisfaction about a recurring problem when ordering a drink at your branch in Spijkenisse. Unfortunately, this has happened more than ten times, and I find it very disappointing that this is always not resolved properly. With my last order I asked for a Fernandez red, my favorite drink. To my surprise I received a call informing me that this drink was not available. I was then told I could choose another drink. I opted for a Red Bull, but this was also refused, which I find downright ridiculous. The other drinks I was given to choose from are not what I want. Moreover, it has often happened that a random drink is delivered without consultation, which is of course not the intention at all. In other cases I was called and I could simply choose a Red Bull as an alternative. It seems to me a minimum expectation that if a branch does not have its stock in order, they will respond to the customer in a customer-friendly manner.

Ordered food at 5 p.m. and indicated that it should be delivered at 7 p.m., then the food did not arrive until 7:50 p.m.

Quick and simple food. No culinary delights or anything like that. System is order and go.

After waiting more than 1 hour and 20 minutes and calling many times to find out where our 2 pizzas were, we finally got them delivered. 1 was good but lukewarm and the other was completely through the box (seemed like it had been thrown in) I called again and was helped very poorly and rudely by "the manager" again had to wait 30 minutes for a new pizza.. this is the umpteenth time that it has happened lasts longer than an hour, but this was absolutely bad!!!

Ordered by telephone and would be ready at 7 p.m. When we come in, we find all very young people there, no managers at all, but it will be good. After 10 minutes I asked if the order was ready, because the customers were completely ignored. Yes, it was going to take at least another 20 minutes. Unfortunately, it only got busier and the time got longer and longer. After more than half an hour we decided to get something else. No one took or could take the lead. Then we also took a break. Anyway, the staff really can't do anything about it, they do their best, but add someone who knows how it all works, this really can't be very dissatisfied with the way things are going.

Ordered pizzas at 6:20 PM, the app was already acting strange. I called at 6:57 PM to see if the order had gone through. That was the case and according to the employee it would take another fifteen minutes before it would be delivered. I told the children that. The pizza was finally delivered at 7:46 PM. Then be honest and say that it will certainly take another 45 minutes. In any case, it's bizarrely long to wait an hour and a half for your order. Tip was already included in the ideal payment. So I'll never do that again. You should earn a tip. That was certainly not the case now..... tip for everyone.

Had to wait 2 hours for food several times (single pizza). If you called for more information and a solution for the '+€2 priority' you had, you were immediately hung up and had to wait. Complaint filed but never received a response. All in all: you don't have to worry about service and the food isn't worth the long wait, especially for these prices these days.

Horrible. Ordered 2 pizzas well in advance for half past 7 and still had to wait half an hour in the restaurant.

Appointed a time by telephone to pick up the order at 6:15 PM. The employee made sure that the order was ready around that time. I walk into the store at 6:05 PM and the order was already ready. They should just accept cash. Money is a means of exchange and maintains this as well. I will remove the review when standard cash is accepted again.

Sorry, but bad at most. The food was 15-20 minutes late, and they forgot the sauce???!!! I also paid for extra toppings that were not included... far too expensive a joke for something so bad... Oh and the receipt wasn't included either🙃

Bad serves. I've been coming here for years now, never had any problems, but in the last year everything has been going wrong. Now, 5 times now, you come into the store and receive your order and then have to indicate that half of it is missing. And the things that are prepared lack sauces and extra paid toppings. This tent is nothing compared to the past. No more attention for the customer and orders at all. Major disappointment

Ordered Cheesybread 3 times, but received 2 and 1 cinastix, the order was incorrect. We contacted the Spijkenisse Gorsstraat branch by telephone at 9:20 PM, they informed us that a new one is arriving. Then called from 9:45 PM. Phone was not answered. Also tried calling until 10:00 PM, but the store closes after that. I don't think this is service, it's very bad that a promise is made for a subsequent delivery, then it can no longer be reached by telephone at all, and no correct order or solution has been received.

All lukewarm cold pizza at home. (Live 2 minutes behind the Domino's) When you call them, an employee is still difficult... worst service ever. I don't want cold pizza.

Delivery on app was 40 minutes. It arrived after 120 minutes. First and last order.

Everytime I order here they mess up. Just order somewhere else. And they ain't cheap.

Last week, after a long time, we got pizzas here again, but unfortunately they were not of the quality we were used to before. The base and crust were tough and the amount of ingredients was also very disappointing, as if the pizzas were a bit worn out. This was the last time for a while, maybe we will try again in a while to check whether this was an incident or whether it is structural, that would be a great shame.

Dominos Spijkenisse ...... We have never eaten such a bad/dirty pizza. You eat more dough than cheese and the pizza is cold. It also tastes like cardboard... And the price is also outrageously high. 30 euros for 3 small pizzas. 👎👎

And after waiting 10 minutes we were told that they had lost our order/had not received it. Very strange because we were not asked what had been ordered. After being promised 3 times that it would take 5 minutes, the order was placed on top. If it was the first time this had happened to me then okay, but this was already the 3rd time that mistakes had been made. And then the comment that it couldn't have happened on Sunday because that's when she always worked. Well, even then our order was nowhere to be found. Friendly staff, places to sit down and eat your pizza, large clean toilets. Easy to order pizza via the app, website or on site. 9.5 out of 10 times the pizzas are delicious. A soft, thick base and a wonderfully soft crust. Toping (can be) done completely according to your choice. Or you choose a standard pizza. Too bad the drinks are so expensive. Water more expensive than coke/orange

I don't know if it's a rule with gloves, BUT I think it's really gross to go to the toilet or to put a new BAG in the TRASH BIN with GLOVES ON and then you wash your hands WITH gloves on and then you go making/touching pizza or sandwiches. That's very dirty, we will NEVER come back!
