Accidentally ordered a pizza here. The service was very friendly and I got my money back, even though it was my mistake. 😅

Ordered my pizza 100 mins and counting ago, and have so far calles twice, being assured both times that it was "just going out the door right that minute". I know not to expect too much from these fastfood places, but come on.

The pizza's are fine for a fastfood chain although my Italian pizza was a bit undercooked. The real atrocity for why I'm giving such a low score is because the chicken strips that were served to me looked like they were flattened with a doughroller and barely had any actual crispy dough coated around the chicken. They looked more like chicken shit than chicken strips

Ordered at 4:00 PM so that the food would be there at 7:00 PM, because we had to leave at 7:30 PM. At 7:30 PM the food had not yet arrived and I called several times. I couldn't get anyone on the phone and we had to go. The food was delivered at 7:50 PM, but we were no longer home by then. I didn't get my money back. I wouldn't order from here again.

Ordered a pizza but it was way too salty. It really wasn't tasty. I went back and explained the situation, but they looked at me like that's not possible. Finally got a new one but still too salty. Never again!

Ordered pizza for a large group. Logically it could take a little longer. It is not logical that they only arrived 2 hours after the indicated time. Quite dramatic. Even more dramatic that they completely stop answering the phone, so you no longer have the slightest idea whether your pizza is still coming. Disappointing. If you want to eat pizza tasty and on time, it is better to order somewhere else.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I ordered a pizza and waited over 2.5 hours for it to be delivered. Tried to call at least 10 attempts—my calls were repeatedly declined. Frustrated, I drove to the pizzeria myself, the staff completely unprepared to explain why my calls were ignored. The person I spoke with could barely offer an explanation beyond a series of "sorrys." This level of service is unacceptable , don't think I will order from them . Terrible.

Ordered a pizza, thought it would be nice for a break at work. I got a burnt pizza. It can happen, so I call hey, I just ordered a pizza but it was burnt and I got a big mouth that they can't do anything about it and that it should be like that. Explained that I have ordered a pizza from them several times and never received it. When asked for the manager apparently she was. Very unfriendly, never experienced such a manager. She said that another one would be delivered. After waiting an hour and a half, I called to see if the pizza was still coming and they just didn't answer. I never had a new one. Our regular spot for a lacto-free pizza. Always tasty. We just came home with unfortunately the wrong variant. Called immediately and it was handled perfectly by the gentlemen. Super!

Ordered pizza at 5:45 PM, it's 7:35 PM still no pizza, so never order pizza from Domino's on Rijnlaan again

Took almost 2 hours for the pizza to arrive, it also arrived half cold. The reason was too few employees and that it would take a maximum of 10 minutes. It took at least another half hour from then on

30-01-'24 that big cough the whole thing together saliva flew in all directions and then just don't wash his hands. If you say something I coughed into my arm not into my hands.

Cold pizza, delivered much too late, they do not provide compensation in the form of chocolate chip cookies, take into account a delivery about 3 hours late

Ordered a bunch of food with a milkshake, had everything delivered but the milkshake. No problem, I call the store and they promise they'll deliver the milkshake. However, upon arriving they wanted me to hand over part of the food, claiming I had received too much - which upon further inspection wasn't true at all. I handed the courier one box of sides to get it over with, but needless to say this is terrible service.

Yesterday I tried to order 2 pizzas, after 2.5 hours 1 pizza was delivered. Called several times and no one knew what it was about. Sometimes people did not speak Dutch. Promises were made every time, but then the next person I got on the phone didn't know anything. It's absolutely scandalous that you pay so much for such service and quality pizza.

It's Domino's, you know what you're getting. If you like the food, then you like it. The place is nice also, and they have mostly young and super friendly staff, so thumbs up!

We ordered at 5:38 PM, because it took so long we called at 6:28 PM. Our order finally arrived at 7:02 PM, but due to an appointment one of the three of us was unable to join us for dinner. We think this is taking far too long.

Order paid for but didn’t arrive.

After 50 minutes I contacted them to see where my order was, the lady in question indicated that they had no idea how long it would take. After I asked again, she checked and indicated it would take another 45 minutes, meaning I had to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for a pizza, order cancelled.

