It's easy to order your pizza at home and then pick it up. Ordering in person is also no problem. The staff is friendly and happy to help. The pizza tasted great.

The shawarma pizza isn't shawarma, it's just chicken. A manager explains that this is just shawarma, and that's what you have to make do with it. My experience with the shawarma pizza, however, is completely different. No service, no quality.

Order from the app at home, hop on your bike, and you're there in about 5 minutes. You walk in, and they're delivered almost immediately. Simply excellent. Tastes great, and the staff is friendly. They make the pizzas on the spot. Always excellent. 5 stars.

Long wait times, cold pizza, and poor customer service. This is what you can expect when you order pizza here. I recently waited an hour and a half for my pizzas, and after an hour and a half, I called to call them, and they created a fake story that something had gone "wrong" with the delivery. After that, I waited another half hour for the new pizzas, which were still cold. Don't order from here!

I walked in just 10 minutes before closing, and they still took my order without any problem. Many places don’t do that! The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing—definitely keepers. Please continue the great food, friendly policy, and awesome service!

I see a plague of bad comments but the local pick-up pizza is very good.

Dear Domino's, What an incredibly antisocial experience. We've called several times - and by multiple times we mean to the point of absurdity - and we still haven't been able to get our correct order. We ordered chicken. Not half a chicken. No forgotten chicken. Just. Chicken. What do we get instead? A wrong order, zero excuses, and a “yes, we'll see what we can do” attitude that really doesn't result in anything. No action, no solution, no service. You are faster with cold pizzas than with customer-oriented thinking. The fact that we have to call so often for something we just paid for, and then are still fobbed off as if we were asking for too much, is downright ridiculous. Not only is this unprofessional, it's also legally dubious – you can't get paid for something you don't deliver.

Delivered an hour late even though the order was made well in time. The food was cold and hard, they also forgot to deliver a product. Quality must come before quantity dominoes.

We ordered two pizzas yesterday. Pizza was not eatable at all: too greasy and too little ingredients. I wouldnt recomment it at all, the worst dominos branch ever.

We have ordered pizzas via Thuisbezorgd and they never came. When I called Domino's they did not pick up the phone and I needed to talk with Thuisbezorgd. They called the pizzeria and they said that they came to our house and we did not pick up the phone. Of course they never came. Worst experience.

Something went wrong with my order. So I call, after fifteen minutes of trying they simply hang up? I think this mush is special, my 20 euros have disappeared.

Very long wait, unreachable customer service and incomplete order! I ordered online on Tuesday June 25, 2 pizzas and 2 containers of chicken. After leaving an email when ordering, but not receiving confirmation and the pizza had not arrived after the expected 45 minutes. We had to call 3 times via the complaints line and they hung up until we finally got in touch via the line to place an order (it was answered immediately) and we were told that the delivery person was on his way. Half an hour later the delivery arrived incomplete (1 container of chicken was missing) and the delivery person drove away before we realized that something was missing. Pizza was not very tasty at all. Atmosphere was bad because of the terrible football of the Dutch team against Austria.

Excellent pizzas Sometimes better than other times

Ordered food via the App on June 9 - but immediately received a network error. So just drop by the branch. Had to show that I had paid - and the pizzas would still be made. There was a malfunction, in principle no problem - it can happen. At the finish line I stood there waiting in the store for 50 minutes. I spoke to the boy again and oh yes - oops - forgot, but he thought he had seen them. Me too - and I think they disappeared into the mouths of the staff. It's also fun to eat pizza yourself while your waiting room is full of victims. So I could leave empty handed, and money would be refunded. As a new resident of the neighborhood, I am not happy with this location anyway. When I went to throw away glass this week, diagonally in front of the door, the swearing about rotten diseases could already be heard on the corner of the block. Cheers guys! I still haven't received my money back :-)

Ordered food never arrived due to alleged malfunction on the site, but paid via iDeal and did not get the money back. Just scandalous

It was always delicious until the day came that there was a blob of hair on my pizza and the managers were very nonchalant about it, I never ordered anything again, nor did the people I would share the pizza with. From that day on it is for me only Newjork Pizza

Really last time I ordered. Order 2 hours in advance and still 45 hours late. “Because of crowds”. Yes!! Then please let me know. Pizza tracker doesn't work and when you call, it doesn't answer 5 times. If you then give feedback that they communicate proactively about delays, the argument is that customers will have to wait even longer🙈🙈 Well, with an attitude like that you will get there...

Delicious pizzas, perfect service!

Got really rancid. Pizzas are made without any love. Just add some ingredients and you're done. Recently a pizza with a bizarre layer of cheese. It made me feel sick. Then a pizza that looked like a monstrosity, really poor quality. Shame. It used to be reasonable and the pizzas arrived hot and were a lot cheaper!

This place should either start educating their employees to stop throwing trash and spitting on the ground and blocking the sidewalk with motorcycles, or start hiring more educated people.

