Ordered once, satisfied, thought I would order again after a few times, very dissatisfied, rude staff, a lady on the phone who also lies and if you are right, she just puts you on hold without saying anything.

Ordered a small kapsalon and had it delivered. It was delicious, well-prepared, and delivered on time. It was really small, though. Ambience isn't relevant when it's delivered.

Mix of cold and lukewarm food. No idea what the lamb shawarma is. Long wait. No problem if it's busy. But let me know when you can't handle the orders. Don't make me pay full price for a cold delivery. Yuck. I'm not a fan of giving a 1, but I think this is really messy and doesn't care about the customer.

I ordered online and finally got food after 110 minutes, unfortunately it was cold and the potato slices were fries. I told the delivery person that it was a shame it took so long, he said he couldn't speak Dutch very well, so you have to make do with it, so I won't be ordering online anymore, but I do eat in the store, everything is fine there.

Clean and spacious interior. Superb service, very friendly, and, last but not least, simply delicious food. The price-quality ratio couldn't be better; the portions are truly enormous. We waited 10 minutes for two dishes that we couldn't even finish. Then, a house dessert was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to you too.

I ordered four kapsalons from here. It took two hours. It's a 15-minute drive from there to my house. I called three times in total, and three different people answered. Each time, they said they were on their way and they'd be there soon. Another woman said, "I don't know how busy the road is." Even then, it shouldn't take two hours. The last time I called, they said it just left and it would take about 10 minutes. The food was cold. Very strange service. Last time here. Edit after Atlantis's response: Well, I don't think the bridge was open for two hours. And making four identical kapsalons takes a maximum of 30 minutes (if you're slow). Don't blame the bridge.

I've ordered from here regularly and the food is always excellent and delicious. Yesterday around 10:15 PM, I ordered just Ben & Jerry's ice cream, but unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour and a half for just two tubs of ice cream for €24. I expected it to be delivered a bit faster. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, but this time the delivery was very disappointing.

The atmosphere in this restaurant is always great. I used to go to Atlantis when I was going out. I'm a bit older now, but those times were golden. Don't forget the food, because it's always been delicious, and the staff is always friendly.

The delivery driver didn't read the description with the correct number, then got "frustrated" and felt the need to bang on the door in the middle of the night while people were asleep. He then left the food hanging on the door. We grabbed the food, and the delivery driver had already left, okay? Then we were upstairs, and the door was banged on again, and he drove off. I called and was told I understood, he was just "frustrated." Excuse me? Where is the customer first? That's not how you treat your customers. And I see I'm not the only one with this opinion. I would definitely look for a different delivery driver, because that's how you lose customers. And what might be helpful is just reading the order description, which every restaurant does! It's not that hard; it's on the receipt at the bottom!

We hadden eten besteld via de website en een tijdslot gekozen waarin we het eten wilden ontvangen. Uiteindelijk kwam het eten 1,5 uur nadat het tijdslot was afgelopen en was de helft van de bestelling er. Tijdens het wachten het restaurant gebeld maar de bezorger was pas net onderweg en ze wisten niet hoelang het ging duren want het was erg druk (dinsdag avond om 20:30) . Bij het ontvangen van de halve bestelling gevraagd waar de rest is maar het lag niet in de auto dus ik moest bellen naar het restaurant. Tijdens het bellen gevraagd naar leidinggevende voor compensatie en of de rest van de bestelling nog zou komen. Na een half uur kregen me de rest van de bestelling + 1 blikje cola en ben & Jerry’s ijs. Het eten zelf was gelukkig prima. Het personeel werd gelukkig niet boos en was in staat om te helpen.

Kapsalon is without tomato, without cucumber and without onion. Garlic sauce is extremely little. Ordered one without lettuce, did not go well. They could not solve it now. But they did offer to make it right with a next order. That will definitely not be a kapsalon anymore!