Our ordered pizzas were ready in the store for over half an hour according to the app and were therefore delivered cold. Not to eat. Never again!

Awful experience. I ordered two pizzas at 19:30 and called for the second time at 21:30 to know where the pizzas were and by 22:35 I still did have my pizzas. The worst part was definitely the part when the calls stopped being answered and I had to go to the store to check where is my order.

Please contact us more than an hour after ordering. “They will be out of the oven in 5 minutes!” What???? Worthless company.

The pizzas were freaking delicious. Very lekker!!! Due to the deliverer shortages, the order was an hour late. I would have appreciated a heads up, but I understand these are difficult times.

Please never order here, we went to dinner with our parents and thought it would be delicious pizza. My mother cousin and my boyfriend all spitting up and violently from 3 different families. If you call the location, you will not be taken seriously at all. Because no, it's not their fault.

Bizarre experience at Domino's Rijnlaan yesterday. When we picked it up at the agreed time, there was enormous chaos in the store. I was told to come back after 45 minutes. After returning, we waited again for over an hour. Staff no longer helped anyone at the counter, but did constantly answer the phone to take new orders. I ended up calling twice (!) from the store to the branch to ask how long it would take. Scandalous, while your guests are waiting for your own birthday. Ordered for collection at 7:30 PM, ready at 9:30 PM. Manager saved my email address in his phone notes for compensation, but I'm curious. In any case, I couldn't even get rid of a can of soda. Skip these Domino's if you want to eat on time and/or be helped correctly.

Ordered 2 pizzas on Friday evening, 1 vegetarian and 1 pizza with tuna. Both pizzas had really meager toppings and the vegetarian one used out-of-date tomatoes. That pizza was really nasty. This was not the quality I always expected from Domino's, it was really very poor and for that price. Something needs to be drastically changed before I order anything there again.

Big mouth from the delivery man when he was at the wrong apartment and didn't want to walk to our door. Ordered extra ingredients and did not receive them. Two of the four boxes crushed and the pizzas cold. Shame.

Yesterday I had to wait almost two (2!!) hours before my pizza (simple Margarita) was delivered. Waiting two hours is seriously way too long. Absolute proof of incompetence! Last time Domino's for us anyway.

The chicken pieces are limp. And completely tasteless. The pizza was only 60% topped. The rest was crust. It had been 5 years since I last had dominos. But I regret ordering again. I pay full price for a small pizza. At a pizza place you get them bigger, better and more filling.

Picked up pizza. After paying I indicated that I had paid too much €8 instead of €5. The lady who had taken my order suddenly left to deliver orders. When my pizza was ready, I indicated this again and the gentleman said: 'I don't know if you still want to wait for my colleague'. To get my money back? Never mind, I have better things to do for those 3 euros. Bad service.

Given several chances, but you simply NEVER get what you order. Order 30cm, with an Italian base, a cheese crust and 2. extra ingredients and they think of 1 ingredient, the rest you just get standard pizza. Do they sometimes think that customers don't notice or something? The people who work here really don't try hard enough. Delivery person was friendly.

Delicious food, ready very quickly (ordered at 7 p.m., fifteen minutes later it was ready) pulled beef sandwich. All adjustments went through well, just not enough seats at the Rijnlaan Utrecht location.

Really poor service. We ordered pizza on a Friday night and after half an hour since we ordered, got a call saying it will take 2 hours to get the pizza delivered.

I ordered a half and half pizza, one half of which was Hawaiian and the other side was Magerita. the side of man the magerita was fine but the side of the hawaii looked like the pineapple was expired. Not recommended, half the pizza was thrown away because it was inedible. Furthermore, there were pieces of minced meat on my Hawaiian side even though I had not ordered this.

Really bad dominoes. I would rather order from another Domino's than come here again. While I live next door... Mongolians work here. Throw pizza over the fence at night and don't want to clean it up. Pizzas made for takeaway take half an hour. But then they have been getting cold for 15 minutes 😅

Update I have now gone back to the store in question and received a refund of the money and a nice discount card of 20% and 2 pizzas for free. Still neatly resolved by the owner. Thanks for this!
