Tasty food. Portions are large, but that is not a negative point! Cozy atmosphere.

Ordered several times before, but the last few times it has taken an hour and a half to 2+ hours every time. Thought it might be the times. But that doesn't seem to make much difference now; ordered at 11:00 PM, arrived at 12:50 AM. 1 pizza and a can of soda. Pizza almost cold....

I can say that this was the best hamburger and pizza I've ever eaten in Rotterdam.I will definitely go again.

Scandalous service, I won't order here again What terrible service. You don't make a customer wait 45 minutes only to call later to say that a dish (the lamb chops) is unavailable. Pass this on immediately so that you, as a customer, can order somewhere else. Very customer-unfriendly!

The delivery person didn't show up, was at the wrong house (read: school), claimed to have called me 7 times, my phone didn't ring, and when I called the Atlantis store, the man then asked if I wanted to come by and threatened to give me a beating because he believes I am telling lies. Furthermore, this man is not open to reason and proceeds to state that I am a moron. I must not forget that the conversation started with "I made a chargeback," which I actually already found to be a strange starting point. Furthermore, I hope the food was tasty for everyone else, because there was no love involved during this session. Likewise, in the reply, the customer is accused of spreading a lie; it is just that I cannot add an audio message.

Top restaurant, a very warm and atmospheric place. The food was genuinely delicious, and the service was really top-notch too. Highly recommended for a bite to eat if you happen to be in Spijkenisse or the area ;) Extra compliments to the dishwasher and the owner :)

We had a delicious kapsalon, my husband had a mixed grill, and as the icing on the cake, we got a tiramisu on the house! The place looks cozy and the service is friendly; we love coming here!

Ordered pizza and received the wrong one. Called and was treated rudely, with the statement that they were the right ones. Even sent photos via app saying "look, this isn't like the picture," yet they still denied it. Well, that's it. We ordered and ate there regularly, but that's over. They have lost a good customer. I do not wish to be treated like a piece of dirt.

According to Thuisbezorgd, it took around 20 to 25 minutes. In the end, I had to wait almost 2 hours. The food itself was tasteless; it didn't even taste like pizza, but like cardboard. After calling once, I was told that they were busy and that it would take about half an hour before it could be delivered. After waiting 45 minutes, I called again; the first answer I received was: "you keep calling." This made my patience run even shorter, and I wanted to tell my story. However, I eventually got a different employee on the phone. They kindly informed me that they were on their way. However, it took another 20 minutes since the last call. Definitely not satisfied with either the service or the food!

Placed a timed order for 5:15 PM, and your food is hung on the door at 4:45 PM while you aren't home. You didn't place a timed order for nothing; it even literally says on the receipt: ATTENTION: THIS IS A TIMED ORDER. When I got home, my €25.91 order was hanging on the door in the cold rain. I called immediately, and they said, "Yes, we called you when we were at the door; you should have been home." How convenient; I didn't specify a delivery time of 5:15 PM for nothing. The person on the phone said I should send a WhatsApp message and they would look into how to resolve this, but after 24 hours I still hadn't received a response. I sent another message saying I found it scandalous that there was no response, and that I wouldn't be ordering from here again, and then you just get a thumbs-up sent back. Well, sorry, but that's not how you solve things. Worse than bad, the way you treat your customers.

Had a delicious meal at Atlantis Spijkenisse! What a top-notch experience again at Atlantis in Spijkenisse. As always, the food was excellently presented and prepared with love. We opted for the Happy Mix and it was truly amazing: a generous platter full of perfectly grilled ribs, tender seasoned meat, and a fresh salad with red cabbage, carrot, cucumber, and tomato. Everything tasted fantastic and the portions are more than generous; you really get your money's worth. The rice with peas as a side dish was nice and fluffy and flavorful, and the fries were crispy as they should be. A complete meal that leaves you with a big smile on your face. The icing on the cake was the tiramisu we received on the house, a lovely gesture that is characteristic of the hospitality here. That personal attention really makes the difference. The atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy and relaxed, and the service is attentive and friendly. Atlantis Spijkenisse remains highly recommended for anyone who loves good food in a pleasant setting. We will definitely be back!

I called yesterday to ask where my order was. It was already ready, but I had to wait for a delivery driver who wouldn't arrive for another 20 minutes. In short, when he arrived, the box already felt cold, so the pizza was cold. I just had to warm it up myself. A bit of a shame.

I placed an order, and after waiting an hour, I called the store. They said it would arrive in a few minutes and hung up immediately. An hour later, it still hasn't arrived, and they aren't answering the phone anymore. Terrible customer service, not recommended. Shameful.

Ordered a small kapsalon and had it delivered. It was delicious, well-prepared, and delivered on time. It was really small, though. Ambience isn't relevant when it's delivered.

Mix of cold and lukewarm food. No idea what the lamb shawarma is. Long wait. No problem if it's busy. But let me know when you can't handle the orders. Don't make me pay full price for a cold delivery. Yuck. I'm not a fan of giving a 1, but I think this is really messy and doesn't care about the customer.

I ordered online and finally got food after 110 minutes, unfortunately it was cold and the potato slices were fries. I told the delivery person that it was a shame it took so long, he said he couldn't speak Dutch very well, so you have to make do with it, so I won't be ordering online anymore, but I do eat in the store, everything is fine there.

I ordered four kapsalons from here. It took two hours. It's a 15-minute drive from there to my house. I called three times in total, and three different people answered. Each time, they said they were on their way and they'd be there soon. Another woman said, "I don't know how busy the road is." Even then, it shouldn't take two hours. The last time I called, they said it just left and it would take about 10 minutes. The food was cold. Very strange service. Last time here. Edit after Atlantis's response: Well, I don't think the bridge was open for two hours. And making four identical kapsalons takes a maximum of 30 minutes (if you're slow). Don't blame the bridge.

Clean and spacious interior. Superb service, very friendly, and, last but not least, simply delicious food. The price-quality ratio couldn't be better; the portions are truly enormous. We waited 10 minutes for two dishes that we couldn't even finish. Then, a house dessert was the icing on the cake. We'll definitely be back, and I recommend it to you too.

I've ordered from here regularly and the food is always excellent and delicious. Yesterday around 10:15 PM, I ordered just Ben & Jerry's ice cream, but unfortunately, I had to wait over an hour and a half for just two tubs of ice cream for €24. I expected it to be delivered a bit faster. Otherwise, nothing to complain about, but this time the delivery was very disappointing.
