Absolutely awful. I live relatively close, and after an hour, still nothing delivered! Nobody knows what to do when you call! After an hour, I call to say I no longer want my order and want a refund, because it's already too late... should I send an email??!! CRAZY!

Ordered pizza for 8 people from Domino's for the first time, and it was also the last time. The pizzas were delivered far too late. They didn't even tell me beforehand.

Don't order from here! I ordered a pizza yesterday at 8:00 PM, and it arrived at 10:30 PM. This happened several times a year ago, and it doesn't seem like they want to do anything about it.

A very bad experience with this Domino's. We paid €2 extra for express delivery, but the order ultimately took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive. Meanwhile, the store was unreachable by phone and our calls were even rejected. When the order finally arrived, one pizza was missing. The delivery driver said he would report this and call us back, but we never heard anything back. Disappointing service from start to finish.

Just don't order, the pizza still won't be there after 2 hours. They don't answer the phone and just push you away after a while. Truly the worst Domino's pizza place I've ever seen, and I can't believe it even exists. Oh yeah, if they do take your money and don't bring you the pizza, I understand. Damn scammers.

Ordered, received nothing, cannot be reached by phone

I ordered food from here almost three hours ago, and the home delivery app said it was delivered two hours ago. I got a call half an hour ago saying they were on their way. Are you doing well? If you can't handle the crowds, you should just close your shop or hire better staff, because this worthless mess is completely pointless.

Placed an order at 4 p.m. for delivery at 6 p.m. Still no pizza at 8 p.m. They don't know how to handle the rush; orders get mixed up. Don't order here when there's a special offer because you can wait over two hours for your pizza.

They don't know what they're doing. I've waited a total of an hour and a half since I ordered. I enter the store and find pizza boxes stacked on top of each other. There's no system for processing the receipts. Two people watch the manager sort them out. Angry people, and no one can speak to them. And finally, a girl gets spat on...

I order from this location very often and I'm always satisfied. They always deliver super fast!

Bad customer service. Was the same woman that last time, when I picked up an order, was not nice to a driver, while i was waiting for my order. Even if I had selected the free dessert, she would not give it to me. On top of this comes, that I found a hair...

There's a girl who treats customers very poorly and racistly because I don't speak the language well. I won't buy anything anymore if I see this girl in the store and she makes fun of me in front of other customers.

DO NOT ORDER!! They can't handle the crowds and are doing nothing to stop them. The pizza wasn't delivered after a three-hour wait. Now we're hoping for a refund...

Best Domino's ever!! Super sweet staff (especially Joyce). They work fast, hard, and are willing to help you if something goes wrong. Everything is simply delicious: pizza, Cinnastix, Lava... You guys are amazing 🍕❤️

It's really time you put some serious pizza makers in there, instead of relying entirely on a conveyor belt oven. Pizza dough is crucial, and yours is anything but perfectly cooked. A pizza with raw, undercooked dough just feels like a kind of porridge you have to eat—really not tasty. Every time I order a pizza from you and ask if it can be baked a little longer, I get the standard answer that it's "not possible." You know what? Keep your pizza, with your raw dough. Goodbye—and never again.

I ordered xxl and it was horrible alittle bit of paporoni and i found hair on the pizza i call them they say it is not impossible to be from us then from who and the manger are autisme she scream

Very satisfied with the employees! An error had been made in the system that meant my order did not go through. When I called and reported this, they immediately apologized and my order was delivered within 15 minutes! I also got a milkshake for the disappointment. Super nice employees! the food was good and was quite warm.

Bad experience at Domino's Marnixlaan. Staff responded completely unprofessionally to a situation involving children. Instead of showing understanding, the response was unfriendly with comments such as “This is not a daycare center.” In addition, I was completely verbally abused when I wanted to express my complaint. Respect and decency were hard to find. It clearly feels like children are not welcome here. Really disappointing behavior!

Had to wait more than 2 hours for a simple pizza order on a Thursday evening (not even the weekend). Only solution offered is to cancel the order after 2 hours instead of finally prioritizing an order placed several hours ago. Amateurish stuff

Ordered glutenfree pizza with vegan cheese. Delivery guy told us the pizza could not be glutenfree and vegan at the same time so they just put regular cheese on it even when i clearly wrote on the instructions that the person is allergic for dairy products. There was no cooperation after we called for a possible refund or voucher code. They werent allowed to put vegan cheese on the glutenfree pizza either. Added picture to show how little cheese and pepperoni they added! Sadly last time ordering here.

Best Dominos in all of Utrecht. They are fast and friendly. 10 stars

literally ordered for 50 euros. Not even the entire order arrived + cold food!! The delivery man came to the wrong address even though we live around the corner, he didn't even bother and immediately drove away. the delivery person probably took a wing, I won't pay for that!!!! Very bad, never order again!!

Okay place to get food if you're in a hurry, but their bikes are all over the sidewalk, they just dont care about others. Bikers use the sidewalk to race with their bikes. Totally unacceptable.