Pizzas delivered way too late for the third time. The reason for this was the crowds. Furthermore, no customer-friendly handling and no apologies. Pizzas were also lukewarm and poorly cut. This was also the case with the two previous orders, which were well overdue. When the branch was still on the dirt road, the experiences were very positive, but now this is far below par. Staff on the telephone and the branch manager could use customer focus training and I am considering contacting the head office in Nieuwegein in the coming week.

Outstanding service! Accidentally ordered the wrong pizza online as part of a larger order. Called to see if it could still be adjusted. Even though the pizza was already in the oven and almost ready, the correct pizza was still made and delivered free of charge. Great!

This place should educate their employees to not litter the street in front of the restaurant. They have trash containers right in front and while the delivery guys wait they just keep throwing trash… pieces of pizza, plastic glasses, coke cans…. Sad.

It was super busy when we went to pick up our pizzas. My pizza fungi didn't have the herbs on the whole pizza, only on a small part, the rest was a little bland/ flavourless, but the vegetarian-chicken pizza was delicious. Do love their offers of discounted prices! So sign up for their newsletter ... or don't if you don't want to be led into temptation 🤭

I was feeling sad one day and I remembered that Domino's existed and I bought a pizza and I was delighted by the quality of the pizza. it made my day!

Ordered Kick'n chicken for 10 euros. Gave it a kick in the container. Breadcrumbs were soggy and limp, it looked like a sponge... nonsense. You wouldn't eat a croquette uncooked, would you? You wouldn't even give this to your mother-in-law. Customer service from likmevestje. Unfortunately we couldn't do anything about it.

The only "commercial" pizza we enjoy. Super fast, top-notch service with especially friendly, courteous staff members. We love the Pizza Margherita and basic Pepperoni Pizza. The specialty pizzas are surprisingly tasty as well! Try the CinnaStix for a tasty dessert. We love and appreciate how this Domino's loads up on cheese topping. Yum! Very well-run, efficient, customer-focused restaurant. With so many bad restaurant options, it's great to count on a superior one. Highly recommend!

Ordered a pizza, tracker is useless and not related to true status. Called 45 mins later: ah, its been a bit busy but delivery should be there soon... Nothing 15 mins later, called again: Oh, right, I'll make it again, it will be there soon ... ARGH??? Really, you will make my order (again) 1 hr after i ordered it. (Still waiting now, killing time writing this review meanwhile)

DO NOT ORDER! Very bad service! The order was delivered incorrectly twice, in the end I was told by the manager (Mike) that there was nothing he could do about it, it was too busy. So we have the wrong order, and Domino's does nothing about it! I gave the pizzas back to the delivery person and drove to the store myself. So I ended up paying delivery costs, having to wait almost 3 hours, and having to get the pizzas myself.

Delivery people (on scooters with helmets and yellow license plates) drive like crazy through the neighborhood in Leidsche Rijn, on the FIETSpad (Beeldhouwersdijk, Hermelijnvlinderdijk, Crouweldijk). With various playgrounds and children playing along the cycle path, it is very dangerous. It's an accident waiting to happen. Please drive on the road! Thank you

Arrogant and unfriendly employees. Had to wait 2 hours for a pizza and could not be reached by phone.

Extremely slow delivery times and terrible service. We ordered a pizza here twice, both times it took 1.5 to 2 hours to come. Upon calling we got spoken to by an unfriendly employee stating it was normal it was so late. Delivery driver clearly had multiple pizzas to deliver in one go as the pizza was cold too The delivery times are simply way too long, the pizzas are too expensive and not as nice as New York Pizza. Would not recommend this place this anyone.

It took 2 hours to deliver my pizza, I then received a coupon in the mail to apologise for the bad service which I thought was a nice gesture. Ordered again and it took 1.5hours again!!! Ironic at the expense of our hunger. Such different service to other branches… disappointing.

Antisocial delivery drivers who drive scooters along the cycle path and use it as a race track. Many children playing along the cycle path. Unacceptable and Domino's cannot solve the problem.

They advertise €5 per pizza. And stacking discount via the app. That is not correct locally. You get to hear "the fine print"...... Nice and handy. Pizzas themselves are very tasty.

Ordered Hawaiian pizza but it had onions and all kinds of other things on it that shouldn't be there.

Accidentally ordered the wrong pizza (vegan Margharita instead of regular, so a real difference in taste). Called and a new one was delivered in no time. Within 20 minutes. Nice and good service.

I appreciate that they are very careful with Corona. They guaranty that no one else then me has touch the pizza after it went you of the oven and the person doing the delivery is wearing a mask. And the pizza was tasty. Great job.

Poor value for money. 35 euros for 3 pizzas, very mediocre in taste and the pizzas are also very small. Next time it will just be La Place pizza from Jumbo.

Ordered shawarma pizza with a separate bag of garlic sauce that was not present upon delivery. Delivery person apologized several times and clearly felt bad for me. He came back with the bag and a warm pizza. (because it is quite a drive) Very nicely resolved and the pizza was great!
