The staff is young, immature, and not at all customer-friendly. The food is okay, but could be better.

Ordered a pizza and it never arrived. Had to wait over two hours for nothing, didn't get a refund, called over ten times but no one answered. A terrible place.

I ordered for pick up at a specific time, but the staff only started to prepare my pizza at the time I arrived. However, I didn’t mind the waiting time since the pizza was good and I could enjoy it warm.

Domino's food is often cold, too salty, and poorly cooked. The flavors are disappointing, and the quality leaves much to be desired.

If you enjoy waiting 700 years for an undercooked piece of dough, this is a truly top-notch place. Kudos to the company for putting people with an extra chromosome to work. It's a shame I spent money on it. If I'd wanted to see the jostiband in action, I would have gone to McDonald's.

Pizzas delivered that were delivered an hour late during a meeting without any notice. "Manager" who is quite rude and mostly uninterested on the phone. You only have 1 task; delivering pizzas and even that doesn't work out well... Hopeless

Worst communication ever, and then you have an application and you are kept on the line for 2 weeks. On the day of the interview you have to wait 1.5 hours because someone is sick. Shame on you, how can you treat a 16 year old in such a way bah bah bah!!

This is really the stingiest tent from domino's IBB in Utrecht. To be honest, a few years ago there was still nice staff, but this team is really great man. They put so few ingredients on your pizza that it remains just dough compared to what you get with Dominos Paris Boulevard in Utrecht, that's really sweet, friendly staff

I ordered twice and the first time they forgot the cheesy crust and the second time I literally had to ask colleagues 5 times for a remake of pepperoni bites because they couldn't communicate properly!!! Not recommended, there are much better Dominos!

Tried a new box, was disappointing, few fries, chicken wings not properly opened, small pizza, too soft base, not worth repeating.

Dirty place, genuine concerns about how dirty the kitchen looked. Forgotten order and then 2 out of 3 pizzas were barely baked. Napkins were gone and the whole place smelled of weed.

Bad franchise.. they charged me more than what was in the bill. When I asked after noticing it, there were no apologies.. they asked me to write my account number so it will be returned but I never got that back.. really bad people!

I come to Domino's and it is really poorly organized. I ordered a pizza and the cheese was moldy. I took a picture when they made my pizza. I really don't think I can.

Order was supposed to be there at 6:45 PM and half an hour later nothing had been delivered. Calling the branch doesn't help either: they just push you away! They also don't offer discount promotions. So very expensive and endless waiting with hungry children. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ready at 7:15 PM according to order page. When I arrive at 7:15 PM, nothing has happened yet. Then wait 15 minutes. If I arrive after 15 minutes, it is still 8 minutes. If I arrive after 5 minutes, it is still 8 minutes. WHAT A GANG!! 😡

Really nice staff and great experience from this Domino’s. Thijs was super helpful and we will definitely be ordering from here in the future! ☺️

Ordered here several times and there is always something: lukewarm pizza, delivered way too late, no correct information about delivery time. Last time I canceled my order because it would take 2.5 hours before I would get my pizza. I was supposed to get the money back the following week, now a month later and have not received anything, despite repeated contact.

Normally classic dirty domino's pizzas, but very nice if you don't remember your own name on a successful evening and suddenly really feel like something with barbecue sauce on top.

Was waiting in the store to order, staff didn't notice me. Ultimately, the staff was friendly, but Dizza was way too salty and just not tasty. I know this, as a Pizza lover, that you should just go to a real Italian instead of an American Dizza company, but I just had to have a quick bite. Not here again. Great pizza, but if I pay for a 30 cm variant I don't want to receive a 26 cm one. That's a bit of a waste of money

Reasonable pizza, quite expensive. It's very bad that I order a pizza of 30 centimeters and I receive a pizza of just under 26 centimeters. Then I might as well have ordered the standard 25 centimeter pizza, instead of paying extra money for it. Mediocre service, name spelled and still appears incorrectly on the sign. Too bad Domino's, everything very mediocre today. I wouldn't recommend it to others.

Consistently mediocre pizza. One time it was dry (forgot an ingredient so I put it on and put it back in the oven), then a pizza for €12 that had very meager toppings. Ingredients that are on it when the pizza is not dry are tasty, yes, but for €12 I don't need 5 centimeters of unfilled pizza from the edge towards the center.

I ate such a pizza here last Thursday. The service was friendly and the pizza was also juicy. I also noticed that for some pizzas it is cheaper to order twice instead of 1 large one that is twice as expensive. So pay attention to this.

As real lazy students, we decided one day to order a nice pizza. So now we live in the social media age, so we ordered online. Well that was a great idea. We entered Domino's with positive thoughts to pick up the pizzas. Short story long: Wasn't ready on time, then wrong order and the pizzas were half cold. This was of course a huge emotional blow. So here we swipe these Dominoes hard to the left. We will never do this again!

You shouldn't come here for the hospitable, cordial service. It is "what do you want to steal, in what name, pay by card or cash, is coming". The pizza is ready within the time stated on a TV screen. Price-quality ratio is good.

The pizza was average and the place it really small.

Paid twice for an online order due to a software error. They say: "sure, you will get your overpaid money back." They have been saying that for weeks, I have already contacted Domino pizza 4 times, but still no money back. That's not a fair way to do business!

I don't leave 1☆ easily, but I have had bad experiences with this branch several times. The manager Mark changed my order after placing it and refused to cancel the order and give the money back. Other times I had to wait four and a half hours for 2 cold pizzas. Domino's normally has excellent pizza, but I recommend ordering elsewhere, the service at this crappy place is terrible.