My review has been adjusted from 1 star to 4 stars and has improved positively. At least the pizzas are now well topped again. If they put the old pan pizza base back in the range, they will get 5 stars again.

Update year later: Nothing improved. Cold pizza after 45 minutes of waiting. Called, hung up the phone first, then no apologies. Another 60 minute wait. Called again. No apologies again. That's why only 1 star (because you can't give a zero). My God, what a lack of intelligence and service... I suddenly got a lava cake even though I ordered jalepeño cheese stix. Delivery person didn't say anything about that. Called myself: "Yes, Mr. Cheese Stix was gone so we gave you a lava cake." Hahaha. I would like to have a solution for this. Another colleague on the phone: "Have you finished the cake yet? No? Then we can bring something else. Cheese balls then? Okay, I'll consult with the manager." -Just hangs up!- 10 minutes later I get a call: "We can't change anything now, just call back tomorrow." Thank you kindly gentlemen. But let it sit. I will never order from here again.... Haha! What a mess...

Delivery was supposed to be 30 min. ended up closer to an hour and a half. Food arrived cold. Never confirmed the order. When I called they ensured me the order was practically on the way, but still took a long time so that was likely just made up.

This is how a cold pizza which made 2 hours ago looks like. I placed my order at 19:30 and got it at 22:00, by my follow up. Otherwise they wanted to close and leave. I thrown the chicken and fries away, I just had half of the pizza after warming again. They said delivery came but couldn't ring the bell, it is weird why at 22:00 delivery easily rang thr bell?!

How disgusting, had buket with chicken, which was lukewarm and tough. Fries with kebab were on a pile of fries that were limp and cold. The delivery person doesn't have to go far, he lives on Marnixlaan. Yuck, it will never be ready for the trash again.

Do not order here! I placed an order via home delivery. It would be delivered at 6:30 PM. At 7 p.m. I still had nothing, so I called. Here I got someone on the phone who clearly doesn't know how customer service works. He told me that the order had come in but that they were just starting to process it and he didn't know what time it would be delivered. Really ridiculous.. never been treated so badly by Domino's

Placed an order at 6:47 PM and still had not received anything at 8:34 PM, so I contacted them. Turns out they still had to prepare it. I think it's absolutely impossible. Entire order cancelled, no more appetite!

Ordered two pizzas at 9:40 PM. Just in time for closing time (10:00 PM). Within 5 minutes the order disappeared in the app and I did not receive a confirmation email. Then I called the store to ask if it had gone through and after explaining the situation I was immediately pushed away. Then I tried to call twice more and no one answered/I was pushed away. On the third time, an English-speaking employee answers the phone and the shift manager would pick it up to speak to me. This person leaves the phone on the counter for 3 minutes and is then very rudely hung up by someone. Lousy service. Update 4 months later - Never received a refund for this order.

Ordered at half past eight and then still had no pizza around half past ten, after contacting home delivery but decided to cancel the order because they were already closed and could not reach anyone. I haven't heard anything about dominoes myself, so if we hadn't received a home delivery message, we would still be waiting, very unprofessional

Ordered four pizzas. Three and a half of the pizzas were fine and the order was ready quickly and hot. I ordered a half and a half and specially put one half together myself because I wanted a pizza half with only tuna (standard throughout the Netherlands with about all standard tuna pizzas and onion rings to which I am allergic). Unfortunately, when I got home I discovered that there were onion rings on it after all :-( Given the evening's schedule, I couldn't go back (no time) so half of it went in the trash. If I had wanted the standard tuna pizza with onion rings, I would have had that. ordered as half and did not pay the extra surcharge for putting it together yourself.

After waiting 1.5 hours to be told that there are no delivery people, they have had 1.5 hours to report or say this and this is already the 3rd time

After 1.5 hours my food still had not been delivered. After calling 10 times, they finally answered and said that nothing had been done about my order yet! So very bad! This was my 2nd time ordering here. For the first time, I only received my food after 1 hour. So we will never do this again.

Our food did not get delivered. We called 10 times and waited 2 hours. 1 time it was being checked and then the person disconnected the phone. I called back multiple times and no answer. Absolute worst costumer service and service overall.

I always order from another location and for the first time I ordered here. Normally they come within 10 minutes and the food is hot. After half an hour my order had not yet arrived, so I called by phone to check whether my order had been received correctly. The person on the phone asked for the address and indicated that the order was ready and that he would deliver it. I made a laughing joke: “the food is still warm, right”. Half an hour later after I spoke to him he arrived and left immediately. So it took a total of an hour. My order was incomplete and nothing was edible because it was no longer warm. I contacted the branch directly and I was treated so well by MOHAMED EL GABRI! What great service and so understanding! The five stars are only for him! They may also employ such employees as delivery personnel.

