Pizza Service Rossini Spijkenisse in Hoogwerf

I ordered pizzas yesterday, but the vegetables on my Rossini pizza were still rock hard (including artichokes, bell peppers, and onions), so they weren't cooked through. I'm not used to this quality. I still have a stomach ache, which I normally never get with these pizzas. We asked for them to be sliced, but we were able to do it ourselves. Too bad. I'm sorry, I can no longer respond to your detailed reply. I have irritable bowel syndrome, which generally doesn't tolerate raw or undercooked vegetables well. Often got pizzas here that were tasty. But now the base is made of cardboard and the prices have gone up considerably. In the future I'll get the pizzas somewhere else.

I ate 2 items from the menu. Pizza very average in taste. The peppers were probably cut with an ax, so large that they didn't have time to soften even in the oven. The lady taking the order was below criticism

At Rossini they have the tastiest pizzas compared to other takeaway/delivery restaurants. They are freshly made and well topped. Staff is always friendly too! The owners are very sweet and have a heart for the business!

We have ordered food here for years, but following a pleasant telephone conversation after an error on their side, we will never get food here again. Staff shouted over the phone and later shifted the blame to us via an offensive email. We placed an order online and received a message via the website that the order had failed. As a result, we placed an order in the store itself and ordered food on the spot and took it with us. More than an hour and a half later we receive a phone call telling us that our order had been available for "at least 10 minutes to pick up and where we are staying". Our story was explained calmly over the telephone and after this the woman started shouting over the telephone that it was our problem and that we should not make it her problem. As a result, after another quiet conversation, I hung up the phone. After this we received an email that we no longer have to order from them. Not that we still plan to do that after this “customer friendly”.

The quality of the pizza was particularly disappointing. The ham cubes were pre-packed and tasteless, the pineapple came from a can, and the base was pre-baked. The whole thing was very reminiscent of a supermarket pizza, some of which even seemed to be of better quality. Despite the friendly lady behind the counter, I will never order here again

Delivery was fine, but the pizzas were really bad. The bottom was indistinguishable from the box, it really looked like cardboard. By far the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Would have been better off with a Dr. Oetker. @Rossini, this is really not possible. This is simply theft, you really shouldn't ask for money for this. Was the first time and the last time. Pizza is in the trash.

Our favorite for many years. I've tried it elsewhere, but I always come back to Rossini. The food is always good and if something is less than it is always corrected. So, again... when our winner was a winner 😁

You don't come here to eat but to take away. If you like a good Italian pizza then you've come to the right place.

New customer. Called for more information about the difference between delivery and collection. There was no difference, just 15 minutes more time for delivery. Later it turned out that the pizzas were 5 euros more expensive per pizza for delivery!!! (ordered 3 🤨) Nothing mentioned on the phone. Called back with my complaint, was treated rudely by the lady on the phone. I should have known this...how??!! So never order here again. Customer friendly, absolutely not!

Pizzas are cheap, but inedible. Very dry and sparsely topped. If you say anything about this you will be looked at strangely. Not even worth one star purely based on the quality of the food. (haha wow your reaction to my review, I really have no idea what you are talking about, my review has nothing to do with extra toppings and fortunately I am still happily single 😉 If I may give you a tip, for having there is help from delusions)🤣

Picked up a few times now in a short period of time. Yesterday large pizza for €8.50. Very tasty and very customer friendly and good service👍🏻.

Meat on the pizza was raw and it made me sick. The staff in the store is also not customer friendly. Prices are good, but because the food made me sick, I would not recommend it.

3 Got a pizza on the recommendation of a local. The Calzone, the tonno and the Shawarma pizza tasted excellent. Only for me the pizza could have come out a little earlier, but that's how I like them. Also super friendly staff.. Definitely recommended..

Minimum delivery costs 20 Euro. Very nice if you live alone. Should I add 4 baguettes? Your salads are also inedible, so there is little left over.

An incredibly disgusting, dry factory pizza that is even too bad for the dog. The base is not freshly made, but comes straight from the freezer. The onions were dry, a big disaster. You pay the top price but then you get nothing at all. Very disappointed, especially considering the reviews from other people.