You always have good promotions there! We bought our pizzas with a 1 + 1 promotion. However, I think they put too much cheese on some pizzas, but otherwise it was all super tasty :)

Order always goes wrong!!! Or they do not complete your order, sometimes your order is canceled because it cannot be delivered within 10 days, I would get my money. Number of times you call after 10 days, you will not get your money! That manager or whoever is there doesn't even understand Dutch! If you call before ordering, they say you sound angry and you cannot be helped, super ridiculous!!!!!!

Great for a quick pizza in between. Not really friendly staff. More concerned with each other than with the customers. Filling the sidewalk with bicycles is quite irritating. But the pizzas are ok.

Men take 3 hours to bring you Pizza and there have been times where they don't show up at all. Pizza recently took 2.5 hours, was lukewarm and wasn't even the pizza I ordered! I ate anyway, because after 2.5 hours I was so hungry that I no longer cared whether it was the wrong pizza. Then just NYPizza from now on.

I regularly order from these dominos, unfortunately it has become less and less over the last six months. I know that they have staff shortages and 1 or 2 calm, respectful phone calls will be made and it will be partially or completely resolved, but that is always afterwards. The last time I ordered and had not received anything after waiting an hour and a half, I called to see how long it would take and told them that if they had placed the order under the lamp (which happens very often) they would please prepare it again because chicken with a crust becomes soggy and lukewarm. Then the best manager said no, madam, it is freshly prepared just before delivery. I just told them that I know how it goes because I was once a delivery person. After about two and a half hours my chicken is delivered...cold, soggy and missing sauces. After another quiet phone call, the problem was resolved and money refunded because he understood me and I understood him and the staff shortages. The order for this was a pizza and it was delivered incorrectly, I called and it was resolved, new one (received a good pizza). It is not the employees but the organization, with good staffing you often receive your order within half an hour and the quality is excellent. But a lot has gone wrong in the last six months, quality leaves much to be desired. I won't be ordering from them anymore for a while.

Ordered pizzas on Saturday at 7 p.m., called at about 8:45 p.m. to find out where they were. Received the answer that they no longer delivered; I could come and get them; or cancel. I will get my money back within a few days.... The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly, but... It's bizarre that they didn't call me themselves; or indicated in the app that they had a delivery problem and that I would only get a refund - and no other 'satisfactory'. Still cooking for my children at 9 p.m.... It is now 6 days later and I have not yet received my money back!

Domino's takes orders via the website at 6:30 PM. After an hour I call to see if everything is going well, the boy on the line says that he was just about to call 'or maybe want to cancel you, because otherwise it will certainly take another 1 hour'. Since it is 7:30 PM at that time, I will pick it up myself - I picked it up myself and placed the order at home at 8:15 PM. Super worthless. @dominos I obviously still have the ticket/receipt to substantiate this drama. This branch is really run really shitty. The staff can't do anything about it either.

I have always been very satisfied with dominoes in other places, so I sometimes try it again, but it is always a disappointment here. Pizzas are not properly cooked, pizzas are cold, the proportions of ingredients are incorrect, order is incomplete, delivery always takes longer than stated in advance, pizzas are delivered to the wrong address, staff is very unfriendly... there is always something . This was really the last time. Shame!

Pizza ready when you order it, delivered with a smile despite wind force 6 and tastier promotional pizzas than that one competitor. Maybe not better (but also not worse) than the Domoni's on Potterstraat, but better than that B-garnish from their Ina Boudier Bakkerlaan!

If you want a discount, you can't get it if you get it immediately. You must order from the store using your own telephone. For the 2nd pizza half price promotion you can only get 4 pizzas by ordering 2 times, otherwise the promotion will only be processed on 1 pizza. Unfortunately they had only baked 2 pizzas so we had to wait again for the other two. What a travesty and complete annoyance. Very customer unfriendly policy.

Pizzas are fine - I notice that takeaway does not have much added value over delivery, they are hard workers, but they sometimes forget that there are people at the counter ;-)

My girlfriend was harassed by people from this business while she was cycling past. Even when she did not respond, her bicycle was kicked. This is simply disgusting!

Totally ridiculous store. There is a clear and action sign outside, but I think Domino's is quite selective about that. When asking which pizza is worth 5.99 according to the sign in front of the door, the answer appears to be: none! Why that sign then? "Probably a promotion at another dominoes". So that sign in front of the door is a variant of clickbait, a kind of sign bait. Next time I will simply order from New York Pizza again. Just as tasty but more reliable.

Hello, I ordered on Saturday at 9:38 PM 1 Italian pepperoni party 2. 25cm pepperoni deluxe These were both not cut, which can happen of course But the 3rd pizza was a 25cm cheesy crust funghi that had been cut but the dough was no longer attached to the crust (see accompanying photo). This is not how I am used to the service from you. Pity

Emin is a very good and friendly pizza baker. I accidentally placed the wrong order online today and wanted a pizza without meat. Domino's Marnixlaan called, and he immediately offered me a fresh pizza without meat for free. Really great service and I am very satisfied.
